I needed a new car battery, which I was able to obtain. The young man who worked in the store offered to put the new one in my car. While he was doing this, I also observed his customer service attitude with several other customers. Just wanted to thank him for his help, this morning at around 9:30. An associate like you will make me want to return to your store even though I live in Seattle. Again, thank you!

I picked up brake pads this morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and presentable. I like to order online then pick up in store. The discounts are better when purchased online first.

We were in there briefly I forgot what we were trying to get but it was something to do with my smart car tire cuz very few people carry the stuff that I need for it it's kind of like it's really not not an item that is so you know viable now they stopped making them so people stop. You know we're supplying all the parts for him so it's really not their fault if they don't have it.

Friday Morning, advertising:BUY your battery and get FREE installation.Asked to purchase, asked to replace it.Answers:1. No we can t because we don t have team members able to do it (then 2 more workers appeared from the back of the store, hilarious and the store was empty, I was the 1st customer I guess).2. No because the burners of your battery are rusted, there is liability on that. LOL3. No but we can recommend you to go to a Jiffy Lube to do it :/Answers by Courtney - Manager I think I leave the store, went to AutoZone, boom. Done right away, with the best disposition.

Went in and bought an AGM battery and was charged the AGM price but was given a lead acid battery.. When I called back they said yeah that was right it was a lead acid battery.. And that an AGM battery would cost more!but when I check the website it does show the AGM battery for the price I price I paid (24f group) so I don't think the clerk made a mistake... I think there's a problem both with the stores and the Computer systems they're using. Not very happy

Brandon (Nordic last name) the assistant manager helped me out today, he went above and beyond when my girlfriend's car was sitting around for a bit i needed parts and maybe some advice and perhaps a bit of emotional support in fixing her car Brandon was there. so cheers to you Brandon and everybody down at the auto parts store here in Burien.

Had a battery go bad that was still under warranty but I couldn t find proof of purchase. Came in thinking I d most likely have to pay for a new one but the lad working was nice enough to honor the warranty. Customer service was great, I ll definitely be back.

I got a fair price on my truck batteries, but I had to change them myself. The store had 3 or 4 women working and I was told they were understaffed and couldn't change my batteries for me.

I wanted to give a 'Shout Out" to OMAR at this Burien (WA) store.I had one of those "Oh, No!" moments when the Engine Checklight comes on in your vehicle when you are needing to get somewhere soon, not near your own service station, or don't know your way around the part of the City you are in.......Knowing (from ads on the radio and TV) that Autopart stores are supposed to offer the service of a quick engine check, I pulled into the ADVANCE AUTOPARTS lot and went in. I expected to need to explain the situation and what I needed, and then perhaps have to wait a while.................BOOM! It was as if OMAR knew what I needed when I came in. By my mid-sentence, he had the vehicle test reader in hand and we were out to my truck. With the air of a professional, he had it hooked up and the unit was spitting out the analysis. Omar took the time to go through all the reading outputs, found the culprit (a small leak around the exhaust piping), explain what it meant (minimal issue), and reassured me that there was 'nothing to worry about', and what to tell my hometown service station when I got home (and how they might assess/fix).Omar was only 'doing his job', but the WAY he did it was what I noticed - promptly, efficiently and professionally. Being aware that a driver (me) knows only rudimentary facts on the workings of his vehicle engine, he took the time to explain the issue in terms I could understand and could later relay on to the service station. You took care of me......ADVANCE AUTO PARTS has got a good one there in Omar.+ Omar: Thank you for the help.+ ADVANCE AutoParts Burien: Thanks for having guys like that on your team.

We purchased an overpriced battery in. dire need from the store in Burien WA. I attempted to return it with the receipt less than 30 minutes later. The manager denied a refund or credit, indicating it was too used. There is no such refund policy on the receipt or posted....will not return or refer business to any of my thousands of cutomers to this franchise.

Counter personnel need some more training on application . More practical knowledge of auto repair and maintenance. Computerized parts book only tells a part of the story. You need to at least have a basic understanding how the part works and if the part requested is the proper replacement part as per application.

Counter people are experienced.Not like some auto parts stores where they have huge turnovers in the staffing.

They install windshield wipers for free, and they are fast. They are conveniently located just outside the Burien Fred Meyer. Approach them headed south due to a concrete median.

I have been going to these guys for 17 years and they are always helpful and knowledgeable about all issues I have presented to them. It is really nice to find a car parts store that has "old" heads in it and not the newbies that know nothing.

Advance Auto Part's in Burien is a awesome place to get what you might need to fix your automobile's getting them back on the road , this place is very easy to find and there's plenty of parking places to park you're car at while your there . I like this place #love

20 minutes is too long to wait to buy one wiper blade. The store had 2 customers including me and 2 employees but one was on the phone forever but wanting to take the money that as in the store ready to be spent. I left the store without buying my blades. Terrible service

Better than AutoZone or Orielly's just because you can use coupon to sweeten the deals. Just Google for the coupon codes.
