Been wrenching on a project truck for the past 2 years working on restoring it. After I discovered a transmission issue, and realizing I couldn't do it myself, I sent it off to Mike's Shop to get it fixed. Along the way, they found the brake booster went kaput and called me up to let me know. I greenlit the repair, and when I went to pick up my truck, it fired up and shifted smoother than butter, and stopped like a champ. Safe to say, I found my new shop.

Had caliper leak on the rear 74 corvette! When dropping off it was going to be a horrific rainy day! I asked if there was anything they could do about keeping it dryer when it's outside the bay, they said unfortunately there was not! Got the call the car was done at 2pm had to drive through rain swell after pouring down storm from Seattle. Got there and could not find my car in the lot or in the garage. Then noticed a small roof by the residence garage with my car parked underneath! AMAZING, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, and shows they care. The brakes worked well to home, will give it a good drive this weekend when it's nicer! Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the fast service, listening to my complaint and taking care of my concerns

Great service and very knowledgeable about different cars especially upcoming new models. Highly recommended to get the job done. For the ladies out there, Mike does not make you feel stupid or uncomfortable. In fact, he help me understand cars better and what to look for so if I m in the need to get something done to my vehicle when he is not available so I will not get taken advantage for.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

People here are very friendly. Went here feeling dealership repair is a rip off. Everything from oil changes to major repairs i have had done here. First thing I noticed was a bolt they had lost to hold the under engine liner was replaced with another bolt with 8 washers on it to make it fit... mixed my coolent with non oem and now I'm having to do a clean and flush of the coolent system. And after an engine reseal to repair oil leaks, its now leaking again. Going to the dealership from now on sorry guys, did great with my dads rig but mine not so much.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

AC went out, no other shops would get me in before 3 weeks, but Mike's Shop got me in next day and fixed it before I drove to North Dakota in 100 degree weather. Gonna take all vehicle repairs there now, it's going the extra mile that makes all the difference. Plus pricing n the work done were both great. Thanks Mike n Amy!!

I brought my car to Mike's Shop with the timing belt, serpentine belt and water pump removed. There were other parts taken off as well. It was a mess and Mike's did a great job quickly and professionally putting my car back together. I was also charged a really reasonable price. They were friendly and responsive and I had a great experience all the way around. I'm brining my wife's car in for work and my dad, mom and brother all have their cars worked on at Mike's. I really recommend them if you want some quality work done on your car.

I have to believe the good reviews are from employees! I made an appointment, took the day off from work, because I need my truck for work, then dropped the truck off at 7a.m.. At 2p.m. they told me they had me scheduled for the next day! Then tried to say I should have told them I needed the truck the same day!I'm sorry, this is my fault??

My car broke down on Thursday and I couldn t get it started! I called in a panic and they told me to hit my starter because it sounded like my starter was bad. So I did and it started right up! I drove it straight to the shop and they fit my car in that day and changed the starter for me when I know they are busy and didn t have to help me out at all!! Fantastic shop and amazing customer service! Thank you! I ll definitely be back!!

Had this guy rebuild the transmission in my truck ,when he was done I had to go back 2 or 3 times for him to fix it right after .told him about what it was doing ,he said it didn't do it for him and he can't fix something that's not happening when he drives it .have about 1,500 on it after the rebuild and it's complete garbage .doesn't shift right and hasn't since I got it back . He refused to fix it cause it was over the 3 year warranty.

Was talked down to, then lied to by the owner after expressing frustration. Charged 75 dollars to pull off the air filter and tell me they didn't want to do the work.

I had Big O Tires try to over sell me on brakes after a 3 hr inspection. Brought my truck to Mike's and they cut my cost in half, and got me back on the road in no time.

Doing door to door soliciting at 7:30 on a Tuesday night is just awful, and a useless way to find new business. Makes me never want to use this shop.

They put new Radiator Tightened it too tight on the radiator which is a plastic part that broke and then they said I would have to tow it to them for them to decide if it was their fault will they're the only ones who was under my hood of my car so yeah whose fault do you think it isService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
