Thank you first and foremost to my community for recommending this shop to me.The guys that run the show over here have shown me they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are listened to, and leave satisfied with the feeling that YOU matter. They also make sure First and foremost, that speaks volumes to me.Their prices are worlds apart from all other shops I've been to. From labor rates to parts costs, there is really no comparison.Since they are a small business, getting in may not be the easiest, (depending upon what you need done) but if you and your vehicle can wait, you will NOT be sorry.If you are looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing service, please reach out to them.Thank you guys, you have just gained yourself a new customer.

No one wants to fix a broken car.These guys were professionals. They communicated and worked with our warranty company wonderfully!If we need repairs again we will return .( hopefully not)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Honest guys, professional work and great prices. My car died on the road. Hometown Towing arrived in less than 10 minutes. They never pressured me to use their repair shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated in detail what was wrong, kept me updated regularly. Got my Dodge running perfectly. Not only do they have the best prices, they do excellent work. More importantly for me, I trust them. I truly appreciate their transparency and honesty. Tyler was able to fix a problem with my car that I had been dealing with for a couple of years. I was so pleased that I took my truck to him to replace a seal in the transfer case. His bill shocked me, because I was prepared to pay more for two vehicles. Tyler is very pleasant and fair, and has integrity!! I told him that he has all of my business now!!Highly recommend!!! Great service! I had a local shop in Sumner quote me a price for parts & service for $1,200 - Tyler and his crew did the job for $365. I believe honest pricing and good service is what makes any establishment great - reputation means everything! I highly recommend them.

Great work. Dropped my car off at 8am got the call to pick it up at 4pm just like Tyler said. His pricing is very fair and honest! Very pleased! Will use them again if I ever run into more car trouble and would recommend to anyone needing to get repairs done on their vehicle.

Tyler did a super good job at diag and calling me discussing options to fix it. From expensive to cheap. He got it done and didn t use me as an open check book like other shops have and just start doing work with out approval. Excellent service and extremely fair pricing. I'd highly recommend them for any automotive repair u may need. I was quoted way higher for timing belt water pump and they did the same job for almost half the first quote I had got.

Yesterday I went to help a good friend who's Dodge Cummins had broke down again at Arnold's grocery in south Prairie. After a couple hours of trying to get his truck started a younger guy had introduced himself as Tyler and I could tell he knew what he was doing. After spending about 2 hours of his own time he was able to get the truck started. He refused to accept any $ for what he did. I've worked in the towing industry for 25 years and have seen just about everything there is to see but this is a first. Tyler is a true professional and he went way above and beyond just to help a couple strangers.I highly recommend his shop. Thanks again Tyler for everything you did.Del

Tyler is easily the most honest, friendly, straight-shooting mechanic that I've ever met. I've used him for all of my car repairs/maintenance over the last 3 years. I've brought him all kinds of cars; an Audi Q7, BMW 5 series, Toyota Tacoma, Volkswagen Jetta TDI, Honda Accord, and others. He's an incredibly talented technician and a flat-out great person. He'll never recommend/charge you for something you don't need, his rates are unbeatable from my experience, and best of all, he's truly a hometown mechanic. Been there multiple times with two different cars, 4runner and mini Cooper and everytime I am perfectly happy with the price and timing. I keep forgetting to review but today I dropped it off in the morning for an alternator replacement and got it back the same day! The only downside is he is usually super busy because he is awesome!

Tyler is very good at fixing cars right. He made sure my transmission would be repaired and working good fixed the serpentine belt and may be doing the control arms soon. Went in looking for AFM auto sales which used to be here. Talked to the owner Tyler and he sent me in the correct direction further up the road.From the first impression of this small shop. I would definitely get some work done here if I lived in the area. The shop is clean and organized and there are a couple really cool old school cars there; so you know hes a genuine "car person". The labor rate is really reasonable and its a local small business. Why would you get your car fixed somewhere else where they just dont care..?

I highly recommend Hometown Auto Repair, I had Tyler install some parts on my Supra. He made sure to have everything done the same day even though he had to work 3 hours past close.

Best place I've gone to in a pinch. Had my alternator stop working on me and they got me in the next week. Then had them work on my brakes a week later.
