Bruce helped me out with a side job of mine. I spent hours trying and failing at trying to fix a glass slide panel. He not only tried to give me good advice but came by and due to his enormous expertise was able to get fixed what I couldn t in a very short time frame. I would highly recommend him to take care of your glass needs.

Bruce is a stand up guy. I had a double pane window in my house that had a broken seal and we were getting condensation and some mold in. I did not even think about the warranty on the window and Bruce told me to check that first. Turns out I did have a warranty. I asked to pay Bruce for his time and he told me "I don't charge if I don't work". Sounds like he has been in business for 35 years and for good reason, he cares about the customer. If we have any glass needs in the future I will be using Bruce 100%.Service: Installation

This business is run by some amazing people! My family lived next door to there business for years when I was a little girl and you ll never find family-owned hospitality like them

I was very happy with Enumclaw Glass. Bruce did great work, worked with my renters schedule and even saved me some money by using parts from the replaced window (a balance) in another Window. Lots of integrity. Much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Have used Bruce for over 25 yrs. had some windows replaced recently and a new 2 blind was broken in the process by his son. I called Bruce and told him and while of the phone his son indicated it was broken before the install. Bruce also ordered a window we did not need and will not give us a credit for either of these issues. Very disappointed and although I have recommended him in the past I will not do so again. First of all, it is his expertise in ordering the window not mine so why would I have to assume a loss for his error. Secondly the blind was in a room that has not been used in a long time. Both of these issues come under customer service . So disappointed in someone I trusted for many years.

Came right out to measure and give us a bid. It should be ordered and fixed asap!
