On our way home from the coast a couple of weeks ago, our passenger side wiper quit working. We got home safely and called Buckley Auto the next morning. They got us in the following day and repaired the linkage that same afternoon. The job came in at a reasonable cost and they communicate very well. I have had several great experiences with this shop. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordable auto care in a timely manner.

On the way to a family reunion at Mount Rainier National Park, our vehicle's brakes seized up at about 6 PM in Buckley. An employee was just leaving the shop and he told us to bring it in in the morning and they would get us on the road ASAP. The next day, they did a heroic search for parts and had us running by 10 AM! They were absolutely terrific. They saved our reunion. Thanks folks!

This is a great shop. Clean and professional appearance of the shop itself, techs and the front office. The communication is awesome, rates are very fair, work is quality and it's one of the places that you never have to question whether you're getting ripped off. My first experience with Buckley Automotive was a few years ago when I was thinking about buying a Honda Accord. When I took it to them to do a used car diagnostic for potential purchase, their mechanic noticed the transmission was running rough, and seemingly intentionally overfill, and their mechanic's opinion was that the seller knew that the transmission was in bad shape. He contacted me and said he would not charge me for looking at the car as long as I would not buy it... and I have been taking my car to them for services ever since. I feel they have been honest and straightforward, and never charged me for something I didn't need. I'm a veteran with a family (a wife and two children.) We ran into a diror need when going down a bad road with horrible directions. We ended up busting our radiator and alternator in our RV. When we landed at a motel, a handyman/machinic lied to us about repairing it. We discovered he was a drug attack who only wanted to steal our money while in a vulnerable situation. Our money was running low and time was running out, but luckily, we called Buckley Automotive, and we're met by a lovely receptionist who didn't turn One away when I asked to see the owner. Thomas was a saint sent from heaven who understood our situation, showed heart and a patriotic spirit for a veteran in need. His crew were hard working and very helpful, but there was something to be said for the care and absolute personal dedication the owner applied to our situation. Everything was done in a matter of hours vs days, and they repaired the sloppy work from the previous machinic as well. If it were not for Thomas' generosity and kindness, we would have lost everything! This business defined professionalism, punctuality, and service! We can not thank them enough! They saved us! I would and will, recommend Buckley Automotive to all my friends and acquaintances with passionate gratitude! Thank you Thomas and your crew!

Cant say enough good things about this place, these guys are the best around. They are always honest and upfront about anything your vehicle needs or doesnt need, they do quality work and stand behind it! Ive taken several of my vehicles here over the past few years and will continue too anytime i need something done. Their prices are very reasonable and they never try to get you to replace unnecessary things. Brought my car to the dealership due to the car running rough at idle and shaking. After the dealership looked over the car. They found the vehicle had some chewing from rats and that the damage was beyond repair. The bill I was given was over $10,000 for both harnessess for the car. I couldn't believe it. After looking up shops I came across this one and couldn't be happier! They have the best communication and I felt they were being honest about everything. And they explained everything they needed to do for the repairs. Saved me $$ thousands of dollars and will forever be a repeat customer!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Every time I've taken my car in a week later I end up having the same exact problem. All they did is turn off the engine light and top of my fluids. They don't charge you much money so you keep coming back and wasting your money.

I just got my 97 F150 back from Buckley Automotive where it went in to have the head gaskets replaced. During the process they had to replace both exhaust manifolds and the tube to the EGR valve. Even with the additional work, the cost came in below the original quote. The truck runs like it's brand new. I highly recommend these guys!

Sorry to give this review after 20+ years of prior owner. After repair the next day at the end of the afternoon I called and was told by Tyler that he had called me and left a message the day before. Instead of saying he hadn't he suggested I check my phone for the message. I did and no message, so I called him back and told him the same. His response was that he had had a hard day and didn't appreciate me questioning their or his lack of customer service or honesty??? One time with them is enough. The locals that know me as Doob know I don't take these litely or very often. This is an avoid business!

I have been coming to this place since 1987. The service has always been above what I received from the dealership. The previous owner has retired and the new owners are continuing what he did - give the customer the best care for their vehicle.

Tom was amazing. We came in from out of town on vacation having car trouble. He squeezed us in on a Friday fixed our problem In No time and the cost was minimal. We are extremely happy. Thankyou Buckley automotive.
