I ran into a yellow pole in a drive thru and dented my husbands brand new truck on a Saturday. Monday I called and left a message with ACC. They called me back a few hours later, they were actually out of town and in between flights. The owner had me text him pictures of the damage so he could get back to me ASAP with a quote before he boarded his next flight. He gave me two quotes the more expensive option to get the truck back literally perfect and the lesser option he said the damage could be fixed by about 90% and I decided to go with the lesser of the two (knowing we could always decide when we went to pick up the truck that we could always pay the difference to get the truck perfect if we weren t satisfied). He told me to drop the truck off at 8am Tuesday (the next day!!!) and that the truck would be ready (the day after) Wednesday mid day. They called us at 3pm on Wednesday to come pick up the truck and when we got there it was literally perfect!!!! We were blown away. They were so amazing and even washed the truck for us. The black trim piece above the wheel well needed to be replaced and they called SO many dealerships trying to find it and none had it in stock it was back ordered for months. They finally found a dealer who had ONE and had to talk them into selling it to them and then overnighting it so our truck could be done in such a timely manner. SERIOUSLY impressed with these guys and will never use a different body shop in the future, we will recommend all of our friends and family to use them too!Service: Body & Trim

This shop was recommended to me by 2 friends and they totally exceeded my expectations! The body shop my insurance wanted me to use couldn t work on my car for 3 months. ACC got my car in within days and had the work done in less than a week. They were very helpful in communicating with my insurance and my car looks good as new now. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend ACC for their excellent work on my 2022 Tundra. They were able to fit me in for service when other larger body shops had long wait times, and their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right was evident in the fantastic final result. Five stars!

I can t recommend ACC Collision enough. They were incredibly helpful and very understanding during a stressful time. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of fixing my car and got it completed beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them!

ACC was extremely helpful and very quick at getting me in the shop. Very professional and they went the extra mile to make this process as painless as possible. It seemed like a lot of other shops had every excuse in the book to not help, ACC was a breath of fresh air.Hopefully I won't need to come back but with a 16 year old driver, I know I have a place that has my back.

Very unfortunate writing this since they are the hometown shop, got my car towed there due to an accident, but the tech is unwilling to work on the car since it won t be out quick enough. I ve never heard that excuse anywhere in my life, take your money and insurance purposes elsewhere, the tech only seems to care for himself and his time; not the customer. My rims were bent and he was not willing to order the parts due to the time it takes to get here. Bad customer service I will never return.

Wow! I have used multiple body shops in the past and I m not one to write reviews. Acc collision is by far the best place I have ever worked with. They were responsive with any questions, the work was done in a timely manner, and for a fair price. Awesome team of people! They did a great job. Dropped my wrx off 2 days b4 Thanksgiving the following week they had my estimate ready. Everywhere else was like a month or more wait before even looking at my car. They were informative kept me posted on when to expect parts to come in and when they could start and an estimated finish date. I 100% recommend this place. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you

One of my vehicles was involved in an accident a month after I had changed insurance companies. While the insurance company was a pain to deal with to process the claim, this body shop went above and beyond and had my car repaired in two weeks. All of the local body shops near me were months out, even the insurance company told me good luck getting it repaired before March. From the moment I called, they were on it, sourcing parts, not making false promises and keeping me in the loop. I picked up my car and was so happy with the work. This is a great shop, I would definitely recommend them, locally owned and operated!Service: Body & Trim

Something scraped the side of my door and chipped some of the paint. I brought my car here for repair, and they said they'll do the best they can. When I picked up the car, I was extremely disappointed with "their best work". I guess my hopes were too high because but all they did was fill in the chipped areas with some mismatch paint. Probably something I could have done myself and would have spent a lot less. I didn't express my disappointment, because of the expectations they provided upfront, and I figured I would never go back. I recently took my car to a dealer and showed them the repair and they laughed! They were really surprised at the shotty work. I feel very duped! They recommended a different auto repair company, but I'm now out of $350.00! I'm very sad to learn that the car repair could have looked better. It's a lease, so I was hoping for quality repair, but didn't get it.Service: Body & Trim

I needed some minor body repair work done in a short time window. Many (all?) auto repair shops are backed up weeks, if not months.I explained my situation to Joe at ACC and he agreed to get my vehicle in quickly and out in only a few days time. Just what I needed!Additionally, he saw some issues with other substandard work that had been done elsewhere and said he'd address those at the same time.Great experience here and totally recommend this shop!

The Team here was great. Even did some extra work for me while my 2019 Silverado was in getting a new bumper. Very quick turn around. Dropped it off on a Monday. Picked it up the following Tuesday. Very please and have already started recommending ACC to some friends in need of body work.Thank you ACC Team for your hard work.

I was told that the painting and repairs were warrenteed for as long as I owned the car. Two years later paint is peeling off of one panel and wearing off of another. I brought it to them and was told that they don't warrantee their work. Very disappointing to say the least. $5000. job and no backup on a promice.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I took my Celica in, it had a pretty impressive dent on the back quarter panel. The whole thing was messed up, maybe three dents or so. I took it in at 9am and they had it out before 3pm. They made it look brand new and I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done at a more than affordable price. Everyone was SUPER friendly and I was very well taken care of. ACC took care of fixing my car after an accident, and I am beyond pleased with the experience. Not only did they do a 10/10 job making my car look as good as new, they also finished a week early. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly. Hopefully it's a long time before we need body work done again, but I will trust ACC with the job the next time I do. Thanks!

Would I recommend acc collision? No. I dropped my car off late October, was told it would be done in 4ish weeks. Ended up being almost FEBRUARY until I got my car back. Never once did I get any call from them with an update until the owner, Joe, in those MONTHS. I told his wife multiple times along with him that I am understanding just communicate!! Again didn t happen until Joe and I spoke in January. They both knew how upset and frustrated I was. Not once was parts an excuse until the last conversation prior to me setting a date to pick my car up. Now again would I recommend them? No but Joe did offer to waive the deductible and a little money for the $2400 bill I had for the rental for those MONTHS and they did clean the inside of my car which they did not have to do(single mom of 3 kids so it was NOT CLEAN at all) along with offering to wash the car(added it for you joe! :))which I did turn down because I just wanted to be done with this place.Service: Body & Trim

They put used parts (not quality used parts, but cleary obvious JUNK parts with cracks n scratches) on my car without any authorization from me. I would gladly pay for the great quality used parts or new parts. It wasn't matter of saving money, but to repair my car to the condition the way my car was.They said they do jobs according to the year of the car. Well, the junk parts they put on looks like 10 years older than my car.Beside, cars in the same year doesn't mean they're the same condition. When you work on repair, you don't put just old patches but REPAIR.These guys seems to be lower in estimate prices but it's just because they do low quality job. Never again. I'll take it to another shop to get it done right on my car even I have to pay for more. More money but great respectful job, that's what I want.Funny part of this, they seem to know what they are doing exactly. When I pointed out the situation what/how they're doing, they backed off and told me that they don't wanna work on my car, had another body work scheduled, any more. That was fine with me, I was gonna cancel the rest of the work by myself anyways as a result of the first low quality work I saw.

I recently had my new-to-me 2017 black Murano damaged when a touch-free car wash malfunctioned. I called ACC for a second estimate and learned they have worked with said company in the past.After briefly looking at my car, they took over and handled the rest. When I picked up my car, they took their time showing me all they had done, and even showed me a trick for maintaining my chrome trim.Hopefully I won t need their services again, but if I do, ACC Collision will be my first and only call.Service: Body & Trim

I seriously cannot say enough good things! The team at ACC take outstanding pride in their work and go above and beyond for their clients. Seriously, you will not find anyone at their caliber in workmanship and customer service. Joe and his team are the best of the best. I will not trust any other auto body shop with my vehciles.

ACC Collision is awesome! These guys do great work. They painted my 86.5 Supra, it looks new! They are easy to work with and honest. Everybody there is friendly and they had it done fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Went to get a estimate and was brutally honest about my indecision with what to do when it came to final outcome of getting my truck repaired. In the end I was told by State Farm that my quote and my photos would not be submitted by ACC because they believed that I was not going to possibly bring them the truck so instead of Simply submitting photos and letting me decide from there they decided to decline because of my honesty. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be telling all of my friends to do the same.

I've taken two different vehicles here for repair and have had nothing but amazing service. The quality of repair is as good as or better than the oem finish. Great people to work with, very fast turnaround time. Definitely try them before other shops. Highly recommend!

Unfortunatey, we've needed ACC Collision twice in 1 year. First was hitting a deer. Second for a smaller animal. I drive a 2014 Honda and both times Excellent Service was performed! They took the time to investigate the car thoroughly and handled the changes that needed to be made from the initial claim estimate with my Insurance Co. The car looks Brand New! Joe kept in touch with us via phone calls throughout each occasion. He treated my car as if it were his own, replacing my parts with OEM parts!! The attention to detail is what brought me back the 2nd time! We are VERY Happy with the ACC Collision Buckley Family!Dean

These guys & gals were absolutely amazing. Price was great, they got my truck done in a day and a half and the work was excellent. If you're looking for body work for your vehicle don't even bother looking elsewhere.

These guys are awesome! Quoted me a reasonable price and there work was FANTASTIC! Could not see the damage once they were done. Worked well with my insurance. All I did was drop off a broken truck and get it back like new!

I went to ACC to have a problem identified and fixed on the recommendation of my auto mechanic. Alex was quick to find the problem and explained it thoroughly to me, showing me pertinent affected areas. It turned out to be the result of another firm's poor work. I decided to have the other firm fix their mistakes. Even though Alex had spent valuable time with me, the owner authorized him not to charge me. I will go back to have them do any future auto body work I may need in a heartbeat!
