I can t speak more highly of Jeff and the entire crew at Brewster Car Care. I have a hard time paying for help but these guys are worth every penny. They helped solve several issues and provided excellent communication along the way. It s hard to find people you can trust with this level of experience and attention to detail these days. Thanks my friends!

Customer service was PHENOMENAL.We drove in needing an emergency truck repair and even though they were short-staffed they were super courteous and quick to help us out.Ten out of ten service, highly recommend! Special thanks to Danand Jeff for their amazingprofessional expertise and above-and-beyond kindness.

Exceptional service! I called to see if they could work me in to replace a high pressure fuel pump sensor. Because I was trying to leave for a planned vacation I was in a tight space. Not only did they work me in, they got it done with a price that was beyond reasonable! A third of what I was told elsewhere too expect for the repair. Thank you to Jeff and his team for helping me out on such short notice. Special thanks to Daniel for his patience with me, I was very stressed about it and he was very kind!

Picked up part for wife's truck. It was in good shape (pulled from wrecking yard) and was a reasonable price. Service was quick and the employee helped me get it into my car.

Got a part for my car. I wasn't sure what I needed so someone came out to look. It was outside of the engine. The part I wanted was retrieved for me while l waited. The seems to be a very friendly place to do business and the people I dealt with were nice. I had to wait a bit for my part but I really didn't mind as the parts are not just lying around. There is a good selection of this and that in the waiting area. Nice way to pass the time.

I was going to buy a set of wheels for the agreed price of $140 and saved up some extra cash to buy them. It took me a few weeks and I finally had enough went up there to buy them and all of a sudden they raised to price to $200. I do not recommend making deals with this sketchy wrecking yard. Buy your parts elsewhere!

Love these guys! They always are there too help with my mechanic needs and towing. They are top notch professionals! Always bring my vehicles to them for tune ups, oil changes, and emergencies. They are a family business. Highly recommend!

These folks are absolutely marvelous. I went up after being quoted a certain price but they insisted that the reduced price for the engine we needed was the proper amount.We were more than willing to pay the original price but they insisted. We will continue to do business with them as much as possible even though they are considerable miles from us. We would give them 10 Stars if possible instead of the five.

We had a water pump go out passing thru town and they got us right in and worked thru their lunch break to get us back on the road. Great service and very professional. Thanks again!

Broken down with a flat tire on Sunday at 4:30 pm and Jose was there in no time and had us back on the road ASAP! Jose was friendly and professional. I will never call anyone else again!

When nobody else has it, these guys do. And their prices are reasonable considering the drive to Brewster from Wenatchee or elsewhere. Truly a hidden gem.

They are dishonest and don t care for their customer clientele, only making money. They lie to you to try to get more money and are rude to you and will not sell to you unless you pay their top dollar.
