Friendly and helpful. Got me in and out quickly. Part of the service included a video showing me my tire wear and filter condition. Never feel like they re trying to up sell me.

West Hills Mazda services was terrific. I came in for an oil change and it only took an hour to get my car back. A video was sent for initial diagnosis which helps a lot too. The staff are very friendly too.

Cole and the team at West Hills Mazda are the best! Checking in for service is a breeze and they are so quick! Communication is excellent, too. They are quick to let me know that initial inspection is done and looking good, if there are any issues that they found, and when they re done. This is why I keep coming back to West Hills Mazda. Service advisor Cole was cool and helped me flawlessly. Knew what he was doing. I even looked over my car and made sure there was no finger prints or muck on the windshield from applying the sticker. No scratches or dings from the lift. I was impressed given my past work experience on the hill. Still not going to pay 100 bucks for a cabin filter though.

I am visiting from out of state, and had an issue with my oil level. I called and was quickly given an appointment despite not having a warranty with this dealership. Cole was very courteous, efficient, and professional and I had the issue resolved quickly. The service dept recommended I get new tires, but they did not pressure me to buy them there. Which is one of the reasons I had them provide that service. Cole was our Service Advisor and he was very courteous and helpful with our routine service.He explained the process and promptly set a pick up time.Our car was done on time.I fond the service video to be very interesting. You can see the mechanic show what he is checking and you can see if it needs attention.Needed a new cabin air filter and it was visibly dirty viewing it on video.AwesomeThank you Cole and West Hills Mazda.

Cole at the Mazda Service Department of West Hills is fantastic to work with! Really appreciated his assistance in getting my car taken care of and encouraging me to get a vital 60k check done that discovered a serious problem! Thank goodness we have bumper to bumper warranty on this car... So it's completely covered before something really bad happened. Loved getting a video of the techs going over my car and photos of the exact issue they discovered. They were completely transparent about what was going on and it all went straight to my phone! Love West Hills!

Cole got me in fast and took care of my car in a timely manner, they used a camera to show me my measurements and it was awesome, not sure why but apparently my rear brakes are in the yellow while my fronts are in the green, had my brakes done somewhere in-between 10-15k miles ago up at the Toyota, not sure if they didn't do them rite or something but I find it odd I've lost over half my rear brake life in under 15k miles, long story short I'll be going strictly to Mazda instead of Toyota for all my needs on my 4runner

This dealership represents great customer service. The dealership keeps you posted during the service regarding the inspection of your car. If added work is needed, the customer representative goes over the inspection letting you know what future services you will need. Ive been bringing my 2013 Mazda 3 here for about 2 years. They always take time to explain things and were really great to work with when i had a major warranty repair needed. Great service, great communication. Very trustworthy. Cole is always very helpful and approachable.Theyve also started having the mechanics take a video of what they are doing and send it to you, pretty cool to see. Really appreciate that the mechanics take time to do that.They give you a free carwash voucher and also have free wifi and a snack and coffee bar onsite and comp you a latte.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This is the 2nd time I ve worked with Cole and he is so great! Cole was very attentive despite computer issue which caused a tiny delay in checking in! He was kind, checked the car in quickly, and made sure I was settled before moving onto the next customer. When it came time to check out an hour later, he was very helpful in understanding any future maintenance I needed. He also watched the service video that was texted to me so he could gain feedback for him and the service team at WestHills! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thanks, Cole!

This is the best auto dealership experience I have ever had!!Cole was specifically helpful moving my service speedily as possible and then even came to get me at my home and bring me back!But best of all was the time allotted for my service was half of what they quoted me so instead of charging me the full amount they only charged me half now I believe there is a God!

Cole Malpass it is an exceptional service advisor at West Hills Mazda. He was patient and thoughtful and explained everything in detail. He even arranged for me to have a ride to my home and leave my car for servicing, later came back to deliver my car! Always timely and friendly. There is a convenient cafe at the Ford portion of the dealership that they give you a coupon for. Nice waiting area with tables, TV couches and WiFi.

Had my alignment completed at a different service provider but it didn t seem quite right and went through brand new tires in 6 months! Called West Hills, explained the new tires being worn out, that I had an alignment completed, and wasn t sure what the issue was. They got me in within 2 days. Not only did they correct the alignment but since there was no other issue, they only charged me a fraction of labor.Fast service, great communication, and for a fair price!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Had the 15,000 mile check up done and chose to wait during the service. The waiting area is very well lit, expansive, comfortable, and didn't have the frequent auto service smell. Everyone I spoke to was cheerful, knowledgeable and no one seemed to be rushed. The routine service was completed 30 minutes ahead of estimate. Kudos to the the mechanic. Cole was very thorough in going over the complete vehicle check up. An unscrupulous dealership might have tried to sell me a new engine air filter but Cole showed me a picture of the air filter (cover off) and stated that it was not necessary to replace at this time. Way to impress me Mazda service dept.!Service: Oil change
