They did an amazing job fixing the damage to my car. Can't say enough good stuff about them. The staff is awesome.

The body work done had to be done twice because they messed up. We picked up the vehicle the first time and the tail lights weren t working. (They forgot to connect it back after disconnecting it) They tore the wrap that was on top of the car when masking. They did replace it. The interior of the car was flithy when we picked it up. Lack of communication from both owners. Left several messages and I had to call them to get an updated status each time. They did not fulfill their promise. (I have their hand written list of what they promised to do) To top it off when I called Sharon to ask why their promise was not fulfilled, her response is because my daughter gave her an attitude over the phone so she refused to honor it. Mind you, prior to that I met with Michael Pappas and he reassured me in writing that it would be done. Til this day, no return calls from either one of them after leaving several messages. I highly recommend if you take your car there make sure YOU call for an update, check your vehicle throughly and hold them to their promise before taking your vehicle.I am disappointed because I really thought Michael would at least call me back to discuss this further. I would have been ok with just that as a customer.More so, Sharon acting nice and promising then her attitude changed up when I called her out on not fulfilling their promise. Heck I would have paid them for it too!It is all about communication and customer service and I think I handled myself professionally and treated them with respect and trusted their word.

I was super excited to use this shop and they were a pleasure to work with up until I got my vehicle back. I got my vehicle back at about 430 on a Friday. There was a miscommunication and they were 30 min late so it put me in a rush trying to coordinate dropping off my rental car and picking my son up from practice. It was almost dark so I did a quick look at the bumper job they did for me. The next morning In daylight I noticed a giant inch wide by 12 inch long scratch/scuff on the brand new bumper, behind the license plate they also installed. Upon further inspection the bumper is not only off kilter (gap on the right side and tight on the left and a gap under the headlight) they also caused a one inch crack on my fender while they were trying to install the bumper. I immediately called them within 24 hours and no one returned my call. I again called them three more times and left voicemails and still have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. I understand accidents happen, but they should not be ignoring me and blatantly ignoring their poor work. There is no way I could have caused the scratch behind the license plate. The fact they won't even call me back to discuss it lets me know that they know they are responsible but don't want to have to fix it.

I went in about a month ago for an estimate and was told that it would be sent to me by email within an hour. I still haven't received the estimate after making several phone calls and emails. The last email response was over a week ago by Sharon, who claimed to be the general manager. I've had Uptown perform paint & body work in the past that turned out great, but when you fail at customer service, the entire business is likely to follow.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

My car was Hit recently what an inconvenience This is where my insurance company sent me to get my car fixed and so happy that they did that because my good buddy Howard that works there did a fine job not to mention his crew taking care of my car and getting it back to me in a timely fashion thanks again uptown you've earned my business

This is got to b the worst shop I have felt with in my life. Terrible lies about when my car would b done. Returned to me many flaws. They had a second time for an additional 3 weeks totaling 9 weeks and still couldn t even complete a simple fix. Got my car back from hitting a deer on the freeway and I can not find one thing they missed! Not a single sound or vibration! Very happy with the gals at the front desk and how I was treated anytime I called to get an update on my baby

Overall a great experience. Was able to get me in fairly quickly. 5 business days if I remember correctly. Gave me a quote over the phone and the end price came in slightly under the quote. Wasn't a huge issue but they were able to get the parts in quickly and got it done in between appointments. The splash guard on my car came loose and dropped. Very annoying driving around with everyone asking what's under my car. Was a 2 piece guard and overall they did a tremendous job on the time it took to get me in, parts and labor.

I ll start by saying our car was a BIG job after a car accident. We know that. But the communication of Uptown is zero stars. We were only given updates when we called and they were never accurate. They said it would be ready in 4 weeks- we call, they said oh next week. We call the next week, it would be pushed out another week this went on for awhile until finally I reached the manager who was very kind and got the job done. 2.5 months later we finally have our car but we were told they still hadn t gotten the interior panel in (it s cracked) and it would be another 2 weeks. Guess what? It s been 5 weeks now and still no communication. I ve called multiple times, front desk didn t have anything on file, left a message for the manager and still no call back. Maybe this review will finally get their attention and they can finish the job.While the repair job looks nice, the lack of communication from this place and between their staff has us never wanting to deal with them again.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Great auto body shop. Staff is wonderful! Service is great! My car looked great when finished. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. The owners are very welcoming, helpful and working to crack a joke here and there to help brighten your day. It wasn't the best experience that brought me there (a tree fell on my car), but I ended up having a wonderful experience getting my car repaired. Thank you Uptown for all you do! My car looks great!

excellent service! They fix my broken light and my scratches and dents! The car looks absolutely brand new and the paint job they did came out perfect . I would recommend anyone to come here . They will take good care of your car and return it back to you nice and clean .

I called a week earlier to make sure my car was there to get my stuff out of it, they said they wouldn't get rid of it until I gave them the okay. Then just in case I called day of and she said my car was still there so I drive half hour out there and the woman over the counter told me they shipped it off to an auction like a week earlier... Then she gets mad at ME for questioning why my car isn't there. She was very rude. Just weird to lie twice about having my car and not even checking and then getting mad at the customer for doing nothing wrong. She was becoming more rude as the conversation went on so I just had to walk out

Without a doubt, one of the finest auto body shops on the planet. Beautiful beyond words, is their waiting area. The nostalgia is magnificent! Very clean shop, and very friendly staff. Their work is top-notch and is highly recommended! 5*****Star Rating!

I have visited Uptown Auto Body three times now, and every time it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Every one who works there is polite, helpful, and courteous. I've even had scratches on my car buffed and polished for free (special thanks to Erik for that)!! When I was charged, it was a fair price for good work. I am very happy with my experiences here and have been recommending Uptown to my family and friends.

I hit a deer about a year ago and had the repair done at uptown. They were kind, knowledgeable (of course), and took the time to answer any and every question with a smile. You can t put a price on the kind of service these people provide. I recently brought my vehicle back when I noticed some VERY small issues with the paint in on area of the car. They took it in, no problem. Two days later, the car is flawless. These guys do an awesome job. Mistakes happen, what s important is how we correct them, and these guys went above and beyond to do it in such a timely manner. I highly reccomend them!

I took my car in to Uptown's for a Geico insurance claim to repair $1,700.00 in auto body damage. They had it for 6 days and now it looks brand new again! Can't even tell it was ever damaged. They even DETAILED the inside of my car and fixed a scratch for free! Wow!They really went above and beyond for me. 5 stars, well deserved.Service: Body & Trim

I just picked up my car a few hours ago and could only wish I could give Uptown Auto Body 6 stars. The staff were generous, courteous and patient as they explained the repairs. The car looked better than before the collision. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I received quotes from 4 local shops. Taylor was easy to speak with and we reviewed and scheduled the work for the following week. I also had 4 mud flaps installed, we had a little misunderstanding and they thought the hardware was missing, so an extra hole was drilled on each side, but the flaps seem to cover them and I'll be putting silicone and paint protectors on to tidy things up.I would have to recommend this shop to anyone needing service.

I brought my BMW M3 to two shops prior to Uptown Auto Body for some work. The first shop, who "specializes in European automobile," said they won't touch the M3 model because of the complexity and the second shop said they could do it, but their quote was very expensive. I then took my vehicle to Uptown. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was amazing, the paint from the work done and the rest of the car matches perfectly. Their price was cheap compared to the work done, I would've paid even more with how the final product looked. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and wish I would've started with Uptown Auto Body. Highly recommend.

I had brought a pair of mirrors in on a Monday morning to get them painted to match my vehicle. Was quoted a fair price and left them to be done. The lady at the desk, who was very polite (my only real positive experience here), told me that they would be done in a day or two. By Thursday, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to see how they were doing and to see when they'd be done. The person I spoke to on the phone then told me that they hadn't even started yet, and that their paint guy would "probably get to them sometime next week or so". Wow, okay. I then went to go pick up the mirrors so I could get them done elsewhere. They clearly didn't value the business I intended to give to them. I get it- it's only a pair of mirrors, right? Maybe so, but if they weren't even going to be done at the date they told me, a phone call would have been the appropriate thing to do in the least. It's a shame too, as I have a lot of other little fixes and things I'd like for a local body shop to take care of, but one bad experience is all it took to make me look elsewhere.

My experience with uptown autobody was excellent and I would not think of going anywhere else after dealing with such a professional crew. The quality of their work and service was much more than I expected. And I have high expectations. I look forward to recommending them to my Friends and family

Mike and the team I worked with at Uptown Auto Body were quick, efficient very professional. They work well with the insurance company complete repairs and it was all transparent to me from the very beginning.

They did a decent job on the actual repairs, but my car came back with other problems. Destroyed lugnuts (I wouldn't have cared so much if they weren't $150 Rays) when they couldn't find the keyed socket (was in my glove box and they never called asking), primer paint over spray on my truck and bent up license plate. They also called saying they put the wrong lugnuts on and needed my car back. When I looked at my wheels the fifth lug was missing. They did a good job on my fianc�'s Jeep, but I don't know what happened with my car.

I got involved in a crash last year and took my car there. Someone hit the rear of my car and it got bad. Suuuper nice staff. They explained stuff to me really well and patiently. Have nothing to complain about them :)
