My van was overheating and leaking coolant so I had it towed to this shop. They were so kind to me answering all of my questions and answering multiple phone calls from me checking on the vehicle. I had no appointment and they were able to get my car fixed in a very reasonable amount of time while keeping me updated on the status. These guys are fair on prices, honest, and the only shop I will take my vehicle to. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

They fixed my car everytime it has a problem, during emergencies they are very reliable and quick to fix the problem and i didnt have to wait. Very affordable prices and reasonable! Adam is really awesome and accomodating to my car s needs. Always a life savior. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

What can I say, for this small ma and pa local company except hats off to all those who have been working on my rigs for these past 5 years. Even when I've had an urgent work rig needing to be patched up and them being always booked out "for good reason!" Would still find time to help get me out of a pinch since I do mobile work and they were more than generous to always help! So for all that they have done, I'd like to say thank you!!!

First time customer, had our truck there on 3/22/23. These guys are fantastic, Adam is awesome, and they re hands down the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I ve been coming to them for a few years now, and they came highly recommended from friends in the area, and I ll keep coming back for both routine and emergency work. The prices are fair, the work is honest, and they re always looking out for anything amiss. I had a spark plug blow (come out) while I was driving. I was really concerned it was going to be a very expensive fix due to it would not go back into the cylinder. I called Town and Country and told them about the issue. They set my mind at ease and assured me they could fix it for approx. $350. They were able to get me in and they fixed it just one day. This shop consists of some good guys who take pride in what they do. My family and I will definitely be going to them for now on. Thanks again guys!!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My initial experience with Town & Country was stellar. 5 star all the way. I called for an oil change and was told I don't need to make an appointment just drop it off on Monday and they would get it done. They had it done in 20 minutes and I was on my way. Fabulous. Second time I brought my car in for starting issues. This time I made an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery, all within a few hours. Third time was to prep for a long road trip and some routine maintenance they had previously suggested I get done. This time, again, no appointment but I was to drop it off and they would get to it when they could. My car was ready the same day. The price was reasonable and as far as I could tell the work was good. After my trip I kept calling to get an oil change again and every time I was told they don't have time to do an oil change. I tried for 3 months and each time it was the same answer: we can't help you. I would have liked to be a regular customer of Town & Country Auto Repair but they have made it clear they don't have time for my business. I think it must be great to be so in demand that you turn away customers but it is disappointing to me because after having them as my regular shop this entire year I am now cast aside.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I have been taking my car to Town & Country for quite a few years now and am so impressed with their service! Excellent work, excellent prices and excellent customer service! You will never go wrong taking your car here. Just had my clutch replaced and it runs like a dream. And less expensive than original quote! I have my oil changed there and less than Jiffy Lube where I went for years before. They are the greatest guys. You will never be sorry!

I don't know anything about cars and to me, there is nothing more important than having a mechanic that you can trust. Town & Country is definitely the mechanic that you can trust. Unfortunately there are a lot of places out there that take advantage of not having knowledge, price gouge you, etc, and that has not been my experience here at all.Whenever I call to bring my car in, I speak to Adam who always remembers who I am and always takes good care of me. Whenever there has needed to be work done on my cars I trust that they are telling me the truth about what needs to be done, for a fair price. In fact, they will even tell me when I can wait to take care of something to get more life out of a part, which to me just proves how honest they are there.I recommend this place to everyone I talk to, anyone who asks for a good place on Facebook, etc. I highly highly highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

Their Subaru specialist did a head gasket job on my 2003 Legacy at 163k miles. I appreciated that he came out of the garage to answer any questions I had while I was doing the paperwork and payment at the front desk. The work was completed promptly and at the quoted price. Highly recommended.

Need an honest mechanic? Go see Town and Country. Apparently I'm not the only one who discovered Town and Country because their schedule is booked weeks in advance, so call ahead to schedule an appointment.

We are very grateful for Town and Country! My Subaru Outback was making a horrible screeching noise after driving on a rough dirt road, and we were still miles from home and a bit stressed and unsure what was wrong. We limped the car to the shop and they seemed busy, but they offered to remove the front right wheel immediately and quickly found a little pebble! We were on our way in less than 10-minutes and extremely relieved. We recommended them to our friends who live in the area, and wouldn t hesitate to go back.

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else! Not only are the mechanics incredibly proficient, but their rates are affordable. Super high integrity! These are guys you can trust to do the repairs right, and at a fair price!

Well... I'll let you decide, but I came in looking for a quick turn around on brakes, and this guy sensed my urgency and tried to take advantage... Offering to do it for nearly 1K. 1,000 dollars.... So yeah. I went to Kitsap kustom and auto and got it done for 250 after calling around to see who is available. Don't go here if you want someone trustworthy, and not a walking stereotype that tries to be cool and be your friend, with the intention of heavily overcharging you.

We have been using Town and Country Auto Repair for many years and have always received great customer service and good quality work from them. We will continue to take our cars there for repair because we know that we will receive fair and accurate quotes and will receive quality repair work.

These guys are the best and very reasonably priced. I worked next door to them for 25 years and sent them all lot of customers and visa versa. We have heard 100`s of stories of their happy satisfied customers that got great deals. There must be a reason their parking lot is always full if you think about it.

Only place I trust my vehicles in Kitsap county. Not many trustworthy establishments in this area. They are always honest and work is done right the first time. Very affordable too. No issue with recommending them to anyone seeking auto repairs.

The owner of the shop blatently lied to me and told me i needed parts that I really didn't. The previous owner of my truck had installed spacers on top of the front shocks to lift the front and level out the factory rake. I wanted the truck lower but still level so I took my truck here and asked them to remove those spacers and the factory lift blocks in the rear between the leaf springs and axle pads. They took out the front spacers and when i picked up the truck the owner told me that they couldn't take out the factory rear blocks because they had one hole on top for the leaf spring pin and two pins on the bottom for the axle pad. He said I needed to buy a lowering kit with longer shackles and that they could install it. I bought the kit and installed it myself and when I pulled out the rear blocks to add shims I found that he had lied and the blocks could have been removed without issue. I went back to talk to him and he made no attempt to make things right.

This place has been recommended multiple times to me, and I decided to wait to get into town and country after so many dealerships and big business joints took advantage of us. It was such a breath of fresh air. Everyone was so accommodating, and they went above and beyond. We are so grateful to find an honest and local business to support and take care of us!

My car had stopped working on Christmas day and one of my co-workers had referred me here to her mechanic. They were able to get my car fixed and they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and the repair itself didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'll definitely be coming here from now on for any car maintenance needed. Thanks guys!

Definitely glad that I took the car here for a second guess. We had a great experience and were given an honest description of the provlem. Everything was done in a timely manner. Me and my wife are extremely appreciative of their service. We wouldn't have gotten this at the three other local places we've tried.

When calling to ask questions about how much it would cost to fix something and without even giving the information about what part. They are rude and loud and interrupt you while talking and very inconsiderate. Never going to use this company let alone none of my friends or family will use them either.

They charged my mother $600+ to change out the serpentine belt on a 2004 Kia Optima. The belt went bad again so I took the car to West Hills Kia. West Hills Kia only charged me $127 parts and labor and informed me the reason the current belt went bad so quick was because Town & Country put the wrong belt on.We also paid Town & Country $1300 to have our Rear Deferential replaced in our 2007 Jeep Commander with "used parts" when we traded it in we supplied all paper work of all work done on the vehicle and it turns out we could have purchased a "Brand New Complete Rear Axle Assembly" thru West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge for $1500. Plus Town and Country ruined the interior upholstery of the Jeep ... there was black grease all over the "Headliner, Driverside Door and Driverside Seat and Shifter.

Thought I had a leaking head gasket, mechanic took 10 minutes to do a full check and see that all I had was condensation on my AC that was dripping everytime I stopped. No bs great service, very patient with my lack of knowledge.
