Great experience here with the guys that worked on my truck. Very good communication and worked with me on letting me know the best route to go with on lifting my truck and what wheels and tires would do best for me and my needs. Definitely a one stop shop.

We were in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma for our teenage son and having no luck finding a used truck in an affordable price range. We took a chance and stopped by the store because of their huge truck inventory that we see driving past everyday! CJ was awesome- he greets us with a very non- shark type attitude and after listening to our needs and concerns lead us to the perfect truck!!! We later worked with another team member shortly noticing that everyone was their to make sure we were satisfied! Thank you Outland- your family owned business gave us the best experience!

Totaled out my truckand didn t know what to do cj took the time to not only help me when I wrecked the truck but kept in touch with me through out the whole process and got me into a truck that I am am not just happy with but love driving and all for a great price that I could afford. Excellent service and good people who just want to make sure you get into the perfect vehicle big thanks to both cj and Aaron for all the help and support. I can t wait for the wife to start looking at a vehicle definitely first place we are stopping to look

Aaron was amazing. Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. No pressure, just information, and lots of it! They know what they re talking about. We got this 2016 Tacoma for a great deal. It has a full warranty and is in such nice shape. Aaron made everything super easy and we were able to bring our trade in and pick the truck up at the same time. The Tacoma has a lift on it. Overland s shop had installed it and it was installed properly and aligned well. They took good care of us, and we love our new truck! I couldn t recommend these guys enough. Thanks, team!EDIT: One year update:The truck is KICKING! It's taken us all over the PNW. Oregon, Ellensburg, etc. It's had three oil changes and that's IT. I couldn't recommend Overland and their vehicles more! I'll be back for my next truck for sure!

I just bought a Toyota Tacoma. I am not exaggerating, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was very knowledgeable even owned the same truck I was trying to buy. He worked with me on pricing and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I traded a Chrysler 200s. So if you aren t even looking for a truck make sure to stop there. People like me are dropping off cars for trucks, that are in good condition! There is no Comparison to the rest of the dealerships in the area, by far well worth your money for what you get and will give you a great trade in price. Could not be more happy with my purchase.

Sales team is great, I knew what I wanted before I got in there and there was no haggling. Paid cash for my truck and left. Ended up having a problem with the hoodlatch a few weeks later and they fixed it for free. Would recommend.

Bought my first car here recently and it was the best experience I could've asked for. Service was amazing, fast, and they even offered to fix a crack in the windshield and pay for title transfer fees. Car runs great and they were very honest with any issues with the vehicle. Would rate it higher if I could.

Great people, friendly environment, have questions about how to beef up your ride they know exactly what you need and they install too. Ask for Aron or CJ they will be there any day stopped by one time and already feal pumped to go offroad with great community.

CJ and the team were instrumental in helping us find a good vehicle for our daughter. They helped advise and pull carfax reports on potential vehicles. The awesome part is all the help they offered was out of pure kindness because the vehicle we settled on wasn t even one of theirs. Unheard of customer service in todays world. I will be buying my next rig from them 100%. Thank you CJ!

Great group of guys! They helped us by holding car my wife. Just for few days till we got our insurance check, from an accident, cashed.CJ was helpful and straight forward. Much respect to this place! I will tell people, if they need a ride go see these guys.

I have recently purchased this FR-S from Northwest Rides. CJ and the rest of the staff tested me very respectfully. The experience buying a car from them was actually fun and no feeling of pressure. The car was in good condition which they turned into great condition.(Needed a windshield, paint work on the rear bumper and side plastic's. And a chip in the paint on the roof.)They replaced the windshield and repainted the bumper and plastic's. and touched up the rock chip.No cost to me. The price of the car stayed the same. This is the type of dealer you can trust the handshake. If I ever need another car or truck I will be going back.

My daughter went here to buy her first car, 2015 Mini Cooper. You must go and ask for JB, he is the best. Most wonderful car buying.experience. The finance guy (sorry can't remember his name) was great too. Spend the time to explain everything to a first time buyer.

I want to share my experience with everyone, even though I didn t end up buying a truck through this company. My husband and I went in and had the absolute pleasure of speaking and working with JB. They weren t the first place or even the last place we went shopping, but they were hands down the best and really changed how we think of car sales people. JB was so positive and eager to help and even though we were unable to purchase through them, we would absolutely recommend anyone looking to go and work with them, especially JB!!

Listen - if you want a friendly, straight-forward vehicle shopping experience, don't hesitate. Just show up and do your thing (which is what I did). JB couldn't have been more good-humored. We got our vehicle for a fair price after a respectful negotiation.

Great shop and great staff! Had just what I was looking for and were super laid back and easy to work with. Best used car/truck dealership I've seen around with the most Toyotas on any lot on the area. Definitely recommend.

I came across Overland on OfferUpThey had exactly what I was looking for, a Toyota Tacoma that was fairly priced. I reached out online and JB (Jonathan) text and called me. He was awesome. I really don't have time to haggle, I've worked in sales for a long time and really appreciate a straight forward approach with no bs. I had to delay my visit a couple of times and JB was very friendly, checked in with me a couple of times and even called me to go over thier pricing so I knew what I would be innfor to avoid wasting my time by presenting me with a car deal with a tin of hidden/duplicate or erroneous fees. He gave it to me just like I wanted, straight forward and honest. I like to be able to make an educated excision with accurate and truthful info and his approach allowed me to do that. I came to the lot with my daughter, he and Garrett were super friendly and worked thie magic on my deal. I ended up financing with and APR higher than I wanted but I do have some dings on my credit so it all made sense. Luckily, I have the income to support my purchase and I know I didn't get pushed into an unfair deal.We drove two trucks, both Tacomas, both fairly priced. I did add the basic service contract. I'm skeptical as to weather it will be worth it in the end but hey, I asked for the benifits to be explained, JB did an excellent job of doing that, if I use it, great, if not the addition to my payment isn't unreasonable.Overall I had a great experience and would reccomend 10/10.

I recently purchased a use vehicle from The Overland Truck Store and had a very frustrating experience.On the plus side, the sales staff was very friendly and was able to answer my questions in a helpful and credible way. I also believe that the vehicle was offered at a fair price.On the other hand, there were multiple things that I was told about the car before purchasing it that ended up not being true. And then, after the purchase when problems arose, they were not responsive to my requests and showed very little concern and poor followthrough (did not return calls, texts or emails).The most significant problem I've had with the car to date has been that the brakes immediately needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1,000. I identified the problem the day after purchasing the car due to a loud squeak that occurred when I took it off road for the first time. When I was finally able to reach someone about it, the reply that I got from them without diagnosing the situation was "don't worry about it, they all squeak." Not true and not acceptable.

I purchased a 2005 Lexus last month from Northwest Rides and I am very pleased with my purchase. It was priced fair and has impressive features. My mechanic checked it over and said it is in excellent condition for a 16-year-old vehicle. CJ was a wonderful sales person. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient. He went over and above to make sure I was happy, and even delivered it to my house in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend Northwest Rides to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle and great sales people. It was a 5-Star Experience! I will recommend this honest and ethical family-owned business to all my friends!
