Are they the cheapest? No. But, what I am always super impressed with the staff here. They always treat me right, have an answer for my question or issue, and are pretty knowledgeable about diesels (whereas, I am not). The manager, Stephanie, is always super welcoming and friendly, and is always going the extra mile for me when I pop in for whatever it is I need that day. I also love that they carry premium brands I have issues finding elsewhere and they always have exactly what I am looking for. :)

I came in to have a battery replaced and Greg was extremely helpful in replacing the battery .He didn't forget about me even though the store was very busy that day. He had a friendly attitude and was great as far as customer service.

I ve only been once, but the employee was friendly and helpful. She walked me through windshield wiper blade options and then installed them, all while humoring my 4-year-old daughter.

Awesome customer service. Although I do understand people steal from these places; please wait sitting there staring at me or pretending to look for something in the aisle I'm in. You work there, you know where the stuffs at.

Called to get an ETA and pricing on a special order part. Thomas answered the phone. The entire time, he acted as if I was wasting his time. When I asked him to clarify the ETA of said part, he started to raise his voice. Thomas, you need to be fired. If you can't handle serving customers, get out of customer service. It's that simple. Good thing Autozone is only a couple blocks down the street.

This O'Reilly store is amazing!! They know about cars(which is huge). I work on cars all day every day, so I truly appreciate the staff and their knowledge.

I just experienced customer service at its best. Unfortunately I missed the guys name but probably not good to put online. But he's from Georgia and true southern hospitality. That I miss being from Knoxville. Wow he helped with a battery install and purchase and tips and the other worker helped me with good information. This place is #1. No more AutoZone ever for me. Thank You Georgia and O'REILLY!!!

Very good place and people are friendly. They let me borrow tools to put in new battery which was awesome. I couldn't have been able to fix the battery without that help. I will definitely come back again.Even helped me install the battery. Wow.Had second visit and they honored the warranty for a 2 year old battery and they installed the new one. Very, very nice people and wonderful place to shop here. Recommended.

To start I not only had been shorted a great amount all four times I had gone in to purchase parts for my boyfriend, but both of the men that had been working had terrible attitudes. One of the gentlemen was even irritated with me and the fact that I had even come back into the store due to the simple fact that the lady he had coming in to cover the rest of his shift for him was not there when she said she would be, he complained about having to give me all of his smaller bills, he was also VERY snappy, cocky and had acted like he didn't know that it was him whom had JUST minutes before sold the radiator hose adapter that I was trying to return to my boyfriend and didn't offer him the receipt before my boyfriend had walked back out of the store. I was shorted $44 dollars of the $50 change i should have been given back..I will not be returning to this establishment under any circumstances

I have gone to this location twice now in the past week and have had the worst customer service experience. A specific team member is rude and obviously irritated he has to be at work. I hope that you guys can talk to your staff. We all understand that life is hard right now but that doesnt mean that your still cant be somewhat decent to your customers.

I want to personally thank Wayne at the front counter of this store. I bought a front headlight from him and he went and helped me outside and put in the bulb for me! I'm grateful. I didn't have any tools on me as I left them at home. Thank you so much Wayne for your outstanding customer service! That's why I go back to O'Reilly's!

Complaint!!!! Your store located inBremerton, WA where my son worked has been nothing but harassing. My son has severe anxiety. He has had to miss work for it. He went and got the dr notes per their request and that was not good enough. Adam at that store has given my son stomach ulcers again documented by a dr who did the endoscope.You keep sending threatening mail to him. Which does not help his anxiety. He has literally done everything you have asked. Let him come back to work or fire him so he can at least get unemployment.We will never ever recommend you to any of the people we know after the treatment you have given our son.Adam specifically at store #2770You should be ashamed of yourselves

Pretty standard auto parts place but definitely helpful, friendly, and we'll stocked. They seem to have had all of the parts in stock that I've needed even on one of my cars from the 1990s. Haven't ever had to have them order something for me or transfer from another store; they seem to have it.You can take your car in for a free diagnostics check here. I've done it a few times and just takes a few minutes.I feel like you get the most value out of an auto parts store when you join one of the rewards programs and stick with that parts store. This way you're cosntantly earning rewards. This place always seems to have coupons as well. For instance I just had $10 off of $20 and commonly get $20 off of $100.This location is in the Fred Meyer plaza which is a great location whether you're going North or South on Wheaton Way / Highway 303. They also have pretty good hours: 7:30am to 9pm and open every day. Even people who work 9-5 will have plenty of time to stop by.Would recommend.

I am a 22, Own and manage multiple rental properties here in Kitsap, and fix all of my own vehicles.I Have spent more than any of these employees make in a year on parts over my last 5 years of being a loyal customer. I am going to be filing a formal grievance with your corporate office concerning the assistant manager August. He is around the same age as me and after reviewing his social media, I was made aware that he suffers with bi polar depression, along with other mental disorders that are not under control. The reason I am going to do everything in my power to have August removed from his position of power is because not only did use profanity, raise his voice, and threaten me physically, Including saying to me that he wants to go outside and fight. He did all of this right in front of other customer's! and for no Valid reason. He waited until I had all of my parts together and was about to pay $400 try and assert his power over me.Because he was frustrated that I disagreed with the advice that he gave me, and embarrassed him in front of his co workers I guess? Either wayI cannot stress to you, that me and this person are on two completely different level's in this world. This isn't some argument between two upset young people. I have a very level head on my shoulders and talked to him without raising my voice, or being rude, despite how much I wanted to. I have the ability to do this because I am a fully functioning Adult that was raised correctly, and does not have Mental issues, Like your assistant manager does. He even goes as far to constantly post on Facebook about how he feels to try and get attention. This "Man" is not fit to greet people at Walmart, Let alone be the face of a reputable business.He is an immature, genuinely angry, animalistic assistant manager at an auto parts store, with severe mental disorder's, who is being allowed to abuse power, allowed to threaten, allowed to use profanity towards a paying customer who was being respectful and not stooping to his level of childish anger. This man was uncontrollably shaking with rage, over absolutely nothing. I have never felt so threatened in a business environment. I have never been talked to badly, removed, or threatened at ANY business, EVER.Please email me personally so I can give you more information and recordings I have of him acting like a delinquent. If there are not steps made to remove him from his position of assistant Manager immediately, I will simply stick to the corporate complaint route and have the Police come down by the end of the week to acquire his personal information and try to find probable cause to charge him for threatening or intimidation, Free speech is protected by the 1st and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution; however, free speech isn t absolute. Our constitution doesn t permit us to use fighting words. Fighting words are words that are likely to provoke a violent reaction in normal people. Thus, while crude or vulgar language is protected, fighting words are not. The Supreme Court has ruled that protecting the sensibilities of others is not a sufficient reason to suppress our speech. The fact that speech includes expletives doesn t strip it from constitutional protection. Cohen v California, 403 U.S. S.Ct. (1971). In sum, cursing, ranting, and raving might indicate immaturity or rudeness, but absent actual fighting words, or genuine threats of violence, the speech is permitted. Which him making it very clear to me that if he see's me outside of the store that he will attack me constitutes intimidation.He said this to me after I told him that I will be getting in touch with the general manager and seeing him back here soon to buy my parts.I cannot stress enough that I have all the time and money in the world to peruse this matter, and have video content that would go viral within the hour if posted on Facebook.I am trying to save oreillys from this Negative publicity, but I am willing to do what it takes to make sure this Man will never be in a position to intimidate another customer.

Great service! Came here because auto zone on fusion rd referred me (no joke they couldn't find a basic caliper for my firebird and told me to go to o'reilly's) got me everything I needed!

The staff is good(especially at the East Bremerton store) and helpfulPrices are.competitive.and they have a large supply of them.and.if.they do.have to order a.part.it is there very quickly. A.place worthy of ones business
