Everyone gives MAACO a hard time, and thinks of the bare minimum. But these guys are anything but. I brought my 94 Bronco in with several dents, rust, and paint cracks and these guys looked me in the eye and told me they could get it done. I was skeptical but all other body shops turned me away saying We don t do rust repair. As insurance work is where the real money is but not these guys.Restoration is not easy work, but these guys put the time in and do a great damn job. I paid a little more than the average customer and I am very impressed with the results. She looks brand new!Don t let your forums or YouTube guy scare you away, this particular shop in Bremerton, Washington, is the real deal.

I've been going to this specific Maaco since I was 19 years old. They've always taken care of me. I have recently gotten the back end of my Rav4 repaired there and it's as if nothing ever happened. They got me in the day after it happened to look at it. They ordered parts right then and had everything taken care of. Dropped my car off the monday after Thanksgiving, and it was ready for me 8 days later. Other car shops couldn't see me til at the earliest on the 5th of December. Awesome people awesome Managers. Definitely coming back for future repairs or paint. Also, they didn't ask me to write a review. They are just awesome enough for me to WANT to write one. Thanks Jon and team!

I've had 3 cars painted there and one car pinstriped and loved it all. Took my new car in to have it pinstriped and the guy(John) suggested I don't. Said it wouldn't look good and the car didn't have the right lines. It would make it look real odd. I gave him a gift card to Starbucks for his honesty!

Appreciate these guys so much! They took great care of me and my 1972 Volkswagen Bus, they got it looking SO clean and fresh with a new paint job! The quality is awesome and I have no complaints. I m not recommending you go here, I m telling you to go here!! This place is amazing, friendly people and they had the cheapest quote for a full car paint job in town. I got the car painted and back to me in a day. Absolutely amazing. I ll be back for sure.

After a fender ender, Nick repaired and painted our 2003 Camry so it looked better than most 2023 cars on the road! The personal attention to details we requested is outstanding at this Maaco shop. Thank-you to his whole crew!

I just want to come on here and say that this particular MAACO did a 5/5 paint job on my hood and top cab of my 1998 F150. I am beyond happy and their customer service was top notch. This was truly a legendary experience. From the moment I stepped into the shop I knew that I was going to get taken care of and as well as my car. Jon was very patient and willing to work with me. The boys at this MAACO are beyond talented and went above and beyond. They definitely fight the stigma that the average consumer has about the brand. I was impressed and I got the most out of my dollar. I couldn't have asked for more. From the intricate care of the door jams and body molds to the precision of the paint laid, there was no visible orange peel or bubbling. My dents were repaired and they took their time. Jon gave me advice on how to care for my vehicle as soon he handed me the keys. I don't have any other words but blessed and I have fallen in love again with my now red Mustang. :) 5/5 Highly recommended!!!!

I went to 2 places in Port Orchard that couldn t help me fix my Gray Spots , yes, I m old.Did more google map search and found my happiness I m so impressed with this business and all the wonderful people who work here that I met.I would give them 10 stars if I could, they even cleaned the outside for me Highly recommend!

Having never been in an accident before and being rear-ended, Jon and the guys from Maaco made the process of collision repair as easy as possible. Even though the insurance company was not being helpful, Jon made sure to answer any questions we had and ensured us he would take care of whatever he could from his end. The professionalism and help from everyone at Maaco made us feel like someone finally had our back throughout the process, we were appreciated as a paying customer and that we would get the best job for our money. The car came back looking better than before the accident with neat, pristine repairs and even a cleaner interior. I went to quite a few places in the area searching for a decent quote for some relatively mild body repair and Maaco was the place that gave me the best bang for my buck, by far. Not only did they give me a fair price, their repair window was half that of competing auto body shops. I was skeptical of the low price and quick estimate but upon seeing the finished product I can safely say they knocked it out of the park. I d be quick to recommend Maaco to anyone I know not only for the quality of their work, but the professional and friendly service I was provided. Thanks again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

PERFECT! I don t use that word very often, but my paint job was PERFECT! We bought a 55 Chevy wagon and called around for days getting $20k quotes and up for a paint job. And everyone said call us in spring. I called Maaco last and two weeks later I had my car back painted, clear coated, a few major dings fixed and show quality-for a quarter of the price everyone else was quoting. I appreciated that Nick listened to my concerns and gave me OPTIONS to best suit what we could afford and what the car needed to be protected. I was blown away at the detail. Everything in the door jambs was even perfect.I felt like he treated my car as if it was his own! Our 57 Lincoln is coming in next! I would highly recommend Maaco if you need your hot rod painted. Nick is by far one of the best out there!!! Took care of my baby after a recent collision. He was communicative every step from start to finish. He did an incredible job on my vehicle. John was gracious & accommodating when I picked up my vehicle. His professionalism was excellent & most appreciated.

Super happy with the work they have done! They repainted the hood of our C-Class RV and a few weeks later they did an all over paint job on my 1995 Camry. Both look just great, especially the Camry. Money well spent!

The staff did a good job of working with me to explain the process and try to make it more affordable. They got the job done much faster than expected, and they did a great job painting my car. I am very pleased with the way the car looks. They also told me how to care for my new paint job. It cost quite a bit more than I expected, but I have never gotten a car painted before, and I don't know what the going rate is.

Honestly, I was looking for a cheap paint job, and Maacos seem to have a reputation of having the lowest price. But I was also still concerned about a minimal level of quality. Kevin gave me some good options and helped me decide on the best one without any pressure. I was extremely impressed with the outcome. My 12 year old car seriously looked brand new when I went to pick it up. It was anything but a "cheap" paint job, and I still got an awesome deal. It's been a couple of months, and the paint still looks great and in tact. Would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The paint job was good, but I did not like the color it is much darker than the original green. I really liked the original green. There were some big time problems with the car after the painting but it is fixed, but costly. Now that I have seen the car in the bright sun light I thought WOW! I love this paint job. Then I thought back about how the staff really did help me out with the problem the car had. The staff was very helpful. So Maaco is a very good place to get your car or truck,or van or any thing you ask them to work on this the place to go to!

The issue was car vs. bird feeder. I shopped around for someone to repair the fender and bumper (it's incredible how much damage a bird feeder can do). Their price was better than others I looked at.The repair work turned out beautiful, better than I had hoped for especially since some of the damage was on the corner of the wheel well which I assume is a more technical fix. The people were very friendly and not pushy. The work was done even earlier than expected. I would recommend this Maaco shop to anyone. I will certainly return if my car should meet anymore stationary lawn ornaments.

Office Manager Jo and John s paint team were fantastic!My [new to me] 1987 Jaguar XJ6 had blistering clear coat, a few small bits of rust, and aftermarket chrome wheel well trim that I did not want. I wanted it to be ready for a car show, 8 days away, if possible.The car looks absolutely fabulous, no more chrome wheel well trim, all rust taken care of, new pin striping to match the interior....And they did it all in 5 days!! I could not ask for better service and quality at such a reasonable price. Thank you!

Excellent service. I have a 2012 Charger Srt8 and I was unsure of bringing it to Maaco as I backed into far inside a parking garage and cracked my bumper. Jo was very friendly and professional and ensured my Charger was well taken care of. They repaired and painted my bumper in 2 days and it looks like nothing ever happened. If you need touch ups or need your whole car painted I wouldn t hesitate coming here. Kudos!!!

Everyone was super helpful with the quote process and scheduling a time to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Needing to get collision work done on your vehicle can be stressful but everyone here was very kind and made the process easy! I got my vehicle back quicker then expected it looks great and is clean as well! I would recommend this shop to anyone and am very thankful for everyone s hard work!

Honestly wouldn't give these guys the time of day.. quoted me a price at 2k to paint my coupe for just a single stage of paint... and there's absolutely no body work that needs to be done. It's just the clear coat is peeling. I'll just plasti dip the car myself for 600$. Won't look as nice as a professional paint job but it beats only a single stage paint for 2k...

When we picked up the vehicle, it had just finished raining, so we were impressed with how nice it looked. However, when we came home and parked it in the garage for a couple of days, we noticed a lot of water spots and if we tried to wipe them off, the area we wiped looked scratchy. We weren t provided any information on how to care for the paint when we brought the vehicle home (do s and don t s), and was told (after-the-fact) that we were not to wipe or wax it until a couple of weeks later. We also noticed that the paint appeared to have tiny particles underneath several areas and this is disappointing, especially when we paid for the urethane sealer, which we thought would give it a smoother appearance. We have another vehicle we need to get painted and are contemplating using a different shop next time. The folks there are extremely friendly and helpful and the work that they did both deserve 5 , but I am giving the paint quality 3 . I would refer them to anyone who isn t particular about the quality of paint on their vehicle and can handle those types of imperfections.

They did really well with the dent on my car that was in a tricky spot. Paint job came out really good just with a slight bit of drip. But they buffed out the scratches that were also on the door. Overall good service.
