I brought my car in after a bad experience at another shop. They not only fixed my exhaust issues quickly but at a very reasonable cost! The people there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in that shop treated each other and every customer there with respect and kindness and I really can appreciate that! Thank you so much Kitsap muffler.

Local shop that offers repairs and exhaust work. They install trailer hitches as well. Brian is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanics are quick and efficient. Prices are competitive compared to other repair shops. I've never had to have work redone there because they get the job done right the first

So these guys really earn their five stars!! I was quoted two or even $3000 to have my muffler replaced and these guys did it for way less than that!! Fast and quality service. If you need a muffler replaced, this is the only place to go. Highest possible recommendation. And they even give a military discount.

Quality, speed, and great communication! Staff is extremely friendly and provides consistent updates to keep you informed of the entire process with reasonable prices! Took all my worries away.Backstory: I took up my first project vehicle, a 99' Jeep Cherokee XJ. The catalytic converter was stolen during the previous owner's ownership, so it was straight piped with temporary wires holding it up. Fast forward, the tailpipe and muffler fell off and were no longer usable. So, instead, I purchased a new muffler, cat, and exhaust kit from Walker and BRE. However, with no welding experience and a front pipe that was too short to attach the new parts, I was stuck with low time.A few months ago, I spoke with them about my issue, and they told me they would be more than happy to take a look into it.Finally, I took it in today at 0830 after scheduling an appointment yesterday. Brought in my parts and the jeep, and after inspecting the fit, they gave me all the options I have available and communicated anything that came up.Maybe at most an hour later, the full exhaust system was replaced and done. Great price for labor, transparent, communicative, and honest.However, I advise everyone that if you take your own parts, remember that it's not their responsibility if something goes wrong due to the quality of the part. In my mind, I know that if something were to go wrong regarding the parts I gave them, it would be my responsibility.However, they asked if anything is wrong to let them know. I'm definitely coming back in the future for other repairs.

After a couple sub-par experiences at drive up oil change shops in the area, I decided to have some actual mechanics do the job. Called, made an appointment, came in, and was out in 30 mins. With the military discount, I ended up paying what I would have to do it myself. So if you're military, save yourself the trouble of doing it yourself and avoid the "quick lube" shops... Unless you want to pay double the price to some high school kid to have your floor vacuumed, and all of your other fluids topped off... and you found a drive up oil change place that actually does everything that they advertise.

Stopped using Kitsap Muffler. Their prices went through the roof. Had Midas in Silverdale do a 3" exhaust (tight) on my buggy.77 Jeep CJ7, 304. 2 into 1 exhaust. A little more pricy than I was hoping for, but the product was worth it. Nice and tight, great welding, good hangers and a chrome tip to boot. Didn't really want the chrome tip, but it looks okay. I will continue to use Kitsap Muffler for the quality of their work.

Had a great experience. Front desk got me in same day for service. Took a look at the car within a few minutes of arrival. Gave me a quote with a very good price. Had a new muffler Installed in 30 Minutes and was on my way. Would highly recommend using kitsap muffler, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

These guys rebuilt my entire exhaust pipe and replaced the resonators and mufflers in almost exactly 75 minutes from the time I handed the keys over, to the time I was driving away. I was out the door for less than the quoted price, too. Without a doubt this is the place to go for exhaust system work in Kitsap, thanks guys! Now to re-learn how to drive my car now that I can't hear my shift points anymore! :)Service: Exhaust

This place always does an amazing job! I brought in my project car for a performance exhaust job... Muffler delete resonator swap and a snazzy tip... They had me on the road in about an hour and the job they did was incredible... Very fair price for the high quality work... The welds on the pipe look beautiful... Also the shop is cool, I really like the metal sculpture art decorating the facility... I will always recommend their service! This is the second car I've had them work on so show them some love and get some work done here you'll be glad you did!Service: Exhaust

I took a vehicle back to Kitsap Muffler and Brake after the braking system that was installed at Kitsap Muffler and Brake. The system worked great until last month. I left the vehicle ith the instruction manual for the Roadmaster Even Brake system. The system would not complete the self test. The instruction manual clearly reviews the process for conducting the self test. The no brake switch detected code appeared. I was called several hours later with news that the issue had been corrected. I got to the shop installed the unit and ran the self test. FAILED! I talked with the mechanic who had worked on the system and he stated he thought the system was fine after seeing the red light. I asked if he had read the manual to determine what a successful self test would look like. He stated no. He told me he had replaced a fuse and cleaned some plug connections. Again he thought a RED light was ok. I talked with the manage and he asked if I had already paid for the work. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the work prior to running the test. I know the company has got to cover labor, but when the issue was not corrected I asked if the company could reduce the charges a little. I was told "I have to check with the owner. Stop in tomorrow and we can talk" . The next day, on way out of town for month long road trip, I stopped by. I was told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing because I have used the company several times with great success. This time however, a complete failure.

I came to kitsap muffler to have my exhaust repaired after going into another shop that butchered my muffler install. They were able to get my exhaust looking and sounding great. Sam at the front desk was absolutely wonderful.Sounds great. Price for a dual in single out "Flowmaster" was $230, thats just the muffler. Online its an $85 muffle.It doesn't say Flowmaster anywhere on it.Thanks everyone!

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. They were able to quickly trim and re-weld a replacement resonator/exhaust pipe unit I had that was two inches too long to fit on my vehicle. They did quality work and the unit fit perfectly. Genuinely nice people working in this shop, who are great at what they do! This is definitely the go-to shop in Kitsap!Service: Exhaust

Fast, honest service at a fair price was my experience. I ve been very busy and haven t had time to schedule a proper appointment to get my muffler replaced. Drove by and gave them a call. They had a moment in their schedule to work on my truck. Not only did they have me in and out in a flash, their welding is quality. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I bought a newer Pathfinder which had tow mode available, but I needed to have a hitch put on. I got tons of recommendations for this place and they got the work done very fast while we waited next door. Later, we realised we wanted to add a brake controller, a weight distribution hitch with sway control, and an electric jack. Once again, they said they could do all of that, and they got it all done in a day. I'm sure they're sick of seeing me and my trailer out there, but I am amazed by everything they were able to accommodate "off label", since none of my needs were muffler or brakes. I hope I don't need any more of their services for a while, but this is definitely where I'll be coming when I do!

I stopped in to get my oil changed, which they don t do anymore! However my car makes a weird rattling. Patrick and Tj looked at it and noticed it was missing a piece of rubber and popped something on for me. Noise stopped! The owner is also super nice (did not get his name) and directed me to a shop he would trust to do my oil change. Best automotive experience I've ever had in my life. They were all very professional, and extremely fast with quality work. A budget friendly exhaust shop plus more! They worked on my 1987 Volvo 740. Re-did the exhaust with a new muffler. Made a bend at the end to look like factory at my request. When there were some clearance issues they had me back in and fixed the problem right away! I will be coming back! Friendly staff from the front desk to the welders.

My local NAPA auto parts dealer recommended Kitsap Muffler and I couldn t be more happy I chose them. I was able to drive in the next morning and after only a few minutes diagnosing my exhaust system, Mike was able to replace my dual exhaust muffler delete y-pipe in just about an hour. Very professional team, and Mike did an excellent job!!! Highly recommend, especially if you re looking to support local businesses.

2 visits, 2 appointments made. 1st visit was ok, they could not get magnum hitch to line up. When I got home I realized the plate they were talking about was only held by plastic screws, would have only taken them 15 minutes to fix, so I fixed it.2nd appointment, I reserved 1/2 a day of my time at $600.00 for torklift tie down install for truck camper. I showed up 5 minutes early, keep in mind I received no phone call of any issues, and was informed they were busy, u able to keep my appointment. So I stepped out and into my truck, got on phone to torklift in kent and problem solved, I would advise for people who care about time, money, and communications skip kitsap muffler, they are expensive to deal with.
