My bumper wasn't staying in place. I called to see if that was something they could help with. They were very friendly and told me they were not a body shop but could take a look and try to help. I brought it by and within 30 minutes they reconnected my bumper and it feels like it will stay in place and looks great. They service was superb and friendly and I loved their beautiful fully alive fish tank in their waiting area. Absolutely recommend and will come back!

I couldn t say more great things about this place. Prices are really great compared to competitors and they are always very communicative and detailed throughout the whole process. They don t try and push things on you that you don t need & educate me on any issues I do have with my vehicle. My boyfriend and I will be lifelong customers so long as we are in Kitsap. I highly recommend!

My daughter and son-in-law recommended Kitsap Kustom and I had my truck towed there. They were busy and booked for a week, but Jeff diagnosed my truck as soon as they were able. He called with a detailed estimate and worked to within minutes of closing (on a Friday) to get my truck done. The bill was exactly what the estimate was, and I felt it was very reasonable. Jeff is personable, knowledgeable, and honest.Have already recommended to a friend.

Fantastic shop, have used them multiple times for oddball check engine/no start issues on my vehicles as well as custom roll cage install on my drag car. Overall great experiences here. Awesome place! They were able to fit me in when I needed a same day full brake replacement before a trip, squeezing me in at the end of the day when I explained the situation to them, and charged me 250, for the job that town and country auto repair wanted to charge me 1k for.. sensing my urgency

Kitsap custom has done two repairs for me now and we are very, very satisfied. Quick turnaround, quality work, fair price - and another thing that is difficult to find any more - old school integrity. It's a family business that deserves your patronage. I have been in the area for 18 years and have not found a single shop that can hold a candle to them. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew; they are truly the best. Period.

I live close by and asked Jeff if he could please take a look at my car because it was overheating. He called me 10 minutes after I dropped it off and told me what was wrong. An hour later he had it fixed and ready for pick up. The guys at the shop know where my house is and when I got home my car was parked in my driveway! I would highly recommend Kitsap Kustom. They completely exceeded my expectations of service and quality of the work performed.

Me and my boyfriend had a flat tire in front of the big apple diner parking lot and they came out and helped tighten the tire back on for free. Very very nice people.

This shop is great! Their customer service is phenomenal and repair services are extremely quick. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is currently looking for a great repair facility. Just overall wanna of the best experiences with a mechanic. Honest, reasonable prices, knowledgable, and friendly. If your looking for a good mechanic this is the place.

We hauled our mini van to Kitsap Kustom last Friday. They are closed weekends, but had it done by Tuesday afternoon. Jeff said it was a melted wiring harness, and he had done two others recently on similar vans. So we only lost 2 workdays use of the van, and it was only $141 (including tax) to fix it. I think we found our new shop.

Didn't have the greatest experience was treated a lil rude all because they didn't really know what they were doing!! Got in over their head with a simple head swap! Oh well live n learn.
