They are always prompt and thorough when I go there. All the associates are polite and helpful and someone always greets me right away. I also really appreciated the inspection picture of some leaking fluid and felt the recommended fix was merited.That and a coffee shop inside while you wait!Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Edited: Cody called me right away and we had a great discussion. Not only did he take care of the service for me (going above and beyond) but he also worked with his service team to ensure that their processes were updated so that this issue doesn't happen to other customers. Excellent customer service! Thank you for taking care of me! :)Staff very friendly. However, I ve been trying to get this recall taken care of for months. The first time I went in for the recall, I was sent away because they had to order parts. Why schedule me to come in if the parts aren t there? Today, I come in for the same recall and I m told that I need to come back because my fuel tank needs to be below 1/4 tank. Once again, information that would have been helpful prior to me wasting 3 hours of my day. Now, I have to hover my fuel gauge around 1/4 tank and try to get this scheduled once again. This could have been taken care of in one visit with a little better communication.

CJ and Raber are the best. The whole staff is wonderful. I came in to get an oil change and left with a new car. I drive the extra hour from Sequim and it s worth it. The whole crew is so nice. Thanks for helping get my dream car!

Let me first start out by saying this is my first time writing a review. It s not very often you receive exceptional customer service like I received today from Olivia Moore. I have visited Heartland Toyota a couple of times and have worked with Olivia both times. She remembers who you are, she is super helpful, she is very poitive and kind. This young lady goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Olivia if you need a service advisor on your Toyota.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership! From the car buying to The maintenance! They are always able to get me in for an appointment in a timely manner and are very friendly! I would 100% recommend them!

Had a great experience working with Olivia in the service department for a regular maintenance/oil change. She was beyond polite, helped me figure out a question I had, easy to chat with, and just overall friendly! My car took the expected amount of time, everything was great. Both Olivia & the techs did a great job. Will always come back to this location for all things car related!

Heartland Toyota was great to work with. My service manager Chet was right on top of things, making sure everything I needed done was taken care of. He got my car in the same day, They gave the car a complete inspection and found a couple of issues I was unaware of. He explained everything to me so that I knew what had been done. Overall great experience.

Patrick was great. Only complaint is that the service which was scheduled at 7:40 AM took longer than expected. Patrick did keep us informed. The waiting area was very nice and that made it easier.

First let me say Olivia Moore has exceptional Customer Service skills, and I attribute that to her being a nice person whose primary goal is to help. Friendly, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and patient.I asked for a checkup and was given suggestions and options, and after my decisions was kept informed about every step and in the scheduled repairs as well at any additional issues or costs.This kind of service comes from the top and in my estimation Heartland has a real gem in Olivia Moore.Thank You Olivia and Heartland

Good customer service and fast. Should use text service for approval of additional service needed. People don t always check emails and the rep didn t leave details in the VM.

Mike Smitley was a dream to work with. My car was severely damaged by a would-be thief, and not only did Mike keep me up to date on every aspect of my repair, he also managed to get a discontinued part to make it whole again. Best of all, he double checked everything I was being billed for and managed to save me money from the estimate! Mike definitely earned his place as my permanent go-to guy in the service department.

Bree was one of the best I've ever worked with. There have been many times where I wonder if anyone even looks up from their desk to acknowledge you.... Well this girl was absolutely amazing. All I needed was a new key programmed. Olivia was pleasant and was upfront about the standard visit being 2 hours. Sigh. She also said it was a little bit light in the shop and they would try to be faster. 30 minutes later she cheerfully handed me my keys and I was off and running. Pleasant to work with and efficient. Can t be better.

I made an appointment to have a key fab programed, they quoted a couple of hours. I had a service light that was going to come up in about a week. They were able to do the service and get my fab programed in just over an hour! Great service!! Thank you!!

Staff was friendly and engaging, but I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to communicating costs. I was given a 12:00 pick up time with an estimated total cost of ~$590.00. Before I arrived at noon I call and was presented with 2 or 3 additional, recommended service items. I asked how much longer it will take to do these and was informed that it can all be done in one hour, so I agree.When I go to pick up the truck the total cost is over $2000.00. So the 2-3 additional items that took only an hour to do cost $1400.00!!??After paying the bill and leaving I did some research called to speak with the manager of the service department. We went through the bill in detail and he was able to make some adjustments which I appreciated and consider reasonable.

We have been getting our cars serviced at Heartland Toyota for a long time. The service department is professional and treats you right. This visit was a 5,000 mile interval oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Mike let me know everything that would be done and then showed me what the inspection showed (the car is in great shape). We take care of our cars by taking them to Heartland and our cars last for 300K+ miles. The Service Manager, Scott, has a great department!

Everything from making the service appointment with Hannah to being taken care of by Mike, our service adviser, went very smoothly. We were kept informed of what was being done on our Highlander, and things were done in a timely manner. Nothing but good things to say about them and Heartland Toyota!

This was the first service experience I had there. They were prompt and had my car back to me in less time than promised because I was waiting. The waiting area has a WiFi/laptop desk area, comfy seats and a coffee stand. They gave me a complimentary latte which was wonderful. A+ service. Thanks Matt!

I've been getting my Tundra serviced at Heartland Toyota since 2006, and have unfailingly received, and have come to expect prompt & courteous treatment. Most recently, Matt got me checked in and, once work began, kept me informed about issues & progress. Matt's notifications - augmented with pix and videos - helped me make informed decisions about my truck's maintenance.

Always have great service at Heartland Toyota in Bremerton. My service advisor Mike is always prompt and courteous with me. Didn't even have to wait in line today and only made my service appointment 1 day in advance.
