This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and quick to assist in any way they could and always had a smile on their faces. The service was great and I felt that my time wasn't wasted. It took less than 3 hours from walking in for me to drive off the lot in the car I wanted. Overall, I would highly recommend Haselwood Volkswagen to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Other than the time it takes to do documents (as at any dealer) we were happy. They gave us a fair trade in amount on the car we bought there 6 mos ago and didn't like, and a full refund on the extended warranty we didn't use. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Haselwood has been servicing my 2013 Sonata since day one, and have always done a good job. The only thing I would recommend is to implement / increase quality control after service. I had to bring the car back because my cabin air filter wasn t installed properly - I turned on the air and it sounded like a jet engine under the hood. After they fixed it, the knobs in the glovebox weren t put back and I noticed it when one of them rolled off the dash as I was leaving the service bay. I had to turn around for them to put them back. Between that and the abandoned critter crib that got demolished from behind the air filter, I would still bring my car to them for service.

It's very rare to be impressed by a car salesman. My husband and I walked in and were promptly greeted by Lance. Now let me pause and say that I work in car sales and KNOW how we can be. We were definitely standoffish at first, but Lance from the get go, was asking what we needed, what we liked, and what we came in for. My husband was looking at the 2018 GTI that they had on the lot. Lance pulled up the 2018 as well as a 2024 GTI up so that we could compare and contrast. He let us drive both, and getting a sales person who is ALSO a car guy was a dream for my husband and I. Lance knows SO much about his inventory and the features of his cars. Again, working in sales, this is important to me. Lance blew us away. During the negotiation process he was honest and let us know about the process and details. Another win. No pressure, just informative and patient. We were able to finish up our financing with the finance manager named Ray who was also very thorough and kind. Our payments were right where we wanted them, service warranty and GAP included. My husband was able to buy the 2018 GTI that he had an eye on, and they took our trade sight unseen since we hadn't driven it in that day. Lance LITERALLY drove the GTI to our garage and took our trade back at the same time so that we didn't have to make a second trip to Bremerton. I've heard so many bad things about West Hills, but I absolutely recommend Lance and Ray to anyone. I was so pleased with this whole process, and very grateful to the entire VW /Hyundai team for their hospitality and kindness. Thank you for the GTI, it's a MACHINE! THANK YOU LANCE!!!

The service experience I had was really sub par. My sales team wrote up an owed list for: Scratches on of the outside panels, and scratches on my windshield indicating repair or replace. The service team did not replace the windshield where scratches can't be fixed. They also took it upon themselves to "buff" all the outside panel pillars, and just left them all more scratched up than before. All of these things should have been replaced for a brand new car. The service advisor said "this is the best we can do" and sent me on my way. I ask the sales manager if I could go to a different VW dealership to get better service and never had a reply. In addition I asked for them to charge my vehicle at drop off, they said was no problem. At pickup my vehicle was not charged.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from different dealers and this last experience with Haselwood Volkswagen was by far the easiest I have ever encountered. Mike Jones and Ray Natividad were just awesome and extremely easy to work with. The whole process was a easy and pleasant.

Went in for tire repair and oil change. Handled well and promptly.Also have had an ongoing issue with steering. Service writer got a tech to ride with me to help evaluate the problem.First time I felt like they were actually listening to my input not just "We'll have the tech do a test drive"

Both Nathan and Joel were very courteous and prompt in returning my car - after a 3 month stay. Also, I was pleased to get to talk with David, the mechanic who serviced all of the recall items.

Finance acted like I was setting up my signatures via DocuSign. Not the case. Signed me up for all kinds of stuff. Increased the term of the loan on a used car to 84 months. Added fluff without approval like 1k for gap insurance. Attempted to finance oil changes into the loan. Had the pay off of my trade in wrong by about $700 but pretended I was not financing that $700 and I'd get a check...I would get a check but I'd still be paying on that extra $700 for 8 years of interest. Lied and said my contract was in the glove box. He signed up my contract with me never seeing it but claimed he was finding me better rates. Nah, he just signed my loan and sent me the papers without any discussion of the rate, the term, what bank he found etc etc....once I was finally emailed the contract I never saw I went to the dealership.Showed the sticker price of the car. Showed all the things done to prep for sale AND the final sticker price. That's the price right? They then added $300 for ridiculous window etching that does absolutely nothing for my insurance or for the vehicle. It's a $30 kit. So, sticker price is not sticker price. Window etching was in the itemized list along with new tires for the sticker price....then they tacked on 300 that again I had to finance so It's not 300...it's 400 after the car is paid off....all so they can screw the consumer.Very bad experience. They knew I needed a car and I had literally just been discharged from the hospital. Hyundai engine died the day I was admitted to hospital.Of course they pretend "oh, I'm sorry you feel this way. I'm sorry we did not disclose all the things we tried to pack into your loans. I'm sorry you never saw a contract." People should be fired but they probably get awards for how they treat customers.Could not even get someone in charge. I asked but of course no joy. They just passed me to another finance guy whose whole job is to commit fraud on behalf of the dealer againTerrible experience and unfortunately I am a repeat customer. Never again.

The auto complex is great. I just traded in a car I got from them 2 years ago for a Truck and it was hassle free in terms of finding what I was looking for and trying to fit my budget. They work with you and don t try to hustle you. Finance was easy on their end. They do what they can to get you out as soon as possible in something you want.

This is a terrible dealership. No inventory on the lot. It isn't much of a lot to start with. They share space with a Hyundai dealership. The service department is godawful. The two service advisors i saw were more interested in conversing with the lot attendant. Maybe my time working for Ford has affected my perception of how a service bay should run. When I worked for Ford, the mentality was to make sure the service shop was as great as possible. The customer may buy the car from the sales end, but it was the service shop that maintained the relationship with the customer. A lousy service shop would kill a dealership every time. After my experience with Haselwood VW, I will never buy a car from Haselwood VW.Update. 5 May 2023, I arrived to pickup my vehicle from the service department. The images I have posted was from today's visit... Save yourself time and effort and bypass Westhills Auto Plaza/Haselwood Auto Group

Austin, Cole, Don and Reggie were extremely helpful with us buying our 2024 Atlas Peak Edition. An unfortunate circumstance lead us to trade in our truck, but we wanted something safe for our PCS. An issue came up when looking over the car before we took over, and the team made sure it was priority and was resolved within the hour.

Have been regularly servicing my 2018 Passat here. I live up on a hill in Port Townsend that gets more snow that "downtown" and I was motivated to upgrade to an all-wheel drive vehicle. Was mostly leaning towards an Audi A4, but decided to look at an Arteon and despite the lift-back design, fell in love with the 2023 Premium R-Line in Kingfisher Blue. Mike Jones did an outstanding job: ready on arrival to greet me and show me the car as well as a less expensive 2022 but also 4MOTION. Arranged a closing for two days after first-look and everything went flawlessly (business paperwork and final delivery was a breeze).Only room for improvement would've been a call/text from the dealership that my vehicle registration was ready for pickup, but they had a weekend sales event going on about the same time as when it came in from DOL.

The service I received was excellent. Patrick took the time to help me plan for future service, like when the time comes for my tires to be replaced. He did not push me into something I need time to prepare for.My tech, Katelyn was fantastic! She sent me pictures of a worn air filter and the she came out and in person explained the reasoning as to why I should replace it.As a woman I find that, sometimes, when it comes to car repairs we are talked down, but not with Patrick and Katelyn, they are a great team!

Terrible place to buy a vehicle. They will sell you a $50,000 vehicles with issues then make you fork out the money to leave your vehicle with them. Service center failed to fix the issue the first time I brought my truck 2 hour to be left with them a week and now I'm responsible for them not fixing it the first time. These people are a joke. Regret every second of picking them to purchase from.

Arrived 10 minutes early and ignored. Saw a car pull into the service/parts garage and I needed an oil changed that i schedule a week ago, so I followed in. I say for a few minutes waiting for further instruction, but none came. I was ignored again. I think these folks need to realize they re on my time, I m not on theirs. I was willing to discuss a trade on my car too. Last time I ll be here! Rude employees.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Everyone was professional, honest, and diligent. I first came in to obtain a trade value for my old car and to put a deposit down for a new car. I then returned few weeks later to pickup my new car. I worked with Lance, Haroon, and Jordan. Highly recommend this group and the dealership in general. Everything was delivered as promised.

Recently bought a 2018 gti from VW Bremerton. Lance was my salesman and he made the experience fun, easy and pressure free. He even dropped the new car off at my house since I was trading in a car that we didn t drive to the dealership (wasn t planning on buying a car that day). Would 10/10 recommend working with Lance at VW Bremerton.

Edit:Not happy, my cars brakes started squeezing literally a week after I bought it. The service light was never reset so my car is constantly beeping at me, and to top it off the finance department deliberately ignored me for an entire week. My loan agent at the bank gave me the directors phone number so I could get the information about my loan.The guys who helped us, Tyler (our sales guy) and Donald (finance) were both great! We work in the hospitality industry and were impressed with the level of service here. Tyler was extremely impatient with us being so indecisive, even though he was busy. Donald explained everything in great detail. I have never bought a car before and I left feeling confident and informed on my purchase. We will forever be loyal this dealership. I didn't think I would ever use the word "genuine" to describe a car dealership!My car came with maintenance for 3 years free of charge which made buying a Mercedes A LOT easier considering how expensive oil changes and simple maintenance can cost.Thanks again!

If I could give a zero star I would. I had brought my 2022 Taos in to the service center there for warranty covered work on Tuesday October 10th with promise of my car being fixed no later than Friday October 13th- cool. I was offered an oil change for $120 and thought sure why not? They will only have my car for a day or so, so any rental vehicle wouldn t be that much, right? I did ask them to call me first though when they found out what was going on with my car before they did absolutely anything, was told no problem! The part needed was back ordered but I was assured it would be ready Friday afternoon at that time I asked them to hold off on getting my oil changed and was told by my technician, Trinity, sorry it s already been done, not what I wanted to hear but already was a bit frustrated with the whole ordeal. On Friday afternoon, I didn t receive any calls about my car. No calls Saturday or Sunday. I called back on Monday October 16th to see why I hadn t been notified and to ask when I could get my car. There was nothing but excuses and passing blame on their end and was again assured my car would be ready Monday late afternoon. Didn t receive a callback so I called again and was told unfortunately they didn t get to my car but it would be fix and ready to go by noon Tuesday October 17th. Mind you, I had to get a rental car because who in the world has extra cars around and I have to have transportation for myself and my children as well as using my car for my job. When I called the rental (internal rental service) to ask what my rate was going to be because I had this rental for far longer than anticipated and was told it would be $53/day I about hit the floor. So for my car to go into the service center for a warranty repair it was going to cost me $500+! After trying to speak with the service manager and told by my technician that she would talk to him for me they offered to cover 50% of my rental. Not ideal, but I was beyond upset over this disaster! When I arrived to pick up my car (after I called them because it was after 4pm on Tuesday and still hasn t gotten a phone call) the service manager, Randy, was waiting for me. When I walked into the office he said- okay so what s going on here? You re disputing your oil change??? I was disputing the WHOLE THING! There was zero chance of me feeling like I was being heard, I was so upset I couldn t even talk! So, after being told in a round about way that I should just be thankful they re covering part of the ridiculous amount of money charged for their internal rental, I was charged $356. I left there feeling absolutely defeated and terrible. Like I shouldn t have even taken my car to them to be fixed, for the record- my cars door wiring harness wasn t working properly and I was getting locked inside my car, my emergency brake was self engaging while I was driving, among other things.I noticed today, October 18th that I didn t receive the dealerships sticker for my windshield with mileage for my oil change. I ll be calling to ask for a full refund on my $120 oil change because who knows if it was even done?I ll update this review after I get off the phone with VW of Bremerton today.Overall- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND ZERO COMMUNICATION! Zero stars.
