I had a positive car buying experience with Zach and the entire team at Haselwood. Zach paid close attention to what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit for me, which ended up not being any of the cars I went there to test drive. He was patient and professional throughout the process making sure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase. I would definitely go back to him for my next car purchase and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. We used the Costco Auto Program as well, which I highly recommend as well. Thank Zach - I love my Trailblazer!

Patrick was great. It was a bit of a wait but that happens when ordering a brand new car that s one of the best selling in the country. Patrick stayed communicative and let me know when opportunities came up to jump into something similar to what I ordered. We got it done and I m happy with my 2023 Bolt EV2.

Had such an amazing experience here! Definitely the best dealership I've ever been too. The employees were intelligent, throrough and worked with you every step of the way. Brendan was on his game. He wasn't pushy, like most salesman. He really cares about getting me the right vehicle. I'm very happy. 10/10 recommend this dealership.

We would not use or recommend Haselwood Chevrolet! Here s why, took my blazer in for an oil change, (bought a package). Got home only to find my check engine light came on. Checked things out and made an appointment back at Haselwood. My blazer was there over night, not hearing anything on what s wrong, called the next day. Getting the run around they say my blazer will be ready later that afternoon. Hesitate to tell me what was wrong, we find out that the service technician did not put the dipstick back properly. What was taking so long is they were cleaning the engine up from all the oil! No real apology, no compensation! I was devastated know that had I not got the vehicle checked out, I would have had no oil, blown engine!Also having our Chevrolet truck, purchasing an oil change package as well.With hesitation we take the truck in this week for an oil change. Also ask for the air filter to be changed (another fee). Get home and go check the engine for the filter, discovering the dipstick was not properly on, oil all over the engine!We will NEVER use Haselwood Chevrolet again.The dealership also has the feel of very formal over the top and too many people involved for any inquiries or transactions.

We purchased a used Suburban. We had already done our homework and knew what car we wanted and what it was worth to us. We made deal hassle free, did the paperwork and drove away. Everything was transparent and professional. We will go back again for our next purchase.

Wow what a wonderful group Brendan was amazing. Me and my husband stopped by to look for a truck. I was thinking old school nothing fancy. Brendan and my husband won me over to open my options. He walked me through the whole process helped me keep in my budget. I asked Brendan to put me in a truck that he would want his grandmother to drive and he did. Mike Lindstrom was our sales contact. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to help us learn vehicle features and get our phones paired to the truck, which was important considering how connected everything is these days. The dealership is clean and pleasant to visit with refreshments available. Finance was professional and efficient. We also received a full tank of fuel which is something some dealerships don't do. I would buy from them again.

One thing you realize when you reach your senior years is a SHAM of a dealership. Years of experience bring you there. This dealership has gotten too big to honor their commitments of integrity, honesty and just great customer service. The little guy has now become a teaser to them see what they are able to get away with. The worst part is they scammed a soldier, my grandson who reenlisted to fight for his country. Who is also having their first child. He's leaving for another tour soon. Sold him a truck that within days had major issues. Now is going to cost thousands and thousands of dollars. How many of you realize the income for military personnel, not enough for what they do. This is something that just can't be. Not just the fact that if they did it to him how many others have gone or will go thru this. Beware! This is just the beginning of the fall of a good dealership gone belly up, because of the path they have taken. People are not stupid. You may think so but sooner or later you will pay a price for what you are doing. Make this right!

Josh, my sales associate was amazing. I had some tough questions for him and he either answered honestly or if he didn t have the answers he got it for me. I appreciate that, just and good guy. After finalizing a sales price with Josh I was handed of the the finance guy . I won t mention his name. Things started out great. He was trying to push a bunch of extra services on me. I understand the game, this is really how they make their money. I politely declined, he played all his sales cards like he should. I can respect that. What I have an issue with is after he figured out I was not taking the bate, the mood in the room changed. He went from being such a nice guy and was excited to be helping me get in my new truck, to being obviously annoyed to be there. It was uncomfortable at best.I understand he needs to sell these packages to make money, but don t act like my best friend one minute and then flip when you realize I m not buying what you re selling. I walked out of that dealership with a bad taste in my mouth, after buying a 70,000 truck .that should never happen. The guy didn t even shake my hand when I walked out of his office. That tells you everything.Great job Josh. Not so much with the finance guy.

Patrick was great. He was friendly and not pushy. There were a couple of options added to the car that I mentioned weren't part of the web site price and he was able to take those off. It was the car I wanted (Trailblazer), for the price I wanted. My only little issue was financing wanted to add a bunch of extra stuff. I had a price point with a pre-approved loan and monthly payment I wanted to stay at. I felt I had to give a little more push back than needed to stay within my budget. I came over from Seattle because after searching around, Haselwood had the best price point I could find.

I have bought many cars from dealerships in my lifetime. What separates good dealerships from bad ones is not the sale but how they handle legitimate customer issues. Their website covers, honor, integrity e.t.c. everything you want to hear but let me tell you it's not real. They forgot the meaning behind those words. America needs the real deal, you are not it. This dealership has failed to do the right thing. . . . My grandson is in the army. Needed to trade his vehicle for a truck. Patronized your dealership thinking he would get an honest and fair trade. 2 days later the truck fell apart, it was rigged. The GM won't return his phone calls and no response to this obvious RIP off. He's a soldier, ready for another tour of duty now a new auto repair bill for thousands and thousands of dollars. This has to be dealt with and dealt with this week. What you have done is wrong and I can only imagine he's not the only one.

Bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Diesel. John, salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable. Didn't quite get the out the door price that I was after but still ended up buying unit. Wife was a little disappointed as unit didn't have seat heaters but she will survive or we will just take her vehicle. Finance dept. helped get me a better interest rate the my local financial institution could offer. Overall satisfied with purchase experience.

Had battery issue new years weekend Friday night and , you got me in Saturday for quick test and oil change. Swapped out battery and back on road by noon! Thank you for getting us worked into the schedule and being open on Saturdays! Kyle was great and service is the best . The tech discovered on inspection another issue that needed to be fixed soon, was schedule and fixed the next week!

I went to have my truck that was purchased here serviced for oil change and also scheduled to have it diagnosed for a mechanical issue. I was told by your service tech that I would also get a rental car. I came to my first appt on Friday morning and was told there was no rental available, it was never told to me that it needed to be scheduled. So they told me to come back at 130 the same day. I came back at this appt and now they are saying that it would cost me $50/day to rent a car as this was never brought up to me as well. Now it's Friday afternoon and most likely they won't get to my truck until Monday but told me I could only leave it today or I would have to wait over a week to get it scheduled again. So I wasted 2 trips to your dealership only to be disappointed each time. This makes me not ever want to come back in for service at this place again. I'm highly disappointed and will definitely share this experience to my friends, coworkers and family.Bradley Rosendale

John was awesome! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and when I told him what I wanted he made sure I got what I wanted and at the price I wanted. He was very patient with us and my children. Loved hearing about his time in Hawaii, and his love for basketball. He also gave us some ideas of where to go if we ever end up in Hawaii (we are a military family). Best car buying experience I ve had! Thank you John!

My son is a hard working soldier in the Army. He and his wife are expecting a baby in the next couple months and recently purchased a truck not even a month ago from this scam of a dealership .Expecting to have purchased a reliable vehicle for his family and it is turns out the truck is a lemon, complete garbage. The truck needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs and he was told it was in great condition, checked by their service department upon purchase.The dealership representative will not respond to him or his wife when they try to contact them.Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go here.**Please ignore the ridiculous and fake response of the General Manager, he s trying to save face on the reviews. He does not return phone calls and does not wish to make the situation right. You could be next**

I have never experienced this level of professionalism or empathy while purchasing a new vehicle. I bought my last car here, but earlier this month that car was stolen and totaled. I came back to this dealership and was so amazed by the work ethic of Adam Parson and his crew! He made sure I had a good test drive, over different roads, to fully understand the handling of the car. Car was detailed, washed, and ready to go. Keowa with the finance office got me the lowest APR I ve seen in quite some time, and when he was out of office Evan helped finalize the deal! Worked closely with Chris when we discovered the car needed a spark plug replaced, and he was nothing but genuine and helpful. All around lovely experience and I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car!

After a few days of coming in and negotiating Haselwood Chevy was able to make my husbands dreams of owning a full sized truck again come true. They helped us get a stellar deal and ensured all our expectations were exceeded. The used car sales manager was superb and extremely helpful. Way too high pressure. Tried to keep my keys hostage. Jokes on them I had a second set. I really would have preferred to sleep on my decision and I would have felt better, even if I would have still made the choice. Way too intense. Its more important to let customers be happy with their decision than try to hold someone hostage. Staff needs to remember this.

We got a great brand-spanking-new car at a great price. Ayla was absolutely fabulous! Please recognize her with a bonus or something, this woman is magical! She made the process so easy and was a treat to talk to and buy from. Any dealership that has Ayla has a True Gem of a sales person on their team!
