As always, exceptional customer service and support. We've been going here for a few years now and will never go anywhere else because we know we'll get 100% honesty and know the work will be done right. Costs are very reasonable, especially when compared to any dealer service.

Very happy about the prompt and thorough communication. I was even offered a ride to come get my car which I really appreciated. It is important to have a mechanic who you can trust and I trust everyone at Cooper Auto to give us the best service and care. We love Cooper Auto!

Coopers automotive has been my go to shop these past 3yrs. I appreciate the honesty of the manager Jason who not only looks out for my vehicle performance, but also my safety. He doesn't try to sell me more than I need and does his research and the informationhe provides helps me make decisions. Coopers worked on my Ford and now my Toyota. 5 stars, and I love their loyalty program.

Every one at Cooper auto is not only very capable but they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. I've never had to go back and have them fix something they didn't get right the first time.

I was able to get my car looked at right away after having it towed to Cooper Auto Repair. I received an estimate for a new alternator, and other items that needed attention, and when they needed to be completed. We've used Cooper Auto for about 4 years. They are unfailingly straight forward in their assessments, appear to provide top quality work, are ready to discuss/educate/inform, and provide options for how to proceed. They have never proceeded on major work without checking and discussing options. They shop around for best quality and best priced parts, prefer using only top quality parts, but not restrictively so - when budget/practicality demands they'll use aftermarket parts of decent quality. My boyfriend and I love Cooper Auto Repair! He first visited them about 10 years ago and refuses to take his Jeeps anywhere else. When I moved in with him there was NO question on where I had to take my vehicles. I've loved working with Jason (who still remembers my boyfriend after he's lived in a different state for 5 years) because he's so great at explaining what needs/can be fixed, gives me different options, and always lets me know what is most important vs things that can wait. (Which is really nice when you don't want to sink a bunch of money into vehicles but you have one really old car and one decently old campervan) Definitely can't recommend them enough, take your vehicle here and become part of the Cooper fam!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using Cooper's for years and recommend them to everyone. They are honest and trustworthy, excellent customer service, not over priced and they don't try to sell you more than you need. In fact I knew I would need my brakes done soon, made an appointment to have it looked at and they told me safety wise the brakes were fine and I could wait till my next service appointment to do it all at once and save on labor. Jason and Phillip are awesome to work with. Only one time has a service not come out as expected, but they remedied and corrected it quickly, and our next service was free. Just like the past 30 plus years. The service is outstanding the cost is fair and the staff is very knowable. I don t care who you are young old man or woman. You will get the same care. I watched as the manager took 20 minutes out of his very busy day. To explain to an elderly woman what she needs to get done. This was a quote from a major car dealer in the area who over sells unnecessary maintenance. The quote she got was broken down to what she really needed and what could wait.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Employees are always welcoming and attentive. Cooper's performs needed work and may suggest repairs that are needed in the near future, but doesn't suggest or perform work that is not yet needed. Honest, quality work. Process is always efficient.

They are very transparent and good at explaining everything to you.They don't just try to take all your money. Jason,Howard, and the cooper crew, did an excellent repair on my truck. Chewed up gas line (squirrels), transmission oil change, gear box clean out, power steering oil clean out, coolant flush, fuel filter, engine clean, serpentine belt replacement, and idle arm replacement. These guys are fair, honest, and more importantly care about the vehicles operation, for my safe travel. I will always , take my vehicles to cooper auto repair! Great customer service! Jason was really helpful and detailed with service needed on my vehicle. We also really like their email reminders of service. That is really helpful. Also their coupon discounts. They also have shuttle service available. Our family values the service offered by Coopers. Was quick and honest. The man told me that the bolts on my wheel were put on incorrectly, and recommended that I go down the street to get them put on right. They didn't even charge me for inspecting the car. I went to the for another service and I felt I was charged very fairly. It was 2x less than I was expecting to pay. I will always use them as a first choice.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my 89' 7.3l diesel to them with the transmission and transfer case in the back seat. Starter had fallen and had a damaged cable, lights weren't working, and the truck hadn't been run in a year. In short-order they had my "some assembly required" truck back in running condition. Within a few days I had to haul a 32' fifth-wheel across two states and nearly 5k in elevation change..I was worried.. praying it made the trip.Not only did it make the trip, but the truck slowly increased in power as I made my trip! I was amazed by the truck and given real confidence in Cooper and their technicians. They have a good group of folks there, were timely in the repairs, honest about the job, and fair on price.At no point did I feel I was being swindled, mislead, or forced into getting repairs I didn't need. I was called often regarding the repairs and treated like a valued customer.I hope this helps you to make a smart choice and to trust their work; I know I'm glad I did. Thanks Cooper, you really helped me out and I am very grateful!

Cooper's is extremely thorough, friendly and professional. My entire family has used their services our entire lives and will continue to do so. We trust them 100% with all our vehicles and appreciate that they go above and beyond to really take care of the car AND the client's needs. They are very honest and trustworthy, genuinely good people trying to take care of cars first rather than just make money.

I get all my vehicles serviced at Cooper Fuel & Auto. I am always greeted promptly and cheerfully by John, Philip, or Jason upon arrival. Any potential change to the estimated service is brought to my attention for approval before it is done whenever possible. Any potential safety or maintenance issues are brought to my attention without attempting "hard sell" tactics. They are very honest and inform me what is immediately necessary and what can wait a little bit. My older model vehicles are running great and I can trust in them thanks to Cooper Fuel & Auto!
