The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job on my repair and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire process, which was very reassuring.

The staff were helpful, kind, and informative. They kept me up to date on the progress. Though they re clearly very busy they got the repairs done as quickly as possible. This was my first time having to deal with someone damaging my car, dealing with insurance and all of that. Caliber Collision made it simple and straightforward. They also vacuumed my car and made it smell great, in my opinion they went above and beyond.

Best experience I could have had despite an auto accident that brought me there. Fast, very caring, courteous, explained everything in detail, and kept me up to date continuously what was going on with my truck. Amazing job! Hopefully I won t have to have any thing further done but if I ever do, Caliber Collision it is! Thanks for everything.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Lisa and Stephanie did an awesome job writing us up (our car) and answering all of our questions. The care came back two days earlier than I expected. The work was perfect in our eyes. Color was spot on exact. The door opens and closes without difficulty. The quarter panel was as new. I would also like to mention the techs that did the actual work on the car. They also have a great waiting area and everyone abided by the 6 foot rule and all were masked up. Thank you, thank you Caliber Collision techs. Thank you.

They did a great job repairing my car after a hit and run. They were really good about updates and had the car back to me in about 3 weeks. I picked it up and we went over the damages and what had been repaired. During that time the woman kept insinuating that I was responsible for some of the damages and lying about what damage had been done in the accident. As I turned the car on, the touch screen and display screen weren t on (they were working when the car was dropped off). When I went back in to tell them about it not working they told me to just go turn the screen on as if I don t know how to use my car. After finally coming out to look at it they had to take it back into the shop and fix a blown fuse. I also noticed that I had a half tank of gas when the car was just under full when it was put on the tow truck. The repairs were great but the customer service would probably keep me from going back if I ever needed repairs again.

Completely satisfied with the service. Truck repairs completed before projected time. Friendly, cordial admin process, seamless and without complicationsRepair work appears satisfactory. Currently, no issues whatsoever.

They honor their lifetime warranty with no push back. I was ready for a struggle and instead was greeted with a smile, open ears to listen to what I thought needed to be corrected and they agreed. I was so grateful for the customer service, I wanted to hug them.

Caliber was great! They returned my vehicle to look brand new again in a shorter than expected timely manner. They kept me updated and when I picked up the car, it was really clean and they also left a thank you card with all their signatures and a towel. Thank you again to Caliber And thank you USAA and Enterprise.

I don't think my experience with Caliber Collision could of gone any better or smoother. I was greeted immediately by a nice lady when I arrived. I dropped my truck off and was in my rental car in a matter of 30 minutes. The repairs look fantastic! I appreciated how they would send you updates on the progress of your vehicle. To top it off, they even detailed my truck inside and out! Talk about fantastic service. 10/10 recommend!

Just picked up my 2014 for explorer which was in multiple accidents. My car feels brand new customer service was 10/10 .I worked with Melissa and she was wonderful at communicating everything to me about my vehicle every week as promised. Caliber was a huge help with my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid. I rely on Caliber Collision Bremerton for all my auto body shop needs! They are the bestest! Everyone here is very professional, friendly, and make the experience worth it! They keep you update during every step and never make you wonder what's going on. Mark at this center is the very best of the best! I will continue to go here and recommend them to everyone! What s usually a stressful process, Melissa really did an amazing job. She communicated everything very well, took great care of us & our car & helped what usually is a hair pulling out experience, a breeze. Their updates were great, I constantly knew what stage my car was in during the repairs, only nit pick I had was that they replaced the AC but it was not blowing like it use to. As soon as I let them know they were willing to schedule me a same day appointment to test the AC. Come to find it just needed charging. I think this place was a get place to fix my car. Will recommend.

Melissa did an amazing job ! She was just one step ahead of me at all times . She texted and kept me updated about my car , she made sure to answer all my questions and concerns before I can even ask questions. The customer service was on a 10 . EXCELLENT customer service!! My vehicle was broken into and I was panicking. Melissa took great care of my vehicle going above and beyond to make sure everything possible was done to get me going since I was due to PCS within a week. I d leave 10 stars if I could! Definitely recommend to anyone!
