I love Blue Canary! They are my go to mechanic for all of my vehicles, and the first place that I suggest anyone visit when having an issue. They are honest, straight to the point, reliable, and always have what you need to get your car serviced. or repaired, and OUT THE DOOR usually the same day. These days It s rare that you can find a mechanic you can trust. I don t have that issue now that I use Blue Canary.

Fantastic service! Blue Canary is a clean and professional facility. Estimates are concise, easy to understand, and easy to approve or decline. My repairs were performed properly and the techs even went the extra mile to snug up some loose ends here and there. Blue Canary is now my go to shop. Thank You!

Blue Canary Bremerton has gone above and beyond for me each time I visited. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Josh and his team of certified mechanics. They have really gone out on a limb for me time and time again, especially this last time when I had an issue with the local dealership and their shoddy warranty work. Josh (and Jason and Keith) did not hesitate to help me and made sure I had all the information to make sure the dealer covered their work, which I am extremely grateful for. They continue to impress me every single time I am there. Service like this is unheard of these days! I will take my cars no where else in this area. As a customer (and a woman), my opinion and concerns are always addressed and respected here. 1000 percent, you will not find a better shop in the metro. They understand cars and do not hesitate to put their customer's concerns fore-front. Thank you Josh, Jason and Keith!

I m so glad I read all the positive reviews and decided to bring my Corolla here for service! Josh was so communicative throughout the entire process, answered all my questions and got everything done that I needed super fast! My husband is also going to bring his car in for service, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic that does quality work for reasonable prices.

Blue Canary auto service has been caring for our cars since they opened the Bremerton location. Service managers Josh & Clint are pleasant and always helpful to keep our older cars maintained and repaired as needed. They even solved issues I had with my employer s Mercedes/Ram Sprinter Van that baffled the dealership s service department. We highly recommend Blue Canary.

Getting our car fixed with blue canary was great! Not only did they get us in within less than a week, they were able to diagnose our issue within less than 2 hours after our drop off. They texted us with an explanation what was wrong, cost of services, and all the details of each service they would do. I called to just confirm all the services and get a time of estimation completion and Josh told us what time the part would be in and when it would be roughly done around. They were able to finish car the same day. We appreciate them very much for getting our car back to safe driving conditions! Thank you blue canary staff! :)

Happy to find this gem. Clean, good vibe, good price. And in the heart of downtown Bremerton with three movie theaters within three blocks (two of them art deco Seattle has none left) and any type of food you might want while you're waiting to get your car serviced. Sushi, poke, gourmet burgers or cheap burgers, Mexican, classy American . . . burritos, breakfast sandwiches at the Oasis.Two of the movie theaters, the Roxy and See Film offer afternoon movies so watch one on the big screen while killing time instead of TV.This is such a better experience than taking your car to some strip mall on the highway. Next door is a thrift shop, and there are all sorts of nooks and crannies to explore in downtown Bremerton, which is back as a place to go!And the owner of Blue Canary grew up in Port Orchard and is totally cool. Think about paying cash. After reading an article about the banks that hoover up so much money from small businesses with debit cards I now pay cash to family owned businesses. And I'm not just talking about for a burger. But for an oil change, transmission flush, brakes . . . Help them thrive. Help Blue Canary. And help Bremerton. The world is so much better with destination neighborhoods filled with local business.

Blue Canary is my new go to mechanic from now on. Josh was very friendly and informative from my first call when I was "shopping" for where to take my Murano that I had just replaced the battery on and 36hrs later she would not even start. Being a woman I sometimes get "man-splained" to over mechanical issues. NOT from Blue Canary. Speaking with Josh was like being on the phone with a friend about a project car we have in the garage. Also Blue Canary did an inspection while fixing the issue I brought her in for and gave me full estimates on all that ails my car so I can budget for future repairs. I would give them 25 stars if it were an option.

I have gone to Blue Canary on three separate occasions and they have always conducted themselves in an ethical and professional manner while also being very warm and welcoming. As a woman who is also not a car person, finding a shop that I feel I can trust can be difficult so I immensely appreciate the atmosphere and quality of service I have continued to receive at Blue Canary.

I would definitely recommend Blue Canary Auto repair. I had just purchased a vehicle and within an hour the engine light and airbag lights came on. I thought for sure I had been duped. I knew where I didn t want to go, and by chance, happened upon them. The price was affordable. They went above and beyond, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and kid friendly. I had Blue Canary do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle. They were efficient, friendly, and honest about the condition of the vehicle. If I lived in Kitsap County I would get my car serviced here.

Requested quote for thermostat replacement. Price was fair for the area. Scheduled appointment, dropped car off and it was ready at 3:00 that afternoon. Staff (Josh) was friendly and informative. Completed price was $16.52 more than quoted price for some reason. Will return for more service if the need arises.

Brought car in with a problem and came out with better results in service repair than anticipated.Service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable to address my concerns. Making theAppointment to get service from BC was very reasonable! (compared to most other auto service shops who don't really seem to care)

I ve been using blue canary for service for a couple of years now, and they are wonderful. They are the nicest people and Josh explains things in a way that is super respectful. And the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Canary. I ve had the pleasure of working with Josh to get an old 4Runner I recently purchased up and running reliably, and it was a very daunting task to find a mechanic I felt I could trust. Not only are they trustworthy, but they are legitimately the best mechanics I ve ever used. Their prices are very fair and they work FAST- most mechanics I called were booked out 2+ months just for an inspection.When I called and spoke to Josh, he got me in the next day for the inspection, fixed one of the problems they didn t need parts for that day, and ordered the parts to fix the rest of what needed to be fixed the following week. They even gave us a courtesy car when they found they needed to do a little extra so we didn t have to cancel our weekend plans!I can t recommend them highly enough, especially as a woman, who is not in any way mechanically inclined. They include photos of everything that needs attention with your quote, so you know they re not just making it up to try and get some extra labor $$ out of you. They re upfront and honest about prioritizing what needs to be fixed ASAP and what can wait, so you can budget accordingly. That was extremely helpful to someone that can barely locate the dipstick. They re also super friendly which makes it even less intimidating to ask any questions you may have.Bring your car to Blue Canary and drive with peace of mind knowing the best mechanics in town have got your back!

I was happy with my service! As a woman, you never know whether someone will try and take advantage of you or not but these guys just changed the oil and recommended wipers, which I already knew I needed! They had them and put them on for me. Very professional, easy drop off and pick up, friendly, and great prices. Highly recommend

I hired Blue Canary to replace a rack and pinion on my wife's Explorer. They were very professional and courteous! Josh was great to work with. They also did a great job and came in under every other quote we received. The shop is clean, tidy, and spacious. The other technician I briefly spoke with was also a nice guy. I highly recommend this shop and would give more stars if possible.

Blue Canary was great, they have been reliable and honest. They were able to get me in right away. The work was completed quickly and the cost came in less than I was quoted. Josh is a great communicator and gives great customer service. I would recommend Blue Canary and will use them again.

I've been aware of Blue Canary's reputation for many years but their Bainbridge Island location wasn't convenient for me to use. I'm so pleased that the new Bremerton location is available! I had an oil change along with a diagnosis of my "new to me" car. I know what the priorities are and how they will be managed. While I'm not a mechanic, I can understand enough to get the general idea of what needs attention but the explanation, in layman's terms, was much appreciated. I'll be back!Update: I brought the car back for all the recommended repairs. Making the appointment helped with my scheduling and their efficiency. My daughter noticed a significant improvement as she drove it home. Great work!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
