After an accident, contacted 4 different shops to obtain repair estimates to enable feeling comfortable with taking the vehicle on the road. Bayside was the one shop that I felt listened to the volume of repairs we wanted to perform, enabled a discussion about why some work was required, and helped to minimize this out-of-pocket expense. Other shops all approached the repairs "to make things perfect" - some things dont need to be perfect, it's a 20+ year old vehicle, just needed it to be functional/safe. Very happy with the work that was performed. I would recommend Bayside

Twice in 2 mos Bayside has came through for me!From a Xmas dent, to headlights, to reevaluating a previous window issue (good enough for me), Tyler and the team has my 18 yr old Corrola in top shape. Very kind and professional when I brought my car in to get a quote. I was able to quickly get my car in for repair following that for a reasonable and affordable price. The work they did on my car is excellent and makes it look like new.

Called around to set an appointment and Bayside was recommended by another shop. Tyler and his team are the definition of customer service. They knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to get my car in immediately. Even with a staff shortage they completed the job ahead of schedule. The finished product turned out great, everything works properly, perfectly matched paint and they even replaced some of the hardware I had for better quality parts. They have great communication, keeping me informed throughout the entire process and even washed the car before I picked it up. Truly a great shop to work with and I would definitely use them again for any future projects.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bayside Collision was an awesome company to work with. I knew that my car was in good hands with Tyler and his team. They did the work so well that you would never even know anything was painted or replaced! They were also great at working with the rental car company and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. I am so glad I trusted them with my car. Was very friendly and had great customer service. Decided to take a look at our vehicle after an accident despite it possibly being too big of a job for their small shop. They were able to take it apart and get insurance an estimate when no one else would help us. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of their work as our car ended up being totaled.

This is a dealer referred shop I believe that they will do a great job repairing what a hit and run semi trucks driver did to my car.

I had my car fixed after here an accident where I was forced off the road and ran into the curb not another vehicle. Tyler was top notch with his customer service from the beginning and when there ended up being a hiccup with my insurance, He was professional and constantly in touch with me...He even got me a rental car at his own expense! Great customer service! I would highly recommend coming here for your collision needs if you want to be well taken care of.

They did an amazing job getting my 07 vw back on the road after a rear end collision! They quoted me way below what the auto shop said they wanted to do to it. Tyler is and amazing owner, easy to work with and Willie quoted the job spot on And very professional. I ll definitely will be back! Prices are the best around!

Great folks. They do more than collision repair. The company I work for has them do a lot of oil changes and details They're pretty fast too.

I already had 4 quotes from various body shops around town. Tylers quote beat them all. This shop came highly recommended from FixIt in Port Orchard as an alternative. I'm so happy with my new bumper cover on my 2008 Ford Escape, I decided not to have it painted to save additional money but it looks fine as is. I'm trying not to spend too much money on this car since it already has 213K mi and it will be my back up vehicle when my new Bronco arrives next month! This shop is the best in town and will beat all the others believe me, give them a try. Family atmosphere and diverse workforce are very welcoming!!!Service: Body & Trim

Had some work done on my drivers door. Bayside was able to give me a quick and fair quote. They finished ahead of schedule and did exceptionally well job. It looks perfect. Super happy! After a rear end accident that destroyed the truck s bumper and caused some side damage the folks at Bayside Collision Center really took care of us through the entire repair process and made it look even better than before. Highly recommend this local business and their excellent customer service.

They applied a coating on the inside floor pans of my vehicle, and not protecting any windows, side panels and roof. Now I have these tiny specs of coating on all the glass and ceiling I cant get off. Seriously, you couldn't spend 10 mins to at least have a protective barrier before you started applying the coating!?!?
