Two guys talking about the Super Bowl in the service writer area told me they were on break and would help me later after their breaks were over. Another man walked up with a clipboard and I asked if he worked in service and he said yes but I m busy and simply walked away from me. The appropriate response should have been oh I m sorry I m right in the middle of something, I ll be with you shortly or let me get someone else to help you . Also, I called ahead and the guy on the phone was rude as well. Seems like they ve gotten pretty care free here and management is letting the staff get away with anything here. There needs to be a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I personally will never come back and will not even consider purchasing my future vehicles here.

Can not say enough good things about this place! From my car buying experience in 2019 to my service appointments since 2023 it's been fantastic! I will forever buy vehicles from Adam Green. No pressure to upgrade, no slimey sales pitches and great atmosphere all around. I like the viewing window into the service area alot.10-2023 still love these guys!

Russell in the service department called me back. Thank you for following up after I left a message. I bought a used car from Advantage Nissan, and not only did he follow up but he researched my situation and routed me to another dealer to help resolve my service.

If you are looking for timely and affordable repair of your vehicle, do not under any circumstances go here!Their communication regarding the status of the repair is extremely lacking. I waited until the end of the day hoping to hear something or at least, get a text . But no, I had to call them for updates.I took the car in on a Saturday and Jonathan assured me it would be ready by the following Thursday. He called me that Tuesday to say it wasn t the valve which they had suspected. It was instead the entire transmission. It wasn t ready on Thursday. It wasn t ready on Friday. I was then told it would be ready by the end of day on Saturday. Then around 6:30 pm Jonathan called and said it would be ready Monday. I called after work to verify it was ready but was told Tuesday. They prolonged this process. Meanwhile I had one of their rental cars for which I had to pay.Finally I got the car back on Tuesday afternoon. I am now going to have to sell a kidney to pay for it.A friend who knows cars and how yo fix them sent me to a web site called transmission repair cost guide. I was dumbfounded to see the average cost of a transmission was 1434.00 and not 7382.00. It also said it should take 15 hours not 20.I feel they were not honest and I was taken advantage of because I am a female and older. Shame on you!I also read there is a problem in this model of Nissan of a premature failure of the transmission due to a factory placement causing a failure in the transmission valve. Shouldn t that be a recall then?I believe Nissan knowingly sold me a lemon of a car and then is charging me out the ying- Yang to fix what should have been fixed prior to it being sold.I am now going to call the Better Business Bureau.I am still working and supporting 2 others besides myself. What is a person to do?This took all of my savings and now our holidays are greatly curtailed. So terrible. And rude.I had an appointment to get a spare key for my Leaf. I received confirmationand reminder texts for my appointment. I get here and first no one knows what's going on. Then they say they don't have the part in stock, and are acting like I'm crazy for coming to Nissan for a Nissan part and start telling me what locksmith company to use. 15 minutes later, oh they do have the part after all. Then they proceed to overcharge me for it. Now I'm regretting even owning a Nissan because they are the only dealer. $155 just for the programming, on top of the key.

Let me first say that Stepan was a pleasure to speak to.Went in for warranty work to be fulfilled on differential. Left $1100 lighter (which is fine) but then driving down the rode I get low oil pressure alarm going off. I take it back to figure out what went wrong since this has never happened before I brought my vehicle there. Mind you this is 3.5 weeks since I've seen my truck. 3 days later they call me to pick up my vehicle and foot $500 bill. Head 40 miles to find out problem has not been solved and blamed the issues on me not changing oil and having 1 quart low. So they keep my vehicle, say they changed my oil and problem solved, but I pick it up and problem still persisted. I get it home fix the issue MYSELF. Change the oil (which I've always done) MYSELF and these pictures are what I find.I feel terrible for people that don't know cars and trucks, as well as people that don't know how to prove their case. I am getting oil viscosity tested and pursuing legal counsel for small claims.PLEASE do not go here for service work.

We just bought a truck at advantage Nissan this afternoon. Everything was absolutely flawless. The team was very helpful and professional. Chuck and Luke actually hung out with kids and played with them while we signed the paperwork. They loved it.My girls actually said they had a great time hanging out there.Much appreciated gentleman.

Dealership service always does a nice job. You may pay a little more than a local auto shop but at least at the dealership they have all your nissan specific parts on hand. Personalized estimate review and approval available online. Low pressure to get more services than you need, they just go off the service manual. Terry was very kind. Courtesy car wash included.

I have been a customer here for nearly 20 years. I have brought my Nissans and other vehicles here for service as well. Adam Green is the man!

The service department is super helpful. Even though they were busy, she took the time to check out my car and then quickly scheduled an appointment to come back and get it serviced. Great customer service!

Zero pressure. Zero rush. They worked with me to make sure i got what i wanted. Next day had to return and bam they made sure i was in another truck and fixed on there dime epic service.

Advantage Nissan is a repair shop I can depend on to give me an honest assessment and to charge a reasonable fee. The staff there are cordial and helpful.

I went for an oil change. No pre inspection, items added on without consulting. Won't be back. The guy with the shuttle service was very nice!
