These guys were amazing. My window was smashed in overnight and I was suppose to be flying out a day later. I requested the quote online, got it instantly, then within minutes got a call to answer any questions. Within 3 hours of me requesting a quote they came to my house and fixed the window and they were over $100 cheaper than another quote I got. Both people I interacted with were super nice and they made my day much less stressful. I am so appreciative.

Awesome experience! Booked the appointment at 6:30am. Ian showed up at 2:30 and had the windshield replaced by 3:15! I have a 4runner. Thanks Ian!

Amazing! Today AutoGlass was the best priced windshield replacement that I could find, plus they were able to come out to my home and get it replaced. And quickly! It took about an hour for my windshield to be completely replaced. So fast and friendly, I couldn t recommend them more!

I am really happy with the service received. I got a call literally within minutes after leaving a requesting for a quote. I got contacted by a very friendly representative, who connected me with recognition within an hour and my window was replaced within 4 hours there after. I could not be happier with the service they provided! After my car was broken into and the driver side window was shattered, I was pretty upset and worried that it was going to take a long time to get fixed. Not only was this the most reasonably priced service out of the choices I was researching, they also had next day service options. The team was more than willing to work with my complicated schedule and do their best to help me out. When the Tech came out, they were extremely nice, reassuring, and even helped me learn a little bit about my car! I would 100% recommend and use them again if ever needed. They got me in the next day! My in-laws were coming to town and I really didn t want to get grief for my windshield. These folks saved me. The office was great with scheduling and I spoke with two installers who were both extremely professional and courteous. The price was identical to other companies I ve used and the service was exceptional. Tip your installers, these folks are great. Everyone was super helpful. They found the part that my car needed when 3 other glass companies and 4 different Jeep dealers could not. They came to me to do the replacement. The repair person was super nice, very fast and efficient. The equipment and their van was spotless and well organized. I had the BEST experience today! The tech (I wish I remembered his name) drove out to Issaquah and fixed my broken window quickly. He was super friendly and helpful - didn't mind that I ran back into my office while he worked. Having your car broken into is SUPER stressful, and the service I received made everything better. These guys are awesome! I had a widow get blown out while driving on the freeway. This company is the only one that could get me fixed up the next day. Every other company I checked with had me out at least a week. Shady business. They put fake addresses all over so to look close to you. They say they accept virtually all insurances. This whole windshield replacement experience was as smooth as I could have possibly hoped. I was surprised at the response time from call to to repair, less than 24hrs. In fact, I contacted the team at 7-8pm on a Wednesday to be greeted warmly and set up with an appointment the next day around 11am. Other providers were quoting 3 days to 2 weeks out for a replacement windshield. In the morning, Mario the technician was professional, and a master of his art/science. Almost like watching a symphony, didn t miss a beat. The whole team was completely transparent during the entire process, and at least for my wud shield replacement the pricing was competitive! Fingers crossed I don t end up in the same position, but if I do, I won t hesitate to call on them again!Service: Auto windshield replacement

It really sucks to leave your house in the morning to go to work and find that someone decided to smash in your car window during the night. Today AutoGlass was really helpful my call was answered by a real person and, within minutes, I had an appointment for them to come fix my window the next day (other places couldn't send anyone for 5 days). My car was broken into and the rear windshield was smashed to bits. All other places were booked out two weeks. I called here on Tuesday at 4pm and my window was replaced in my parking lot by 11am the next day! The price was the same as I was quoted at Safelite and Cascade. The replacement was the exact tint and you d never know it wasn t original. The installer was super friendly and did a great job of cleaning up in the trunk and parking lot. They were super responsive, friendly. And had a slot open the next day. Unfortunately, their scheduling/ communication wasn't great. The 'window' was 8am-6pm. Then I asked if I needed to reschedule bc it was due to rain - but they assured me they could do it rain or shine. However when the technician called to say he was on his way, he asked me to meet him at a (covered) Park & Ride due to the rain. It wasn't super problematic, but the Yes/No/Yes inconsistency part was annoying.Overall, the service time itself was fast - maybe 45min, technician was very friendly, price was comparable to other companies.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Cheapest quote I received from 6 different places and by far the best customer service. Employee came to my place the next day, finished the job in 45 minutes and the man was super respectful and funny. I used Today Auto-glass after both my side windows were smashed in one evening in the Capital Hill area of Seattle.They answered the call at 8pm and had me scheduled promptly!They come to your home/location and do the work right there. After haggling with other auto glass companies over scheduling and pricing, I grabbed the contact info for Today Auto Glass from Google, and gave them a shot. The result far exceeded my expectations for attitude, flexibility, responsiveness, simplicity, and certainly cost. Expect for replacement at my home, everything was handled professionally by "Sam" over texts, and now less than 18 hours after I contacted him, I have a new windshield installed. Listen if you have to replace your front or rear windshield QUICKLY ,PROFESSIONALLY ,And with QUALITY these are the guys no doubt. Even when they didn t service in my area they compromised with me to somewhere they are and executed phenomenal work. They were the only ones that offered me help in the time I needed. Also to state the obvious..THEY ARE MOBILE !! Thank you guys ..IF it was free I would purposely break my glass so you guys can do a great job again.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Lower price than Safelite, faster service and great people! I ve called Today Auto Glass out twice after break ins and they have always gotten me in within a business day. The techs are all great, and the fact that you guys can meet me where I m working or wherever makes dealing with a stressful break in so much easier! I unfortunately had the opportunity of getting my rear window smashed for the 2nd time in less than a year. Each time, whoever did it stole $60 or less in value of whatever BS was in my car. Safe to say Ive finally learned my lesson. I called around to 10 places and they no one could take me till 2 weeks from now. Luckily I found Today Auto glass I had an amazing experience. They were able to install the next day. They were entremely helpful, had great communication when there was any changes or delays. Their technician, Mario, was wonderful and Quick. He was able to install my window in an hour. I couldn't be happier. Truly appreciate Today AutoGlass for their business. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Auto rear window replacement

My car had been broken into and the window had been shattered. Trevor serviced my car and worked so hard to get all the glass out of the door and put everything back together. Due to circumstances I sat in car while being fixed. It was interesting and a nice conversation while he worked. I will recommend them to any friends who need auto glass repairs.
