Farshad and his team are so great. I have had engine work done and many other repairs and they get work done effectively, efficiently, and for a great price. I am never taking my jeep into the dealership ever again now that I have my own local mechanic. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

This place is amazing. I called Saturday when they were closed and Farshad answered and was so nice and helpful. I just left his shop and he was very honest, kept me updated on what he was doing and showed me how I can detect the problem I was having in the future. I will recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service as well. I was having problems with my AC coming and going and he charged it for me and instead of charging me to fix it he gave me an estimate if it keeps happening and let me tell you - it was way more affordable than the Mazda dealership. I was quoted $250 from the dealership just to diagnose the issue then another $1500-2000 TO FIX IT (ummm that s my rent??). Just an overall great experience. Thank you to him and his team! Y all are amazing - especially right now when times are tough for a lot of people.

Per the miles on our car, we needed maintenance done. Instead of relying solely on the dealership, we contacted several auto repairs, and decided on Auto Repair in Bothell after speaking with the owner. I had the pleasure of speaking with Farshad and was impressed by his honesty and integrity concerning all my questions about the maintenance.Long story short, the car's maintenance was impeccable and no other auto body repairs was as honest about the price as Auto Repair in Bothell.I would confidently recommend this business to any of my family and friends.Thanks again Farshad, looking forward to doing more business with you in the future!

Farshad and his team were incredible. The service was fast - they changed my clutch and drivers side axle in a day. In addition, when comparing parts and labor to other shops in the area Safety Auto Repair was extremely competitive and affordable. Would recommend anyone needing car maintenance to come here.

i have been taking my car to this place for almost a year. For oil change, tire rotation, or anything, their service is always on the top as compared to other places, i highly recommend farshad. He's friendly , a good listener, and not too expensive

Such a positive positive experience at this place. When picking mechanics it is always difficult/daunting as you never know if you re going to get a good one. The shop was able to get me in the next day have parts ready all while being professional and a really fair price. Additionally while they were doing work they found a couple minor problems that they could fix when I picked up the vehicle they demonstrated and showed me the old parts and why they were failing. All in all super happy with this place and will be coming back.

If I could give more stars I would. I have been to this shop a few times and they have been so helpful and honest. I really appreciate their services and their prices are very reasonable. Since being new to the PNW its been hard to find a honest and decent mechanic shop and this business knocks it out of the ballpark. I go to them now for any problems or maintenance. The owner and team are AMAZING!

When I needed a belt replacement. All the other shops around were too busy and couldn't help me, these guys saw me the same day and were efficient. Easy to work with and fair price.

Fixed my car up very fast, efficiently and very accommodating!! My brakes were DONE FOR, Thank you Farshad will come again!Updating this review because I cant leave 2, my car started running really rough this morning, i took it to Safety auto repair and they discovered a wire had been chewed through by a rat! They had my car fixed within 2 hours and the price was GREAT! I appreciated their honesty and feel they were very trustworthy! Thank you Safety auto repair! Best price, great service and fantastic owners!! I got my car brakes replaced here and I had a really good experience. Firstly they gave me an honest assessment of my brakes which I agreed with and scheduled me immediately for the replacement. The owner Farshad was very responsive and also helped me diagnose/fix a loose bottom cover when I returned with a noise complaint. The only reason they have fewer reviews is because they are fairly new in this area. Highly recommended!Service: Brakes

They were amazing! I came in with an internal panel that had gotten unhooked. I thought something had broken and was afraid to mess around it myself because it's where the passenger air bag mechanism is. I took it in to Safety Auto Repair. He just pounded it back into place to re-hook it and sent me on my way without asking for any compensation. I won't hesitate to bring my car there the next time I have an issue.

I took my car in to get a last minute ball joint repair . Farshad , took my car right away and had done the next morning .I been to a lot if shops and they all tell me can't right now maybe in a wk . That was the first thing Farshad and his staff did right in my book .Second they where friendly , prices where good .I had a few questions , Farshad never made me feel dump or that I was wasting there time .So then I decided to take my car back in to find out about a sound that was coming from my car . Farshad had no problem taking a look at my car again right away .I am very happy and would say if you have some car problems , check them out. I am sure they will take care of you , right .Easy to find , place looks good , clean . Ps if you don't know much about cars and hesitate taking your car in cause you don't want to be riped off . This is the place to take it to .

There are a few places that continue to delivery great results. Safety Auto Repair on Bothell Everett HWY is one of those places. Farshad and the crew came in CLUTCH a couple of times for me and my family. If there were 6 stars, I would have gave them six. Fair priced, flexible and honest. These guys are my spot for all things auto. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

We've been going to Safety Auto repair for the last few years and we are so happy to have found them. Farshad is great! Our older Hondas and Silverado have been maintained and fixed here in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I had got my car worked done at this location they have the best service one of the guys there called farashat he made sure that I get my car home and safe got me an Uber to the mechanic shop to pick up my car and they have fair prices and also they offer me something to drink highly recommend it

My experience with this business has been amazing thus far. The owner and team are friendly, honest and quick. The prices are very reasonable. Originally I came in because my passenger side window was broken and off-track. Farshad was able to order an affordable replacement and fixed it so quickly. I had to bring my kids with me during that appointment and we were able to sit indoors and have a snack while waiting. After fixing my window, Farshad mentioned my brakes needing to be replaced at some point but didn t pressure me to schedule it. I am now going back in to do this service and it was easy to schedule. I found Farshad to be an expert technician and an honest person. He identified the real issue in my car which was one-third of the estimate provide by other shops. Went an extra mile to repair the car in a day s time. Highly recommended for tension-free trustworthy car repair experience .

Don't take your car anywhere else. These guys are friendly, professional, honest, and affordable! They've fixed my car 3 times for different issues, they've always been able to squeeze me in, and their rates have been less than HALF of a place like Les Schwab.I recommend them to anyone.

We called the evening before the 4th of July when my son s alternator started going bad. They were several hundreds under the other auto repair places in the area and had the car ready in 2 hours. I brought in my 7 series BMW fairly new for a Coolant leak. Owner Farshad met me with warm welcoming approach . Told him I service at BMW only and needed this service as BMW was out for 2 weeks( they r busy). I had him start work to replace hoses that appeared to be cracked . He calls me later to advise the radiator was also leaking and went ahead ordered genuine BMW part.( pro active). 2 days later he got the car running with new parts and great pricing . I trust him and his team with an expensive car !He gave me approximate cost in advance , I live in Bothell and will support my local business . Great job guys

I have brought my Audi S3 here a few times for a 40 thousand mile service and a brake job. I received amazing service both times. Very reasonable pricing and super nice. I definitely want to bring my car back here for any repairs or needs. Thank you Safety Auto!

Farshad is so kind and punctual. Responded on a day they weren't even open about my car issues and got me in the next morning. He was very communicative, let me know what other things were wrong with my car and how they would effect it. Very great and honest pricing, stuck to the quotes every time. I been here numerous times, the owner is one of the nicest person I came across. Had my oil change done on my last visit. Done within 30 minutes. Great service and great honest people. I will highly recommend this auto shop. No one can beat his prices guaranteed.
