When suddenly experiencing a critical need QFA quickly stepped in and provided everything necessary to do the needed repairs so I wouldn t be left stranded without a car. They were pleasant, timely, professional, and even washed and shined my car. I could not have been happier with the service!

The Team at Quality Foreign Auto does a great job servicing all our vehicles from a Hummer H-3, Porsche Panamera and a F-150 truck.They always get us in on a timely basis and even make room for us when it is am ASAP issue! They are thorough and so efficient! We gave up on using the various dealerships long ago!

They do not look to create additional or unnecessary work or repairs on your car. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and highly professional. Their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Foreign without qualification. You re vehicle will be in good hands.

Stopped in unannounced with an unknown fuel leak. Was able to get a ride to work from them as I work close by. They quickly worked me in, assessed and fixed the problem of an unconnected vent line that hadn t been caught by the auto repair shop I just left that morning. This is my new auto mechanic shop! Reasonable prices and helpful folks. Thank you QFA!

The battery on my 2015 Outback was newly installed 13 months ago. It began to lose its charge after a day or two of limited use. Les Schwab (battery installer)said their tests indicated the alternator and battery were okay and suggested I take my car to QFA to look for a short or unusual current drain. Luke at QFA found that an after-market camera system was drawing low current with the ignition turned off (normal, but higher than camera specs). He also said the 25 amp battery has been an issue on some Outbacks, so I asked him to replace it with a 35 amp unit. I am very satisfied with the professional service at QFA and highly recommend them.

Been going to QFA for years, since we moved to Mill Creek. They always keep our vehicles safe and happy, even during the busiest times of the year. Worth every penny for the labor, as they always go above and beyond what you would expect of a mechanic these days. They are extremely flexible! Plenty of parking for such a crowded area, too. Please let QFA be your next regular mechanic, just not at the same time as us, please! Asked them to do an oil change in addition to an overall assessment of my vehicle ahead of a road trip i have scheduled. They addressed my initial concerned, took care of what was needed and did not add any unnecessary services. Great owner didn't mind me bringing my own oil and filter. Only charged 15 minutes of labor for the change. Ran computer diagnostics and changed a taillight no charge!My new shop for my BMW! Owner drives a BMW, by the way. Five stars easily.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

This was my first interaction with them and my Audi had a very strange transmission problem that they thought was an axle. They spent a lot of time on it and when it turned out to not be the axle, and it was the transmission, they did the right thing and didn t charge me for any of the work. I was only charged for the diagnostics on the transmission. The owners here are kind and trustworthy .. which is a lot more than I can say for so many other shops.

Luke and Diane run a great business and are extremely trustworthy. We have taken our 1997 5 series BMW to them for almost 20 years. We credit them with helping us to keep it running great and it s mileage is now 375k, always felt like they have given us a fair price. We have also taken our Yukon XL and Subaru Outback to them. The Outback needed it s 40k tune and oil change. I was quoted almost $1,000 from the dealer for this service and Luke and Diane did it for WAY less. We send everyone we know to Quality Foreign Auto! Love the trustworthy local businesses!

I have been taking my cars to Quality Foreign for 20 years now. They have provided excellent, honest car repair from day one. I have never felt I had to question the work they suggest and they have allowed me keep vehicles far longer than I otherwise would have. They have gone way out of their way to repair things like the screen on my navigation system. The dealer wanted $4,000 for a new one and Quality Foreign fixed it for $500. They have been doing stuff like this for 20 years. I now send my kids there.

We bought a used car that had serious brake issues and the check engine light was on. They were able to get us in right away. They did a vehicle inspection and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. I've been getting my vehicles serviced by Quality Foreign Auto for years. I am on my fifth vehicle with this company. My employment caused me to move 150 miles away, so now I coordinate my oil changes and all of my vehicle needs with when I am working in the area, so I can have my vehicle serviced by QFA. It is important for me to be able to rely on a company to do to the job properly so I can leave with a confidence knowing I'm safe in my vehicle. Quality Foreign Auto gives me this comfort and peace everytime I drive away in my vehicle. The service is superb, and I don't have to worry about safety or whether or not the job has been done correctly. There is no greater peace of mind, than being able to depend on a company with the high integrity that Quality Foreign Auto has demonstrated to me over the years.Thank YouLavina June

Recently moved here from North Dakota and needed a mechanic to solve an AC problem my Subaru Legacy Outback Sedan has been having for a few years. Took it to 3 different Subaru dealerships (one in North Dakota and 2 in Minnesota) and none of them could figure out why my AC was blowing hot air after blowing cool air for 2-3 hours of driving. Recently it began to blow only hot air. Still the North Dakota Subaru dealership couldn't find the reason for this problem. Now I've moved to Lynnwood, WA, and my daughter recommended Lacey QFA's mechanics whom my daughter said was a whiz at trouble shooting and repair. Lacey found the problem and solved the mystery. YES! Part is ordered and AC will be up and running properly soon. Thank you, Lacey! and QFA for hiring her.

I do not usually write a second Google review on a company, but this comment is an example that verifies my first review a short time ago.When I bought my vehicle four years ago, I bought new tires from Les Schwab and had an alignment done. They told me that they tweaked my axle out as far as it could go, and that I would have to get new axles in a few years. My new tires wore unevenly and Les Schwab refused to service them, (while trying to sell me new tires), even though my tires were not at the minimum level of tread. Recently I bought new tires elsewhere, and I took my vehicle to Quality Foreign Auto. I told Luke the situation and asked if he would put new axles on my vehicle because of what I was told previously by Les Schwab, and he asked me to leave my vehicle overnight so he could thoroughly check it out. Luke looked at the information about the previous work done by Les Schwab, and took my vehicle to Les Schwab who STILL, could not find the issue as to why my tires were wearing uneven. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, Luke told me he found the issue in one of the rear control arms of the vehicle. After he left the area, Diane told me that he was up under my vehicle with a flashlight in his mouth and a tape measure until he figured out what the issue was. WOW!!! After Diane told me this, I looked at my boyfriend and said, "now you know why I ALWAYS bring my vehicle here, even though I've moved over 150 miles away."I have made an appointment to get my control arm fixed at QFA, true experts in car maintenance.Thank you QFA!!! 5 cars later and I continue to have peace of mind, knowing I am safe, and the work on my vehicle is done correctly, when serviced at your shop.Lavina JuneService: Steering & suspension repair

I have worked at the driving school for about 1 year and have always seen the shop busy as can be! I bought a 1992 bronco for a project and decided to go right next door to try out their services, and sod far they can not disappoint! Very friendly and accommodating, they kept me in the loop and even when I went in today were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future!!!
