Excellent people here. I read some of the reviews before I went in and was a little concerned. But my experience with these folks was top notch. They were prepared and on time for my appointment and very helpful. The office manager (Amanda?) was polite and friendly and Kenny, the estimator, was super helpful with the multiple questions I had. He looked closely the car and provided a written estimate in no time. Then he went over everything and explained it in detail and so it was easy to understand. Amazing service and I will definitely go back there with my business.

Will definitely be using this place again! (Hopefully I don't need I need to though lol) Very friendly and professional, Ambur the office manager is fantastic and knowledgeable. Before and after pictures are added, unfortunately I don't have pictures of the full damage to my car. The 'before' picture doesn't do justice to the damage as that was taken the night I was t-boned and I didn't get around to fixing my car until two and a half years later, so the damaged door had deteriorated A LOT. Overall they did an amazing job making my car look exactly the same as the day I bought it.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Zero stars. Amber the client service agent (what a joke) is the rudest most infuriating person they could possibly have working there. They lie about cost then blame you that you were told about additional fees when you weren t. Lazy work and very disorganized. I mean what kind of business allows customers to be treated this way?! Progressive and this shop are garbage!!! Do not take your car here you will absolutely regret it!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pretty much what I expected. Little orange peel on the paint to be expected, but the car looks great. They were fairly quick too. Was a little concerning but looks like the work was done right from what I can see from underneath and they warranty their work anyways. I dont understand what people complain for or they should ask questions about the work order and what is getting done if they dont understand.100% would try themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I called to schedule for my car to come in and a rude front desk secretary named Amber let me know that it would be several weeks. I waited those several weeks, brought my car in, and there was Amber, the rudest front desk secretary that you could imagine, when I walked in the door. After a couple of exchanges, I asked for my car key back and left, as there is no chance in hell that I would let a place with that rude of a secretary repair my car.

This is the worst body shop I have ever been to in 30 years of my driving life. The owner is a crook, a liar, and makes things up. I was hit by someone who owns progressive insurance, the worst insurance company you can have. He put in an aftermarket fascia without structurally attaching and replacing the broken brackets. The facia falls apart while driving, for which they give you a lifetime warranty. I trusted the shop to replace my bumper to the factory specification. However, he refuses to accept his shady job and then lies to progressive insurance, which refuses to listen to me. Most reputable shops have stopped taking progressive. A federal government standard, 49 CFR 581, defines a bumper standard. Sure, it's for new cars; however, you expect to be repaired with the factory standard whenever you're doing rework. The shop owner refused to follow even though I shared the required structural integrity; he went with flimsy aftermarket fascia, not replacing the brackets, and then lied to Progressive while claiming the brackets were not part of the bumper system. I had to repair the whole thing myself.

I had my car repaired by Proco which was recommended by Progressive Insurance. Proco did the core job well, at least seeng from outside. But I had lot of other issues.Exec summery: Stay away from this provider.Issues:- I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment to even have my car be inspected and evaluated.- When I picked up the car, the AC fuse and blower was gone and I spent $600+ to fix it. Despite trying multiple times, they refused to take responsibility of it. The AC fuse and blower was in perfect working condition with no history of issues when I dropped it. I clearly know that the fuse was short circuit during their possession of the car.- When I picked up the car, the wooden trim in the door handle was not installed and left at the floor. I tried to put it back in front and it didn't fit. They said its normal. I contrasted it with other 3 doors and they had to agree to take responsibility. I declined its $55 offer and asked them to replace it. They did it the next day.- They drained my battery at pickup and had to give me a jump. Apparently they left an internal light on and my battery died again after I reached home and left my car in garage.Now, bonus on the irresponsible people in Progressive:Sam and his boss Melanie: They decided to take the side of Proco and not their customer despite me pleading how it is extremely likely that they short circuited the blower and fuse. Progressive calls this 'normal' wear and tear - something that has not happened in my Highlander for 13 years and 176,000 miles and 2 other long time Highlander owners I have checked with.Conclusion: If you are sent to Proco by your insurance, your best bet is to not have any issues. If there is, both Proco and your insurance company will not be ethical and responsible enough to act right. You will end up paying a lot more out of pocket 'after-service' service.

Listen to the one star reviews on this business, I should have when I checked prior to going here. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!I was referred here through insurance - long story short, I decided to cancel my claim and decided to pay for the estimate out of pocket and whatever it cost to put my vehicle back together. They declined to reassemble .I took my car to the dealership I get my regular work done through, they estimate the shop did upwards of $750 in labor damages to reassemble my vehicle.Listen to the guy that says Amber is a weirdo, 100% true.I ll also note that my family owns Miner Brother Racing and Miner Brother Race Engines of the NHRA I ll go ahead and leave this here to signal our expertise when it comes to cars and mechanics.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Ambur held my hand and led me through the whole process, she stayed on top of the insurance company and kept me completely on the loop. The car came back looking pristine and I couldn't be happier with the work. I hope to never need it again, but if I do, I will definitely be using Proco again.

I went to ProCo because it was my insurance s preferred provider; however, I will now recommend them to anyone. Amber in the front office is the picture of professionalism and kindness. The work was completed quickly, and my car looks like new again. I was given an estimate for the work quickly, and there was no pressure to do additional work I d asked about. I feel like it is so important to get a personal recommendation for mechanics, auto body work, and dentists. I would not hesitate to send my friends/family to ProCo.

All I can say is wow. From start to finish the process and communication was fast and easy. My vehicle was brought in for some repairs on the door shell/front bumper. The schedule coordinator communicated with me over text message, and we set everything up. The vehicle looks great, and they even cleaned it! Irresponsible and rude front desk agent. They just outright lied to me and the tow truck sent by my insurance company. Please don't get your car repaired/towed in here. Wait however long it takes and get it repaired elsewhere.

This shop was recommended to me by my insurance. Took my car in due to damage to a window and door. Repairs went fast and the door looked great! Shortly after leaving I noticed what appeared to be "scratches" on my glass. I called to discuss this concern and made an appointment to bring the car in to be checked out. I missed my appointment and brought the car in a couple weeks later to get it looked at w/o an appointment. I could tell the woman at the desk was annoyed, with reason, but she still fetched someone to address my concerns. Kenny addressed the issue and spent approximately 10 minutes scraping my window as it was adhesive marks that was stuck on my window. He resolve the issue and I am satisfied. Would recommend.

I am so pleased with the recent service and work done on my SUV by ProCo after I was hit by someone who ran a stop sign. My car was pretty damaged and I was a little lost trying to decide where to take it for repairs. After reading reviews and asking around I narrowed it down to a small list of places and proceeded to make calls. From the first phone call and throughout the entire process, Amber was friendly, professional, and efficient. She helped handle communications and inspections with the insurance company so well, getting my car fixed with them was a hassle-free experience.I also have to say that the work itself is amazing. I've always heard people say that their cars are never the same after an accident, but it has been a little over a month and I can't say that that is true for me. The tech who worked on my car (I never actually met him, but I believe his name was Ethan) did a great job! My SUV looks and drives like nothing ever happened to it. I love my car and depend on it to get my family of six around, so I can't say enough how thrilled I am that it's good as new. I highly recommend ProCo!ghhh

Here is another 5-star rave review for ProCo. Overall outstanding service and a fantastic job fixing our fender bender.The staff were very freindly and helpful explaining the whole repare process. When dropping my car off, my rental car was waiting for me. The job was completed on time as promised and our car was delivered as good as new. Their work with the insurance company and rental company was seamless.Highly recommended!

Terrible service. They caught me at a time that I couldn't make much of a fuss about their poor workmanship. Basically, on day one they had said that they would take my canopy off of my truck to fix the damage. They circled the problem areas and did the bare minimum fixing only one of the original agreed upon areas. I'm fairly certain it came down to someone not wanting to put forth the effort to fix it correctly. I'm a busy man...with no time to send it back in for them to do it correctly. My recommendation is to have your work done at AP Collision Center just down the road. Took my Mercedes there after a car accident per progressive insurance request. When I got my car back I noticed paint and dust everywhere, on my inside doors and seats, my painel, floor mats, I mean everything was really bad. I took my car back there today for them to clean and take paint off and it is the same as before, they did a terrible job. I set there and waited for 15 minutes. What a waist of time and energy. Poor quality. I have white paint all over my black car!!!! Don t take your car here it will be a nightmare!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The lady in the front desk is very rude. Also the car has been left out collecting dust after the repairs. I'd expect a basic level cleaning before handing off the car. I'd definitely not recommend this business for any body shop repairs. Service king is much better.

Poor customer service and fake as hell. Came in to paint a brand new bumper and the job was done overall but took over a week to paint a bumper without any update while I called every other day looking for a update and Amber had no info beside let me check and call you back . Never got answers and was told that it takes 2-3 days. Asked if they can install my bumper and wanted $300 for a installation fee that s take less than a hour? Take your car elsewhere. Ended up installing my brand new bumper myself in 40 mins including fog lights and grill. When it comes to Autobody, customer service is #1 and this place failed at that.

It took 2 trips for my repair hence the 4 stars (a crease in the body that I had pointed out at the beginning got missed and they had to redo part of the repair) but professional and prompt. I also had a faint dirty film left on my rear window after the work was done that would not wash off when washing the vehicle (either with a squeegee or glass cleaner or drive through car wash) but they took it into the shop and after 30 minutes it was clean, thank you Amber!

I took my car in on a Tuesday needing my entire door and 3 trim pieces replaced after a car hit me in a parking lot, and I had my car back by that Thursday looking like the accident had never happened. I had an awesome experience with ProCo when I dropped in without an appointment to get some work done. Kenny helped me out an he was knowledgeable and flexible. They fit me in quickly. When the job became a little more involved than initially anticipated, they kept me informed on status and worked beyond closing time to finish up as promised. Excellent work and reasonable pricing. I'd definitely go back for any auto body or repair needs.

Super disappointed!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! TELL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY YOU WANT TO GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT. TRUST ME!!!!! All I can think about is that I wish I knew what I know now. My car is extremely well taken care of and new! I planned to eventually trade it in, but ProCo Autobody devalued my car. The customer service (or lack of) from the front desk gal was weird too!!!! The only thing I got from this place is more trouble I have to deal with now. What a shame!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to pick up my car, when I asked to get my car keys so I can transfer things from my rental car to my car, Amber, the girl at the front desk hid my keys, as if I was about to run away with my car. Ummm I am 8 months pregnant and they have my all my insurance and personal information... I want to move my things and didn't want to waste my time while they were clearing up the deductible information that they messed up in the first place. Felt so disrespected. Customer service is poor.

I found some scuffs on the rear bumper after car wash. I went to the ProCo Autobody on Saturday morning and the employee there was super helpful and professional. He polished the issue area for several minutes and removed the scuffs! I hadn t expected I could solve the problem in minutes on the same day and for free!

So kind and helpful! I accidentally drained my battery while at the nearby park with my kids, and they gave me a super fast jump and got my van started so my kids could make it home in time for afternoon school. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Kenny and his team at ProCo helped me restore my six year project, a 1985 Toyota Corolla AE86, from a rusting, Frankenstein-esque car into the most stunning two-tone pearl I have ever seen (everyone who sees it gives me tons of compliments)! The team at ProCo is very detail oriented and ensured every little design element was true to both my vision and desire to replicate the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) version of the car. They even went as far as painting the door hinges different colors, painting behind the two-tone stripe gas door, and cutting the stripe into the door jambs, all just to match the overall two-tone theme and ensure the car is visually appealing! Throughout the entire process, the team welcomed me into the shop and kept me updated on the progress of the car, as well as gave me advice on how to achieve the best finished product (and avoid ending up with something I would regret). Considering all of the work and effort they put into this project, the price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. This is the only shop I would recommend for custom paint or body work!
