The gentlemen at this Grease Monkey are OUTSTANDING! I live 5 minutes away, in Kenmore. I much prefer this location to any other. Many oil change type places do not have qualified nor experienced technicians working on cars. I myself have worked in the collision repair/mechanical industry as a mechanic and technician for 15 years. The guys here know their stuff. Whether it s changing a headlight, (jiffy lube told me they didn t know how to on newer cars , mines a 2018 Hyundai) a transmission flush, or an oil change, these guys have the customer s best interest in mind at all times. Very professional, great customer service as well. I will most definitely be continuing to come here and get my vehicle serviced. And will be referring my fiance and all my friends and family. Usually I do my own oil change in Kirkland self service garage but since they temporarily closed down had to find a shop to do it for me. Danny and his team was professional and took time to make sure the job was done right. After I left, the team noticed there was an oil spot where my car was parked and called me back in to inspect their work. Found out that the oil filter was just tiny bit loose. Sure there was a mishap but I appreciate Danny and his team honesty. Will be back again! Thank you!

Great and fast service. I honestly didn t find much difference in price between them & Dealer but definitely the wait time worth it Finished all service in like 45 minutesThey know what they are doing and not trying to push on selling anything. They just tell you the case & an honest advice but you are free to decide

Fantastic experience overall. Got oil change, 2 headlights replaced, wiper replaced and all done in less then 25 mins. Incredibly great low prices and the staff were more then friendly (which I hugely appreciate). RECOMMEND HIGHLYOnly minor issue is when the air filters were put back in, it caused a small whistling noise but nothing too bad.

The employees were up front with cost, not pushy about service and very friendly. They made sure to ask if I had coupons and even gave me my AAA discount on top of my coupon discount. I will definitely be going back

I know my cars and trucks, just don't have time or a lift to easily do the work myself anymore. The team here has always been honest and transparent with parts and pricing, never been lead astray. Great folks, top tier service!

I've taken a couple cars here over the last decade or so and always get fast service and great recommendations. They even send me coupons and offer some in store for some great prices. Friendly staff and they let my pup chill inside. Inside they have coffee and complimentary beverages as well as a screen that says how long you'll have to wait.

Asked them to look at my brakes since they were squeeling sometimes and they told me all 4 are at 4mm and needed replaced, but were unable to replace them and I d have to go to a different location. The other location weren t able to do them either since a technician wasn t around.Took my vehicle to a separate location, and they said my brakes were perfectly fine at 10mm and didn t recommend new brakes at all. These guys were caught red handed lying through their teeth, beware coming here.

They did so much for 55$. Replaced a rear license plate light replaced my oil pan plug because it was beat up changed my oil and oil filter (that I provided) they wiped off my dash and even left a pack of cigarettes on my seat(Paul malls only missing three) I don't smoke but my friend who does thanks you. I wouldnt mind a martini next time tho ;)

Outstanding crew! Caught 2 issues the other major oil change shop missed. Taking much better care of my Jeep getting the exact OEM recommended oil full synthetic, got the filthy cabin air filter replaced and had them do the wiper blades too, very streaky when they age working with light Seattle rains.Highly recommend Grease Monkey and I take all my vehicles there.

I took my car for service here and had a refreshingly positive experience.I had my tire pressure checked, tires rotated, oil change and air filters replaced all under 30 - 45 minutes. Usually, car stuff always makes me a little anxious and I always fear that I'm going to be ripped off. But all of that disappeared when I was here.The team is super efficient, thorough and transparent. They even brought out the air filters to me in the waiting room and explained the conditions they were in which I appreciated. The whole team provides friendly service from beginning to end and you can tell the staff enjoys what they do. I received a quick and thorough service on my car. I notified them about certain issues that I've been having, and they immideately inspected it and fixed it for me. I never felt like I was being up-sold on services and will definitely be using them for my routine services going forward.

This is my favorite place to come get an oil change. The employees are always kind, efficient, knowledgeable. They do a great job of suggesting extra services without being pushy. The price is fair. I went to the Bothell-Everett Hwy location yesterday morning and the team was friendly and welcoming. They changed my oil and air filter fast and even vacuumed the floors and cleaned the windows for me. Best oil change experience, I ll be coming back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

daughter stopped for and oil change on a 2014 Subaru Forester .they suggested gear oil changes and transmission fluid.SheDeclined! in the owners service manual it says inspect only. Nosuggestion of replace on any mileage intervals.They need to look up maintenance schedule on vehicles before up selling.Not good business practice up selling customers just for extra business.response to your response.I suggest you check with a dealership shop manager.2012 subaru and up boxer engines subaru recommended schedule. Well, I was in an out in record time for an oil change at which time they confirmed both verbally and on my receipt that my coolant and wiper fluid was filled. However, when I checked the next day, my wiper fluid container was empty and my coolant is at the "low" marker line. Nor did they vacuum my car but I would forsake that for having a safe driving vehicle for my $108 and not having them lie to me.Service: Oil change

The nicest guys in auto service business. They are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction and provide genuine advice for your car, even if that meant you take your business elsewhere. So pleasantly surprised by my visit to Grease Monkey Bothell today. They were able to get me in right away, and worked with me to summarize the work I needed done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they had complimentary beverages. I was able to get a little work done while waiting.Even though I had them replace my wiper blades, and replace a bulb for my brake lights, on top of my oil change, they still were able to finish the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone was extremely kind and pricing is beyond fair. $8 to replace a stripped oil pan bolt, $99 for a full synthetic change and $50 for both air filters which in the grand scheme of things if your wallet isn't too tight is a decent deal.

Update: These guys are STILL crushing it in the friendly, helpful customer service department! While it seems that poor service and unfriendly attitudes have become the new normal, this location defies that notion and continues to be awesome.These folks do a fantastic job. They are always super friendly and professional. I pass many other places I've used in the past to get here just because of their professionalism and friendlyness.

I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience here. The employees are friendly, the oil changes are quick, and although it is pricey, it worth not having to struggle with changing my own oil. They do send coupons out so I'll need to remember them for next time. (That's my fault, not theirs though) Definitely recommend for quick, friendly service.Update: Still great, quick service. I definitely appreciate that they don't pressure you into unnecessary upgrades or services. Employees were still great and will continue to go to this location!

Went in for a fuel filter change and decided to add a oil also. They did oil and didn't have time for fuel filters. They were the most important! Manager argued with my friend, not good service!

These guys had me in and out in under 30 minutes. They offered additional services with no pressure. Complimentary water, coffee, vacuum, window wash and fluid top off. 10/10 service, keep it up Grease Monkey Bothell!

I did my research and called around a few shops to get my brakes done, and these guys had the best prices and the best customer service. Although the other mechanic I had look at it said I needed all 4 replaced, these guys didn t take advantage of my situation. They let me know I only had to get my rear ones replaced and my fronts had plenty more life left, which cost me half of what it would have been. Definitely will be coming back if I need any work done.

Had my check engine light come on today and my code reader pulled a P0218 code. Pulled right up to Grease monkey and didn't tell them about the code just to see if they would try and scam me (been scammed before by other auto places because of being a woman) NOT HERE, THOUGH! They pulled the exact same code and fixed it without even charging me!!! I was in and out within 10 minutes! THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! and they are super friendly and personable. It was a super easy fix of course, which doesn't always happen, so don't be disappointed if the same doesn't happen for you. 10/10 will for sure recommend!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This shop and its employees, specifically Alex, were incredibly helpful with fixing my windshield wiper fluid tubing. I never expected them being able to help me but their service was quick and they had me on my way. Super clear with explaining the issue and even getting a delivery from O Reilly with parts. I m new to the area but will for sure be coming back here.

Young man told me that my car requires full synthetic when it doesn't. Never has. Young man told me that anywhere I've ever been to has been putting the wrong stuff in. So I told them never mind I will go somewhere else because he wanted to argue about the fact that my car requires synthetic. I parked in the parking lot and pulled all my receipts and manual and sure enough... conventional. As I was parked there another kid came over, told him the situation and he said that's weird. Then he gets a call from someone in the shop to tell me they could do it at 5pm if I wanted to come back. Nope! Never! I absolutely refuse to support a business that tells its customers that they are wrong so that they can make more money. Had I been a young lady, or an elder woman, I may have fallen for it. Even if any person is not knowledgeable in car mechanics they should not be taken advantage of for the sole purpose of higher sales. Shame on you.Bothell location.
