I made an appointment on line. Easiest booking experience I have ever had on ANY web site! And impressed that the appointment was automatically entered into my Google calendar. Impressive! Check in was a breeze - even though they were short handed when I arrived. Wayne Smith expedited check in, and my service was done ahead of expected pick up time.

I was a bit unsure about this place because of the ratting(it is 3.7 at the time of this review). But I gave it a try. They did a very good job on my car and gave me a good review about what needs to be changed. I had a wobbly rotor and the car needed an overall service. What I liked was they gave me a long term option and a short term fix(cheaper ) for the rotors and left it to me to decide as per my need. I don t know how they ended up with an average rating, I think they did a fantastic job on my car.

Overpriced and honestly, service was great but refused to fix the one tire on my 2013 BMW. They Wanted 1,100 for 4 new tires and wouldn't budge. I eventually towed my vehicle somewhere else and got 4 tires for 375 plus tax. Just sayn...

Driving from BC to Seattle and arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing and there was no staff to help us with our leaking tire. We had to scramble around and drive to Les Schwab who stayed open for us to take care of us. We were ver disappointed in this location

I bought my tires online through Goodyear and chose this location because it was the closest to my work. I am so thankful I did. Service was done in less time than I was quoted but more importantly I walked in and was actually greeted and spoken to like a customer and a human. They were even nice enough to stop and help someone fill up a tire for free and swap out a spare for another person. It's the small time you set aside for people that matter the most and bring you back business. It seems like Goodyear is turning into what Les Schwab used to be and they've converted a customer for sure.

I have been going to this location for years because I thought I could trust them. One day ago I went to get a break check and was told I have to get all four breaks done, two new tires, a front headlight, and some other small things done which totaled $1,200 dollars. I didn't even think to question them, but had to reschedule and wait for parts. I decided to call around to see if I could get them done sooner and ended up going somewhere that said I only needed two new front breaks done, and he charged me $350.00. I am outraged with this Goodyear, as I don't make much money, and they lied about what needed to be done. This is dishonest, and customers should be aware of the half-truths they tell to steal money from their customers. If I went in the store, grabbed a tire without paying and left, I would go to jail. Yet they can steal from people with no consequence?

I have been there more than a few times over the years. They offer good quality tires. I had them do brakes only once that I can remember. Never had trouble with tires I purchased from them. They didn't try and hard upsell me on anything I didn't need either.

Brought my truck in when I first bought it and was told something was wrong with the T-Case, okay great no worries already knew that. I brought it in to get the shocks done, brakes done, etc I was ready to drop about $3-4k and they basically gave it a oil change paid over $100 for a basic napa filter to be put on, then they cleaned my fuel system for another $200-$300. And wouldn t touch it unless I got the case fixed, ended up getting it fixed an hour later but if a shop doesn t want to take $3-4k willingly that s completely fine with me! This is why more people are doing jobs themselves

In dire need of a tire change, calling multiple times at opening time 0800, 3 times to the machine message and the fourth one they picked up to hang up

Sold me a tire that blew 6 months after purchase. Would not honor manufacturer warranty, or even call. Instead tried to guilt trip me about a road hazard warranty when the workman ship of the tire was clear compromised. They came to the conclusion that a road hazard damaged the tire before they even looked at it. Don't bother with this shop. Don't bother with this crew. They don't care.

I showed up 2 hours before they closed on a Sunday with a flat tire. They were all booked up and had no time to do anything. The said I could leave the car there incase someone didn't show up for an appointment. An hour and a half later, they called me and said they were able to squeeze my car in. When I got there to pick up the car, the guy didn't even charge me. Great customer service and they actually care about their customers. What more can you ask for?

Came here from out of town needing a tire replacement. Was meaning to drive 8 hours back home, and these guys had it done in 45. Technicians did an awesome job. Customer Service Associate was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Made this little hiccup in a road trip so smooth!

On a long shot I swung in hoping to get help with a trailer hitch I didn t have the right tools for. Thankfully they had time to throw it in a vice and tighten things. Have to move the travel trailer in the morning so this quick fix on something they normally don t mess with really saved my bacon. Thanks Goodyear of Bothell WA!

My goodness! I have never felt like such a nuisance as I did when I went into this establishment! Whoever it is they have working the front desk obviously did not want to be there and it showed. Needless to say I bought the tire I needed (since it blew on the side of the road and they were already working on it) and took my business to discount tires! Best decision plus the exact tire was at a cheaper price!

As a rookie driver, I freaked out when my car displayed warnings of low tire pressure. Winter times can be harsh for the tires and so I drove up to this tire shop the next day. They seem to have plenty of services but I went in just to get my psi fixed. Employee there fixed the issue in just a few minutes with no charge. Will likely come back to this place!

I took my car in for an oil change and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes even though I did not have an appointment. When they were done, they said everything looked great except that my rear tires were down to the legal limit. They looked up my car's record on file and saw that I had purchased new front tires a year ago and they offered me the same price. And, since I am going on a road trip to Montana tomorrow, they made some calls to another store and found the tires for me which will be installed tomorrow morning at 7:30AM so I can get on the road with safe tires. This is above and beyond what I would expect and Robert, the Assistant Service Manager was extremely helpful. They take great care of me here! I highly recommend this location!

These guys have always been great to me. I've been going to this location for several years now and have had little issue with service, their prices, or quality of their work. Scott and Wayne have always been super polite and helpful to me, as well as Manager Mike. Best of all, I have never felt any sales pressure from this location which makes it a more comfortable experience.Thanks guys!

The Goodyear technicians did an outstanding job on aligning the wheels of our 3 cars. Mike, Wayne & his team kept us informed of every step in progress of our job. Staff is very polite and place is neat and clean. No pressure or sales gimmicks- just plain honest recommendations.Kudos to Goodyear team in Bothell!!Thank you for servicing our vehicles.

Met with Wayne S., service manager. Not the friendliest shop I've been to, but Wayne did take me in at a late hour to check tire damage after I ran over a sheet metal screw. Turns out my tire was "too old" to patch, so no service. I felt a bit like the manager was trying to up-sell their (decidedly expensive) tires---that's OK I guess, but there's no way I'm going to shell out $1k+ for a full set of new tires without research and price comps.Ultimately I had them to put on my spare ($11.00 labor charge) and decided to try Discount Tires near Thrasher's Corner in Bothell, a much friendlier place that took time to discuss my options without any sales pressure whatsoever. So, I'll be rolling out of Discount Tires with a new set of reasonably priced Yokohama's next week.

They did not prioritize my 9am appointment because I dropped off my car. I called at 130pm and they still hadn't put the car on the rack and said I was next up. Ended up telling them to stop working on it and I picked it up. Wasted my day. I'll never go back to this shop. I'm sure that if I had told them I was going to wait that they wouldve gotten it done in 2 hours. What's the point of having an early appointment? Forget this place.

They tried to make me do their diagnostic on the car when the issue was the battery. I kept telling them it s a battery issue and I just need cables and they said they don t have them. What kind of a car repair shop doesn t have cables??? I ended up calling a friend and he came and helped me. He even told me how would they know it s not a battery issue if they didn t do a diagnostic. I myself am not a car person and they tried to take advantage of me by making me agree to their diagnostic. Make sure you have an experienced person with you when you go to them so they don t rip you off

I noticed my car had a flat tire at work. I came to Good Year without an appointment and they were able to fix the tire right away. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes. This service was free and came with an estimate for 4 new tires.

Well about a week or so ago my day started off with a flat tire. I came into this Goodyear store and right when I walked in I was greeted by Rick the service manager. Told him my situation with my tire and he said no problem he would get someone looking at it for me! Lucky for me one of their tire/service guys Scott was just starting his shift and said he would have me done in 15-20 mins! About 10 mins later my tire was fixed! Better yet even though my tire was not a tire made or purchased through them, they told me it would be no charge. I was kind of in shocked that a Auto shop would do something for free. Before i left they told me if i ever needed tires and or service done on my cars that they would be more than happy to take care of any of it. They have earned a new customer and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks for everything Rick and Scott!

Came here the other day to get a free alignment check and was told they couldn't do it unless I pay them 90 bucks to tighten a loose screw that can easily be done within a minute. That being said I couldn't get it done because I didn't wanna pay for a free alignment check!.. As it says on the paper the work would be "free", these guys highlighted that I refused they're serviced to get it checked and not have them tighten the bolt for me "FOR FREE". I wouldn't recommend going here, the mechanic is useless and out to get your money! I've been to other Goodyear shops and was treated with the best service but here is a disappointment, the mechanic is giving the shop a bad name. Hands down! Don't go here!

Did an oil change and a diagnostic for misfiring. I was told that the diagnostic cost can be rolled into the next repair payment. Next day, come to fix the issues according to the quote, a different service guy, named Wayne Smith, refused to roll the diagnostic fee from yesterday into my repair bill. Feel not being treated honestly, avoid this guy or the shop. They really love money, more than other shops.

Great attention to customer needs. Ive had multiple services at every tire shop in bothell. From discount to schwab, and this store continues to handle their customers the best. Scott and all the techs explained the services in detail and even helped with over looked repairs from other shops. 10/10 will return with friends and family vehicles.
