Mark and the F&F team are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and transparent. My son s Jeep has been diagnosed with costly electrical issues (at other dealerships & automotive shops). Mark diagnosed the issue & had it repaired quickly. Thank you F&F. You are the best!

Everyone at F&F is always wonderful! I have been going to them for years and always get outstanding service. They tell me when anything does NOT need to be done so I am not being charged for unneeded service/repairs. I know my car is in good hands.

Whether it be for regular preventive maintenance or for fixing problems, F&F has been my go to place for over 40 years. The person who began F&F instilled a work environment, and a customer service process that has created customers that come back to a place where they know they will be fairly taken care of.

Another amazing experience with F&F auto getting my starter replaced! Around 10 years worth of repairs on both an Acura TL sedan and MDX suv, a Volkswagen Passat and an 83 GMC truck and they ve all come back on time and on budget. You can t find a better shop regardless of the make and model of vehicle. At this point I don t even call the dealership for a repair estimate to compare because they are always higher priced than F&F by almost double!

Mixed feelings. It took over a month to figure out if they could find a part to fix our AC. Then we finally have a set date and bring it in. They said we weren t on the calendar and that wasn t true at all. So our car ended up having to be there longer than we expected and it complicated my plans/getting to work. It was a big deal to have it in the shop an extra day. No apology or anything for their screw up. This is the second time within a few years that we are back with the same issue in the car. May be a car manufacturing issue or may be they didn t fix it correctly the first time who s to say. One of the times we took the car in, they backed a car into our car and they had to replace the bumper so again, took longer than we thought. I don t know I feel the results aren t super consistent and they aren t very reliable. I feel bummed with this experience and not sure we will be returning after this.

Robert and his crew were amazing to work with. I had an unforeseen issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee which was immediately and properly diagnosed by the team at F&F Auto Clinic, Inc. Robert then provided detailed information regarding repair services, overall pricing and recommendations based on historic data for my particular vehicle. My Jeep was repaired in less time than expected, runs perfectly and the cost of the repair did not exceed the amount quoted by F&F Auto, Inc. I sort of hate to recommend them because they typically have a 2 week waiting time but that is because they are good, as in experts in a LOT of vehicles and have a ton of integrity. You want proof? They turn work away.

I chose this repair shop for the wheel bearing noise based on its great reviews, but it ended up with a rather disappointing experience - it took more than 3 weeks and generated a $1,800 extra bill.- Positive Experience1. The technician was able to quickly figure out which wheel bearing had an issue and fixed it in one day.2. Gave an estimate for each repair- Negative Experience1. Not responsible (this could cause a fatal accident)* They told me that they did brake fluid bleeding (without permission) and the brake was better than before, and they charged $70 for the test drive after the repair. Obviously, it was not true. When I drove my car, I did not expect that I HAD to push the brake pedal almost to the floor to stop the car and almost got into an accident.2. The technician did not look like experienced* Caused spongy brakes when he replaced the wheel bearing (by bleeding the brake fluid)* Was not able to get the air out and kept trying to replace different parts, such as the master brake cylinder and abs modules.* At the end, he told me that he did not like my car and none of the things had worked. I had to tell them to turn the caliper a little to make sure the bleeder is at the top.3. Put the cost of their mistakes on customers* The brake of my car was not spongy, and they caused it by bleeding the brake fluid* Master cylinder and ABS were not the root cause, but the replacement cost went to the customer4. Did not ask customer permission* They told me the brake was soft and said they would check if there were any issues, but did the bleeding w/o my permission* I told them to keep the old parts, but they sent my old ABS module back to the factory right after. (I am not even sure if my car has a new ABS module or not now, since they told me that after installing the new ABS module, the brake was still spongy)

I've been taking my vehicles to F&F auto for years. They're like family and I always leave satisfied. They call me in advance before continuing work once diagnosed. They let me know how long it will take and most importantly the price. Mark is a great shop Manager and the owners are very personable and I would highly recommend this business.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I've been taking my cars to F&F Auto Clinic for years. They provide expert service and if your car doesn't need repair, they tell you. Honest, fair and courteous. I highly recommend F&F Auto. Outstanding. I noticed on of the reviews mentions charging $20 to pay - this is not accurate. And there are no surprises with the cost of the work. Robert makes sure the customer is informed throughout the process.I've had mechanics that charge for work that is not necessary. F&F Auto is the opposite - they are honest, trustworthy and provide exceptional repair service.Service: Brakes

It's hard to find a trust worthy mechanic with a strong customer service team and high quality work. My first experience with F&F auto was this past week, when my water heater went out. They were able to get me in and out on the scheduled day with no delays. They also were within $8 of the quoted estimate. The ladies in the office are really friendly and were extra nice to our dog offering treats. They make you feel at home, provide excellent service, I would highly recommend them to all.

Been using F & F Auto Clinic for maintenance on my work and personal truck for the last 4 years. All I can say is they are professional in every way. From fare pricing to best quality work. They never push to get more done to your vehicle then you ask for. I will always only recommend them to all my customers and friends. Use them once and you will be a return customer.

Absolutely love this shop and all of the staff. The mechanics are experienced, trustworthy, and only want what's best for you and your vehicle. The ladies at the desk are the sweetest you will ever meet, and make everything a breeze from the get-go. F and F have been servicing my family's vehicles for 8 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide the kind of quality work and customer service that they do.

FnF is my go-to business for any maintenance or repairs to my vehicles and has been for about 20 years now. Competent and professional, stand behind their work. Mark and Robert are both excellent service managers. Honest, accurate analysis, diagnostics and recommendations. Several times they have identified an "upcoming issue", but recommended waiting until it becomes more serious before having their mechanics work on the problem. I have complete confidence in their assessments and quality of work. They are the best. Had great experience with F&F on my Subaru. By far the best communication I ve had with a mechanic.They really take the time to explain exactly what s wrong and the process they ll take to get it fixed. I would say their prices are fair, especially for the attention to detail they give. I couldn t be happier with how my car runs after getting it back and I ll be coming back with any future work needed.

Friendly and Fair, F & F. These folks live by what they call themselves. I ve used multiple mechanics over the last two decades I ve lived in Washington and they have by far been the best. Whenever I drop off either one of my cars, I know they re going to fix it right the first time, I ll get quality parts and a fair price for the repair. Thanks for being there for us F & F!

F & F really did me a solid by fitting me in same day to fix my Tahoe because I live in Port Townsend and I was just passing through. I limped in on 6 or 7 cylinders for 10 miles until I found this repair shop. I steered them to the distributor cap (& rotor because of previous experience). They confirmed my diagnosis, and when I came back from a leisurely breakfast it was done!

I had a great experience at F & F todayTook my car in to this location to fix a car heater that was taking time to turn on. Mark checked me in and set expectations on time and cost. I was asked to authorize one hour of labor time and they called me later to add another hour which I authorized over phone. The issue was fixed and the cost estimate was provided over phone. I highly recommend this place for auto repairs.

F&F is the best. Period. Honest, caring business who will tell it to you straight. They won't upsell or try to get you to pay for work you don't need.They literally saved me $3k when Toyota (during an airbag recall) told me I had a leak and it would cost $3500. F&F looked at it and it was a $500 fix. Will never go anywhere else. I put all my trust into F&F.Services: Tires, Engine repair

This place is consistently wonderful. The place is family owned and the employees obviously care about their job and the cars they work on. They are honest and put in hard work and everyone I have recommended to them has said the same thing. It's difficult for me to find a good, consistent auto place such as this one, as I know nothing about cars and I feel like many places I go sense this and take advantage of me, but I don't get that feeling here. This place is down to earth, dependable, and always gets the job down. I will continue to highly recommend F&F to my friends and family and do business here.

I can t tell you how impressed I am with F & F Auto! In this day and age it s hard to find kind and honest businesses. Not only are they honest, some of the nicest people but the price was beyond fair and my car is working great! They will be getting my service and recommendations indefinitely. Don t hesitate to give them a try!

Professional and friendly, from the phone call to get an estimate to the call that the car was ready for pick up. Assisted with a referral to a fair priced tow company, completed a diagnostic test, explained results and work to be completed, and requested approval before preforming any work. Car was repaired within the estimated timeframe promised and came in at a lower price than the original quote. Will be using this company with future auto repair and maintenance.Service: Electrical repair

They got the job done. Wouldn't reccomend based on their pricing. Previous quote was 480 to fix the condenser. They charged 840. Due to their quarantine rules I couldn't just point to the problem as I previously would have been able to. Service took about 28 hours. They also charge you ~$20 to pay...

First time using their service. Had a battery that died that I had put in last year. They determined it was the alternator and replaced a belt that had cracked as well. Wonderful Source! My husband and I are visiting from out-of-state in what has now become the snowiest February recorded. Our youngest was getting ready to drive the Toyota Corolla to Bellingham from Bothell to beat the snow. All left rear lights were dark. I drove south and a neighbor mentioned F&F. Amy talked to Mark who dropped everything he was doing on a Friday- and fixed a few bulbs & cleaned off some corrosion. They weren't big issues-except I couldn't fix them! I'm so grateful to find F& F. We got the 25 year old legal and safe. Thank You All for amazing on-the-spot service. Martha from Florida
