Brett and company took quick care of me and my vehicle. Was easy to drop off my car and they were always in immediate communication. My bill came out as expected without surprises. Overall a good experience and I recommend them.

I had an amazing experience using Evergreen Autoworks. My belts have been screeching and chirping for a few months now progressively getting worse. My research has led me to a serpenten belt and tensioner. I also decided to incrementally start a 100,000 mile tuneup. Chang spark plugs, flush radiator fluid and change brake fluids too. To set the appointment I spoke to Bret, he was extremely patient with my rants and was on the same page with what I need to do. He politely answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. My appointment was 5 days later and when I arrived, I received the great professional experience that I had on the phone. My plan was to drop off my car for the day, and Bret helped me with getting an Uber as I only live less than 10 miles away. Once my car fixes were complete, Evergreen Auto also helped me get a return ride, best surprise ever, and very convenient. My car drives amazingly! It feels like a brand new car, and so much power. I am so pleased with the quality of workmanship and the reasonable price. I recently joined AAA and they recommend EA as a top machine shop, I can only agree.

They told me they did not have my car when they did, offered unnecessary repair suggestions, and have poor communication between their customers requests, intake, and the garage which led to unauthorized repairs being made.1.) I had my car towed there overnight and called at 8:30am to ensure that they had received the keys. I gave them both my name and the name of the AAA card holder as well as a description of my car. They told me they did not have my car and no keys were in the drop box. After calling triple A and confirming the drop location was Evergreen auto works Bothell location I got a ride to the location and asked the employee to double check the key drop box. He checked again and said no car was dropped there. Nearly two hours after my first call (with many car lot searches, many calls and loads of stress), I got a call telling me that in fact they did have my car in the garage. Oopsie I guess?2.) They told me it needed: lights, an oil change, a new timing belt, that it had an oil leak, needed a new alternator and battery. They specifically said "the lights are burnt out". The lights are not burnt out, they work fine. It does not have an oil leak. It did need a new alternator and battery. I asked them to just replace the alternator and battery. They proceeded to do unauthorized work such as replacing a belt in the front and doing an oil change when I asked them not to. They did remove the charge for the second belt after I mentioned that I did not authorize that but the oil change charge was unauthorized. They did fix the battery but when I started the car I could plainly see that the lights were not burnt out???To summarize: they may have your car in the garage but tell you they have not seen it, they have poor communication between intake and the garage which may lead to unauthorized work, they were not honest about the work needed, and the rates of the work they do are above market value. Josh at the front desk was very nice and removed one of the objectionable charges so there is that.

Recommend: Yes!They have done work on my cars in the past and always provide prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price. In today's post-COVID business world, I no longer expect a call back when I leave a voicemail during business hours. That is not the case here. I received a call back very quickly, and that is great customer service!

Although I didn t have my vehicle worked on by them I was working on my vehicle myself and was stuck in limbo on where a part is located. There was nothing online about it. I called them and received amazing knowledgeable advice not only on the location I was looking for, but on how to get a new part since they re discontinued absolutely would take my vehicle there next time something comes up that is out of my capabilities amazingly friendly people

I 100% recommend this place to go to for any of your mechanic needs. I bring in my truck regularly for oil changes, and every time they did it in a timely manner, and they even check up on other components while the vehicles in the shop. They are also very professional, and very nice.

Bret was very friendly and they did a great job on my car. They were able to get the job done in a reasonable time for cheaper than initially estimated because they could salvage/repair a part in my rear suspension, which was a nice surprise. I have a car that is pretty unique and not made anymore. It was smoking and leaking oil and coolant both. I called a few places before this one and they seemed skeptical which was not reassuring. This business took my car in with no skepticism. Called me along the way to tell me the problems they found. Speedy quick repair at what I feel was an honest price. Very friendly staff and a plus was an uber ride home on their account. Small gesture but when you're hard on cash knowing your car is going to cost a bunch to fix it was nice. Will definitely bring my car here again for future repairs. Thanks for keeping Suzie Suzuki on the road for a bit longer!

After calling several Honda dealerships and not being able to get my car serviced for 1-4 weeks I called Evergreen and they were able to get my car in the next day, and would have it available to me within a couple of days. $170 diagnosis for a Subaru that jumped timing and likely needed a new engine. A shop in the same parking lot found that it just needed a new EGR valve! The best thing this shop did for me was push my car to a different shop that gave me the correct diagnosis.update: Shop reached out to me to apologize and make up for their misdiagnosis. I am certain that this was an honest mistake and thrilled the shop was willing to work with me on this bill.Service: Vehicle Inspection

The staff is very professional, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I took my first Jeep there for a smaller repair after a bad experience at another near by shop. They fixed the problem I wanted fix, it was done quickly and the experience left me so impressed, that I took my (new to me) second Jeep to them as well. Being that it was an older car, I wanted to make sure that everything was mechanically sound. The inspection was thorough and my list of repairs was not bigger then I was expecting. I scheduled the repairs and it was finished in the time that was promised. Not only that, but the quote that I was given was honored, even though part of the quote was missing in the email that I was sent. So the work I received was actually $700 dollars more then my quote. I was not pressured into paying more, they didn't even try asking for the money. They simply said it was there mistake and adjusted the price down to what they quoted me. There were a couple of new things they found when doing the work, and sent me a quote for that to do later if I wanted too. I am so happy with the work that I received and the way the staff treated me, that my roommate has taken his car there as well.One thing that is rare to find is a honest mechanic and a company that actually will take care of its customers, and Evergreen Autoworks is that company for me. It was easy to schedule online. I did it late in the evening and was able to schedule for 2 days out and got a confirmation email the next morning. The man at the desk/on the phone was very friendly, competent, and efficient.My issue had to be diagnosed and they figured it out within about 30 minutes and then got my car back to me within 3 hours with an additional service I ok'ed over the phone when they called to let me know the diagnosis. To be fair, I'm lucky that my issue didn't require any complicated work or parts, so that's part of why it went so quick.I went there not knowing what to expect and didn't have a plan to get home, but since I live nearby, they got me an Uber to and from home while I waited so that I could get back to working remotely.This was the first time I've gone outside a dealership for maintenance. I pretty much had to since dealerships have a month plus wait right now. This was a wonderful experience and I'll be happy to use them for any future work I need and I'm going to recommend my husband does too.Service: Battery

I have now worked with Evergreen Auto on two separate occasions with help on diagnosing a mysterious break and wheel issue, as well as routine maintenance on my car. What impresses me most about them is their honesty and their customer service. During most recent trip in, I thought I was going to end up spending severalhundred dollars on a repair, but the technician located a mistake I had made while working on my car previously, quickly corrected it, and the shop did not charge me for the time. Wow. How many shops do that? As someone who depends on their vehicle day in and day out, this was big for me, and very kind of them. This is the kind of customer service you just don't see much anymore. I will certainly be bringing my vehicle back to Evergreen Auto because I feel like I can trust them to repair my vechle.

Called two other places to see if they could get me in for a brake job and they were both 2+ weeks out. Evergreen was able to get me in same day at an extremely fair price! Turns out that my back brakes also needed replacing so they conveniently scheduled that and took care of it as well. Strongly recommend Evergreen Autoworks and their guys!

They did an excellent job replacing my radiator after my car was towed because steam was coming up out of the hood.The mechanic was in constant contact with his findings and suggestions. Great communication.I highly recommendEvergreen Auto Works!

My alternator failed on the way to work and I was in a panic because every place was saying several days up to two weeks before they could fix my car. I found Evergreen auto Works online and they got me in the same day and their pricing was better and everyplace else I called. I went back a couple days later and had my front brakes done. I m very pleased with the service and so appreciative because without them I would have been without my vehicle for at least several days. Highly recommend!Service: Brakes

The garage is easy to talk with. It is very flexible. You can wait here for the job to be done. You can also come back tomorrow. The garage tell you what are the problems, and let you decide what job is immediately needed and what job you would like to do later. The garage is small but is operated like a large company. I ve been taking my family s vehicles to Evergreen for many years. Foreign or domestic, they can handle the mechanical issues without a problem or delay. Most recently they serviced my daughters vehicle and solved the issue. They advised me that we had some potential risks and provided the evidence to support the need was legit.
