I highly recommend Bothell Way Garage. I chose to call because of the reviews. I called a few places and couldn't get in for a week or more. Jared called me back and turned my bad day all around! He was able to get me in that morning(due to cancellations) and diagnosed maybe 2 hrs later. He quoted me a price, and when I came to pick her up, he told me about all the other things my car needed work on. But not in a take all your money kinda way. Honest. Oil, brakes, and tires (which he doesn't do). And then he knocked the price down! Fast, professional, and genuinely honest!! I'll be back for the brakes and oil... but I need tires first!!THANK YOU JARED AND BOTHELL WAY GARAGE TEAM!!

Excellent customer service and communication. Car repaired quickly and significantly quicker than the dealer. Excellent value and pricing. Plan on going back for routine and any emergency repairs.

WOW !! I have several jobs done here and they are fantastic ! They also stand behind their work! Highly recommend them to anyone!.Never overcharged and trust what they recommend for sure. Finally a car repair facility you can totally trust !

My car broke down during "after hours" on the highway - steering wheel locked in place (my alternator broke- it was terrifying!). Bothell Way Garage was the closest place to tow my car to. Mark was able to turn my car around by noon the next day, gave a reasonable estimate, and saved me a bunch of time and money. I appreciate this place and would consider it my main mechanic if I lived closer. 10/10 customer service, and even a follow-up text to check on things to make sure my car was still running. Thank you!

My son's 2001 prius needed a new hybrid battery. We drove down from Vancouver. Arrived at 8:30am and the work was done promptly and perfectly by 11:00am. Mark is very personable and has a "customer centered" approach to the business.I would not hesitate to take my car there again.Thank you Mark.

I have come to this garage many times after they helped me through a number of O2 sensors failing and since they have had nothing but extremely professional service and lightning fast turnarounds (the fastest being two hours post drop-off). Cannot recommend them enough for repairs in the Bothell metropolitan area.

I just had my car worked on for the first time at Bothell Way Garage and I couldn't be happier with the service! The team is very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Answered all my questions along the way and did an amazing job! No complaints, I would highly recommend them if your searching for a trusted place to get and keep your car healthy!

I had a great experience at Bothell Way Garage, who did some work to my 1986 Ford Bronco XLT. Jared's communication was fantastic all along the way, and was very clear at every phase of the work about the status and associated costs. As an auto cleaning shop owner myself, I really appreciated their work. Had these guys tune up my 99 4Runner when I first bought it a while ago. They were able to fix some leaky gaskets + change out the plugs and wires. Been about a year and the car has been running great with no engine troubles at all. Pricing was fair and these guys are knowledgeable - definitely recommend

Just want to preface by saying that Mark was very kind and patient and it was clear he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Prior to my visit here, I had gone to a few other auto repair shops for the same diagnosis work so I could receive quotes from different places and be able to assess each location s costs, integrity, attention to detail, etc., and all those other places provided this diagnosis service free of charge. When I called Bothell Way Garage and set an appointment for a diagnosis, there was zero mention of any charges. When I was dropping off my car on the day of the appointment, still there was no mention of any charges. Only after all the work was done and I was called in to pick up my car, I was suddenly told there would be a $170+ service charge. I was admittedly quite surprised, especially given that $170 is no small amount and I was led to assume that there would be no charges. I acknowledge that I was not proactive in inquiring about it when making the appointment, but I firmly believe it s still the responsibility of an honest business to be fully transparent and inform their customers of what they will be paying, regardless of whether or not the customer asked for specifics. I appreciated that Mark sent a text message following up after the diagnosis work, but when I responded with my thoughts I ve laid out in this review, I never heard back.

This is by far the most honest and caring mechanics I've ever dealt with. My check engine light came on and Jared or Mark discovered a very slight oil leak that lead to almost no oil left in the engine. Rather than do an expensive repair he told me that for now just an oil change is needed and he will check how severe the leak is in 5,000 miles. I am so impressed and thankful with the honesty and the speed with which everything was done. Mark even texted me this morning just to check in and make sure everything is still running smoothly. I will definitely not go anywhere else for car repairs :)Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of getting maintenance done on my car! I felt as though he emphasized the services which were most important without trying to sell unnecessary services to me. I was so glad a coworker referred me to these guys. They were able to see my car quickly and had the major engine repair done in less than two days! They gave me a very competitive price compared to the dealership and explained the issue to a detail I could understand. Glad to have my wheels turning again and my wallet still intact, thanks Bothell Way Garage!

These guys have the reviews that they have for a reason! Awesome team over here. Jared and Mark were amazing. It was very quick and they kept me updated and gave me an accurate quote and didn't perform repairs until the go ahead was given. They let me know what was needed and what will need to be looked at soon. Would recommend them to everybody for sure

I usually take my truck to the dealer for repairs, but recently started looking of a new mechanic. Bothell Way Garage was a great choice. Positive experience starting from our initial phone conversation to delivery. Mark's customer service skills and expertise along with his professional staff won my trust. Mark and his team truly show what an ideal auto repair business entails: full expertise, great customer service and balanced pricing. I have been taking my old car to this repair shop for some years and every time I have had a great experience. They explain repair options, work with you on the schedule for repairs and always follow up on the post-repair condition of the car. I ve taken my truck into Bothell Way Garage a fair amount over the last few years. If they can fix it they have always been up front about the how long and the how much. Once they couldn t and they were up front about that too. Mark, the owner, has always been honest about what can and can t be done and has also treated my friends who I ve sent there well.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely the best place for any vehicular work. Their price (for my spring install) couldn't be beat, and the crew has exceptional customer service. Mark is very down to earth and makes you feel like a friend from the start. They exceeded all my expectations in customer service, quality of work, and even timely completion. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't seriously consider Bothell Way Garage for your auto repair/upgrade needs.

Bothell way is an amazing shop! I went to them back in April 2021 to fix my timing belt and when I called months later in November they still remembered me like it was just last week. Mark is very honest and straight to the point. Friendly service and best place to take your car in all of Washington!!!

Nice concept & Place They just lack experts wasn t able to figure out how to unloose my bolt on my car so I just left wasn t charge which was a good thing. Manager/owner seems easy going. Good customer service on his part. If you know what your doing why not go here fix it yourself.

When my brakes started to make all sorts of concerning noises, and were beginning to be less than reliable, I began the search for a trusted mechanic. I found Bothell Way Garage after a thorough search, and I could not be happier with the service and the folks working here! Mark was phenomenal communicating with me about the repairs, where he was at in the process, and what to do regarding the other issues my car was presenting. He was delightfully pleasant, honest and down to earth. Having worked for a mechanic before I comfortably expected my car to be in there most of the day, but they were able to get the work done in the matter of a few hours! (I know not all days at any mechanic's will be like this, but it was a fantastic bonus!) Now my car drives like it's new again- Mark was even kind enough to text me a few days later asking how everything was shaking out.
