Worked directly with Chris Russell. Low stress negotiation and purchase. Chris made the experience easy and it was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle where I left feeling completely happy. The car was great (2022 Honda Insight). The dealership itself was nice, cars well kept,. I d recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a reliable car and a pleasant experience.

Thank you! A 10 star rating for Autoright. I took my daughter here to purchase a used car. This was great from start to finish and no hassle, and straight and honest information about the three vehicles we were interested in. Sam the sales manager and his crew are excellent. And yes we did buy the same day :-)

This was my first major car buying experience and I started the process >250 miles away. After minor difficulty over the phone, the manager Tom walked me through everything again with excellent customer service and was very reassuring that when I drove the long distance to pick up the car I would be happy with it and the details of my purchase. I am a very detail oriented person and they accommodated that. The salesman Greg was extremely friendly and helpful and met us right as they opened on a Sunday (he was there early!) after our long drive. The car was everything they said it would be when I saw it in person, super happy there! The 32 point used car inspection checklist was accurate and detailed, they had just replaced some components of the breaks so I wouldn't have to, the fact that the car had previously had an aftermarket hitch that was removed was documented (so nothing was hidden). There was a random snafu on the test drive which Conor remedied immediately and was very professional/helpful about (he was the sales manager on Sunday, Tom let me know I would be working with Conor in advance). While we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed they offered us waters, friendly conversation, and let us charge our phones. They mentioned more than once that they are able to take care of their customers and to call if we needed anything once we drove off. I have no doubts they will work with me or you to address any problems with a used car, but so far my car is perfect no problems! Smooth process and I am very happy with my purchase! We all know the joyful experience of buying a used car, thankfully the people at Autoright make it a little easier. They have a nice selection of vehicles, "Fish" was a down to earth salesman, Lance the manager was good at following up on things. All and all, very little pressure and a pleasant time. Just a reminder, check if the car still has a warranty, because I almost got burned big time. And check for a spare tire, a lot of these new cars don't come with them. Because they sure aren't going to tell you.

Very professional people. Both the salesman (James) and the manager (Sam) are friendly, polite, and easy to work with.I just bought a Jeep Cherokee from them. The vehicle was listed as a manual online and I didn't bother to check when I saw it in person. When I finally realized when I went to pick it up, they apologized for the miscommunication and offered to give me a full refund. Overall a very professional experience.

Kindest people in this line of work! They took great care of my mom who is disabled and has trouble walking. They gave us very specific instructions for the test drive and gave us driving routes for if we wanted to see how the car would drive around the city or on a highway. They showed us around the car and gave us time to decide if we wanted it. They even came to our house personally to help us with the car. I believe Anthony even offered to help attach our new plates himself. I highly recommend coming here, they treat their customers like family members and are super up beat. They are personal with each customer and focus on giving us the best quality visit. I love the car that I got from them, best deal I could find!

Had a wonderful experience with Autoright Motors. Anthony and Tom were a joy to work with. I never felt pressured. I felt informed and like I was talking to a friend. Since my purchase was just in the past two weeks (so, during COVID-19), they were committed to deliver as safe an experience as possible. They answered all my questions and deliver my car the same day. Anthony wore a mask and gloves and was very mindful of distancing and safety. This was a very hectic time in my life, and they made it just a little bit easier. I LOVE the car!

Anthony and Tom were great to work with. Both made sure I understood about owning a Hybrid and even gave me several tips. I had a small road trip to Long Beach WA then next day and the tips helped me get 50mpg! The Insight is rated at 44 highway mpg so needless to say I am exstatic! Very easy and the financing was much better than what my credit union could do. Autoright and Lee Johnson may have just made me a life long client.Thank you!

We had a great experience with Tom and Anthony. The prices on their cars are more than reasonable according to Kelly Blue Book, so we felt good about the price. The cars were in showroom condition. We were given a free carfax report. We had plenty of opportunity to test drive and check out every detail of the cars we were interested in. Anthony was super helpful answering all of our questions.We were offered all of the things, insurance, financing, etc. But nothing pushy or uncomfortable...we said no thank you, and moved right along.They took our trade in at a fair price, and were fast with the paperwork once we made a choice.We would highly recommend Autoright Motors. We'll be back in the future when we are in the market for another used car.

From initial phone conversation about vehicle to me leaving with it as mine, best vehicle buying experience ever. Kudos to Conor and Tom for a friendly, relaxing, honest, and zero pressure transaction. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. A quote was given to me over the phone and even though they made a slight mistake, they honored their word and upheld what was said to me. I had a great experience buying my Chevy Silverado from Autoright Motors. When I came to take a first look, the truck was clean inside and out. My salesman Anthony was super friendly and knowledgeable; he went over all the features of the truck I was looking at prior to the test drive. He even stayed after hours to answer all of my questions, even though I made it clear I was not going to be buying that day. The following day we were able to negotiate a price over the phone, and Anthony was able to take my credit card for a deposit to hold the truck until the following day when I could come in to finalize the transaction.Anthony and his sales manager Tom really went above and beyond to help me on the following (rainy) morning. I was coming with my rough running Chevy S-10 to trade in, but that trusty old truck decided to die about 1,000 feet from the dealership. :-( Anthony and Tom came out to help me push my old truck out of the way, and they subsequently arranged to get it to their lot - all without me needing to worry. And they still honored the trade-in offer that was made the day before. That's world-class service!The next day, when I realized I forgot some of my personal items, it was no problem for me to come in and get them.Overall, this was a very smooth and no-pressure buying process. I'd definitely recommend Autoright Motors to folks looking for a high quality used car. Thanks Anthony and Tom for a great experience!

My partner and I had a great experience working with Tom and Anthony. Anthony originally helped us find the perfect car to help us make the long trip from Seattle to Indiana. The check engine light came on the day after but Tom was AMAZING and had the catalytic converter fixed for us very quickly. He even lent us a car so I could make it to my college graduation. We definitely recommend Autoright motors. The car made the journey and is doing just fine!

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Was not too much pressure or pushy like your typical cars salesman. Our first choice of car didn't work out but Anthony helped us narrow down our choices by driving multiple cars. He drove to nearby network dealership to get the vehicle we likedFelt like he was honest and forthcoming about each one. Ultimately got us into a quality vehicle that we are happy with. The owner was pleasant and the financial guy was pleasant and made the financial portion of buying car around an hour until we were driving the car home. I will return to buy my next vehicle and will recommend anyone looking to do so as well. Thank you guys!

Where do I start. I bought a $40k truck from here and everything seemed pretty great at first. I thought it was a little weird that at the signing part they told me my boyfriend told them we weren t interested in any kind of warranty. I always get a warranty. These are used cars. They redid the paperwork and said we were covered.We had planned a trip to Oregon that weekend so we took our new truck home and started getting it ready. The next day it started to make a grinding sound by the front driver s side wheel. When we called the salesman, he said not to worry as we were covered and told us we should just drive it. Long story short, a bearing went out during our vacation and we had to get it towed from a campground to the nearest service station 35 miles away. Not the best but it was used so I get it.The problem was that no one submitted the paperwork for our warranty so after a huge run around from the salesmen we ended up paying out of pocket. apparently, they don t send it in for a month after the vehicle is purchased? It didn t make any sense. They wanted us to pursue the insurance company for a refund but eventually ended up sending us a check. Again, we got our way but only because we fought for it, I was satisfied with the outcome.Finally, when the license plates came in, we asked that they either mail them or send them to their Lake Stevens location so we could pick them up there. They said they would mail them that day as the temporary plates were going to expire. A week later we still haven t received the plates so we called again and the plates are still sitting there.I may be wrong but I really feel like they tried to trick me out of the warranty. I m pretty disappointed with the lack of follow up as well. I don t think I would ever recommend them to a friend. I will probably stick to the real dealerships from now on.

*New update- BUYER BEWARE-I ve had my vehicle (2009 Lexus RX 350) for almost one year. It started leaking so I took it to Lexus of Bellevue for the repair with the warranty I bought when I purchased the vehicle at Autoright Motors. The water pump went out, and then they found the radiator was broken too. When I purchased the vehicle last year I was told and given paperwork that they replaced the radiator right before they sold it to me. (The radiator is not covered under their warranty that I purchased with the vehicle.) When the Lexus dealership replaced the radiator they found out that Autoright motors replaced it with an after market radiator not meant for Lexus, and the radiator clamps and hoses were also not meant for this Lexus vehicle. They told me to ask Autoright it if there s a warranty on their work. I was told no from the service department at Lee Johnson Chevy/Ford/Mazda who installed the aftermarket radiator. I paid $2000.00 for the Lexus radiator replacement because it s not covered by the warranty. Shady business practice repairing vehicles without their proper parts prior to selling them to save a buck! *Update- I purchased a used vehicle 2 months ago from them with a $3K warranty and gap insurance. One of LED headlights went out, and I asked the dealership if they d replace the bulb for me. On the paperwork they gave me that lists the repairs they did before selling it, they d replaced one LED headlight bulb and the bumper was removed to replace it. I asked if they would replace the bulb for me. The dealership offered to give a discount for an LED bulb that I purchase. I explained that the bumped would need to be removed for this if I purchase a bulb. I was told they d have to ask their tech about that during a weekday. I m going through a divorce, single mother, and the only offer they gave for this recently purchased vehicle is for me to buy the bulb (with a small discount from them), I need to figure out how remove the bumper on this vehicle, and learn how to replace the bulb myself. Or I can pay an auto repair shop a couple hundred dollars for the part and labor.* Original post: Smooth process start to finish, no pressure, great team, and excellent communication. Highly recommend them!

I don't know where to start. A truly transcending car buying experience. The service provided by Anthony far surpasses "above and beyond". There simply are no words.I found myself without a vehicle unexpectedly and dreaded the thought of purchasing/ being pressured into purchasing another. We all have our own horror stories. This was a dream realized and exceeded my wildest expectations.I'm fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Anthony for a little over week finding the right vehicle. He is knowledgeable, honest, and displayed the patience of a saint. Unfortunately, or so I thought, I awoke one morning and decided that I wanted to go different route. Total change in vehicle, from a different branch location, and I wanted it like, yesterday. I sent a text, and without hesitation, Anthony went to work accommodating my new request, personally going to retrieve the vehicle and bringing to his branch location the same day.I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The level of customer service is something to be envied and what all businesses should aspire to. Anthony's communication is impeccable. He was responsive to both general 'soft' inquiries and made sure to provide the necessary updates throughout the buying process.Life happened -twice- on my way to the dealership, then rush hour traffic. By this point, I was afraid it would seem as though I was not serious about purchasing. However, this was not the case. Anthony and Tom stayed after hours making certain that I was taken care of. Anthony made sure that my vehicle sparkled and the paperwork was almost completely ready upon my arrival. The latter of which, at least to me, was a godsend.The process was quick and painless and Tom helped with a decent warranty option. Both gentlemen were wonderful in that they were professional, yet warm and genuine. Anthony went so far as following up with me post-purchase to ensure that I was happy with the transaction. YES!I wholeheartedly recommend Autoright/ The Johnson Family when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and specifically working with Anthony when doing so. Thank you so much and I look forward to purchasing the next vehicle on my wishlist from you in the near future!

Not pushy, instant response time, provided maintenance records, and it took less than 30 minutes to drive off the lot. The vehicle was given an in-house comprehensive inspection in addition to the Carfax report. I knew what we were buying and exactly how much it cost. The perfect car buying experience. I recently bought an older model Prius at Autoright and earlier wrote how great the experience had been. Since then, I ve had an opportunity to work with them again and am back to write about it. First, the initial car purchase was very smooth and hassle free. Anthony was very friendly, personable, and helpful, answered my questions, covered their detailed inspections, and even offered water while I was waiting. The whole process was very easy and painless. Before leaving, the manager, Tom, mentioned that they are able to take care of their customers even after they drive away, and to call if I ever needed anything.Shortly after the purchase an issue with the car occurred late on a Saturday and I was unable to find any shops open and AAA towing was 3 hours out. I remembered Tom s comment and contacted him. He jumped in with advice and help. By the end of the day he was able to reassure me that everything was under control and would take care of the issue. The help that Tom and Lee Johnson team provided went way above and beyond expectations. They provided the best customer service I think I ve ever experienced anywhere.I am very happy with how everything worked out and highly recommend Autoright Motors as an amazing group of people. Tom and his team demonstrated kindness, honesty, and integrity that will keep me coming back and recommending them to friends and family. They were all awesome, thank you for the great experience!

Anthony was a great help! He helped me purchase a new van for my family. I came prepared to ask a series of questions and he worked hard to give me answers. But, what I appreciated the most was how up front Anthony was with the vehicle I was looking at and the process Autoright motors uses to prepare used cars for purchase. I tend to do a fair amount of my own research when making large purchases and I never felt like anyone was trying to hide anything. The vehicle I purchased seemed to look great on paper and the price had recently dropped well below market value. It almost seemed too good to be true. And then I came to examine it in person, that s when I discovered that it smelled of strong cigarettes. Despite this, the van looked great, engine looked clean, and the test drive went very well and pasted my check list. It became clear that the van I wanted was a great car with one large flaw that most likely turned many buyers away. Autoright never tried to down play the smell or try to convince me it was an easy thing to get rid of. They offered the normal warranties but did not try to push them. I never once felt pressured throughout the whole experience. Anthony and Tom stayed late after closing time to make sure my purchase was completed properly. It s been almost a month since my purchase and I ve been able to reduce the cigarette smell and feel confident that I will be able to reduce the scent to almost nonexistent soon. My new van runs so well and has been a huge blessing for me and my kids and as Tom said after my purchase was finished, I got an amazing deal on a really really great car! Thanks Anthony and Autoright! You made the experience easy and I am really happy with my purchase.

Auto Right Motors was the absolute best place to buy my first car. Tom told me he take care of me right off the bat from our first phone call. I walked in the next day and Anthony helped me with showing me the car I was interested in. He knew all the features about the car which was different from some of the other places I had looked into buying a car at. He was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Anthony was super easy going and Auto Right Motors definitely made it a smooth process. Whenever people ask about my experience buying my first car I tell them this place was awesome! During the purchase process, they are very nice. However, the after-sales customer service is horrible. My car was stolen within three weeks of buying it from Anthony, and I needed the title ASAP to get my money back from insurance. Despite calling them several times, they only told me to wait and that they had already processed the transfer. It wasn't until I emailed them on the 44th day that they finally did something and requested to transfer the title. They blamed the delay on the DOL, but I'm not buying it. I have to wait another 6-8 weeks to get it. I'm so peeved with how irresponsible they are.

I couldn't be happier with the service and staff at this Autoright. Anthony was awesome and I could tell that he really loves helping people with this very important purchase! He furnished me with all of the details/history on the Lexus we purchased, and all info was verified by Carfax. The car is immaculate, beautiful and rides like a dream. The sales process was painless, and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, time included a long test drive and inspection. They gave me a decent trade in price on my older car too. An added perk on that particular Saturday was a lunch of pulled pork and mac n cheese, compliments of the wonderful sales staff. If you are looking to buy a reliable used car, with low mileage, that has been well maintained, look no further than Autoright and their friendly, caring sales staff. They make buying a used car almost a fun experience! You won't be sorry.

Best car buying experience for me (after 3 prior transactions elsewhere across different states). This team is cohesive, professional, thoughtful, personable, and transparent. They made it a point to answer all my questions and provided further information I didn t think to ask. Their inventory for my interest was priced fairly. The purchase experience was seamless and hassle free (to include financing, finding a lost key, shipping the car across the country, the interstate registration, and all other car purchase and sale processes).I very much recommend them! I consider Anthony, my sales representative, to be a new friend and managers Conor and Tom were awesome as well. Thank you again!

Great place to buy a car. Both Anthony G. and Tom T. were great to work with. They answered all my questions and were responsive to my requests. There was a big stain on the front passenger seat, like a coffee spill. Tom said they will have it cleaned or the seat cover replaced if cleaning wasn't enough and if replacement is an option. They wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. No pressure, No hassle. Friendly people at this shop. The process was smooth and easy, although quite a few forms to sign (but that's not their fault). As an added bonus, Anthony filled up the car with some gas... didn't want us to run out on the way home. They truly treat their customers right. No more cars off of Craigslist for me (too many scams there). I'll surely come back to Autoright Motors for my next vehicle.

The people at Autoright were great to work with. Very low pressure and very friendly! They give you a great price, and they are willing to work with you on it. They honestly care about their customers and really want to make sure that you have a great experience buying a car. I've been shopping for cars for about 2 weeks and they were one of the nicest companies I worked with during the experience. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be looking there for the next time I need to buy a car, which won't be for quite awhile, since they sold me such a great vehicle.They really genuinely car about their customers and want to make sure that they have a great experience. And they continued to make sure I had a great experience with them even after they had sold the car to me. I was incredibly impressed by the company. I will be wholeheartedly recommending them to all my friends. They were absolutely wonderful!

I got the pleasure of working with Connor and he was amazing ! He was really nice and genuine. After my test drive I knew I wanted to come back the next day and get my Chevy equinox. Connor kept in communication and answered any questions I had . There was no pressure and I m happy with my purchase !! I m so excited about my car , I tell everyone where I got it from .. Keep up the great work !Took off a star only because my check engine light came on last week & I had to replace the o2 sensor 2 weeks after I got the car ... other than that ! Great , I would get another car from them

We went to Autoright looking for a truck for my son. This was his first care he was buying on his own. I can not say enough how fantastic these folks were. My son loved the truck. They made him a really fair deal (we had been looking for a while...) And then bad news struck! The truck had a brand new recall on it. I think many places would have continued the process and told us to fix it when we could or simply "forget" to mention it. As it was a safety issue with the airbag they gave him his hard earned cash back and let him know they had to fix it first, they weren't going to let him be unsafe. Bottom line: Friendly, Fair and they have integrity. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle. My son and I are just hoping this gets worked out with the recall and we can be proud customers of Autoright Motors.

Last month after 13 years with my Jeep, I traded her in for a Subaru. This decision did not come easy for me but now that it has been a couple weeks I wanted to pause to take a moment to say thank you to the crew at Auto right motors.My dad Fish is a salesman at this establishment and though I have been in that office many times everything changed as I was there as a customer. I knew I was in good hands but the level of professionalism and courtesy the employees had for their customers is something to be applauded. These gentlemen treated me with so much respect I had to come online and share my experience.I made mistakes with my credit a few years back and I was embarrassed for the financial portion of the exchange. It didn t take long to realize they were there to help me. Not only did they make feel comfortable but also provided encouragement, advice, and support to assist in this fresh start. They were all genuinely excited for my new beginning.I am so happy I did this for myself, I drive a lot for work and have an emotionally heavy career.
