I couldn t get an appointment with Honda for a month to get my brakes fixed. I called Acclaimed and they had me in that week. I also saved a bundle with Acclaimed vs Honda s quoted price. These guys are trustworthy, affordable and quick to fix your car. I highly recommend them.

Went in today for a pre-purchase inspection. He slotted me in on short notice since I only had until end of day to get this done. Was able to identify tons of issues that weren't disclosed by the seller and gave me a fair recommendation on if I should buy it or not. Came in for a vehicle inspection and the mechanic was very honest and kind. Pricing was very reasonable. It's hard to find a good mechanic I definitely recommend!

Couldn t of had a better experience here!1) My truck had battery issues right in front of their shop. They came out and offered a jump and assistance without hesitation and didn t even try to charge me.2) I asked them to diagnose the battery issue, and he pulled out his meters and showed me that my alternator was failing (actually showed me the amperage and explained why it was failing).3) They we re extremely transparent in the pricing of the part and the service. And it was extremely reasonable.4) They completed the service same day (I brought it in at 5pm the day it broke down, so they did it first thing next day).5) Go here. Phenomenal experience and my truck is running great.

Asked for an estimate for proposed work and he made a repair without my approval while I was out of town. He was not able to reset the maintenance reminder on my BMW for the lube service that he claimed he performed! When I told him that he never reset it he said my bad! Poor customer service and lacks integrity!

I'm not (yet) a customer, but that prior bad review of "poor service" seems a bit harsh. The technician voluntarily performed a lube that likely headed off a future expensive repair because it was the "right thing to do" and did no harm, but was faulted because the BMW's computer was not reset. Yow.
