Mark sucks at communicating and customer service. I have road hazard protection. I came in this morning with a flat and he dragged out the whole process from 7 am to 7:45 for intake and just walks away. Josh then comes out and asks me to move my car to get to appointments ahead of me. No one said I'd have to wait. No one else was there at the tire center. In the 45 mins I waited they could have patched my tire or sent me elsewhere. Awful customer service and a complete waste of time. Not to mention when I got my tires done months ago, they didn't have valve stems to complete a pro install.

I scheduled an oil change for my car last week. Show up this morning only to be told they don't have my oil filter. What a waste of time, what's the point of scheduling if your not going to prepare for my oil change? Frustrating and disappointing. Did I mention it was a waste of time!?

On 12/3 I ordered 4 new tires and scheduled an installation service for 12/10. They cancelled the appointment because the tires were delayed two days. No follow up to reschedule me. I thought I scheduled again online but you can only schedule when you've paid for more tires. So i called and the guy said "come in at 7am on Sunday, and we'll be able to install them." This was already 12/18, two weeks after I bought the tires and one week after they arrived. I showed up Sunday morning and they said I needed an appointment and that they were booked out another few days. So I took the tires and will have them installed somewhere else. Terrible customer service, no follow through. I hope the store is able to get more staff for their department, they are understaffed and I'm sure they're overworked and underpaid. It definitely seems like they are.Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Super disappointed and will never ever recommend anyone to ever come here!!!We came here for an oil change it was 3:13pm told him we wanted the very best service and everything done and he said ok no problem and took our information and told us we would get a text when it was done . Well we get a text that it s done and as my boyfriend was paying for it the guy told him we didn t check the air filter or anything because it s like a 45 min job and I m not having my guys do it . Like what???? They weren t even busy at all there was no other cars there but my boyfriends and they don t close until 7pm??? After looking at the paperwork of what they check 4 items on the paperwork say we declined to have them check it and we never declined anything!!!I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!Service: Oil change

The team members didn t bother to greet me or tell me where I should park my car to serviced. It wasn t just myself but every customer that came into the auto center was met with poor customer service and a lack of communication. On my receipt it says that I declined to get my fluids checked as well as a windshield cleaning and a vacuum, no one ever asked me I actually needed those things done. When I asked questions about the types of oil I was met with absolute incompetence. I don t expect someone to know everything but it seems as if everyone was confused.

Great experience every time. Whether myself or my wife. They are very thorough and they bring their 'A' game. Time is not a factor when it comes to safety and I'm glad they take their time.-Incredible prices on tires. Pretty much knocked everybody out of the park by 50% on really nice Goodyear. Great price on the lifetime balancing/rotate.-I would definitely not pass them up on getting a quote the next time you're looking for some tires and services within their capacity.Great job Sean

I have paid for the life-time tires rotation and balance. They did rotation but never did the balancing (no weights on the tires).Now I have to spend time to go back to make job done.TC# 47996485709843210077

They get only 3 stars because when I got tires put on my truck. I had a couple of questions to ask the tech... Well, I'll just say he couldn't answer either one of my two questions and it seemed he got a little(a lot) irritated with me. So I just let him do his job before my truck didn't work at all. LOL but the tires were good and I were put on right.

I used to think this was a good idea to buy tires and mount here since there are Walmart tire centers strategically located regionally and nationally. However it seems they have tightened the service reigns on what they can and can not do. This time we had a tiny "brad" type nail in the tire at a very shallow angle further than 1" from the corner on the flat part of the tire. I know they can not repair sidewall damage. The tech was very polite and even offered to pull the nail but explained they can not repair anything within about 2" of the corner which means there is only about 3 or 4 inches on the entire flat part they could repair. He did give us an alternative for some leak repair gel that we bought just in case. When I got home I prepared for a leak and pulled out the nail to discover .. no leak at all. Has been several days now with no trouble and returned the flat repair gel.

This is for the Bonney Lake location only. The tire manager is a creep towards women. Degrading and deserves to be investigated.

What a joke!! 1 car needed a tire changed 1 hour 45 mins. "There's 4 guy a in the shop and in 3 hours they got 2 oil changes and 1 tire changed. My truck is still in there with 1 tire to be changed. And the counter older blond lady is not helping. Being rude to me and other coustermers. What a zoo. I couldn't give 0 stars so 1 it gets.

Walmart did a good job with changing oil considering what i found when they were releasing off the lift from my previous oil change at jiffy lube where they threaded my oil pan plug and did not tell me. Word of advice don't get your oil changed at the jiffy lube on 410 worst place ever

Even when they are not busy. They will still take care of you. If you call and you get forwarded to them they dont answer the first few times.may be busy. Just try again in an hr.

Went in to get a quote on tires and the technician did some checking and found some that were on clearance. This is the second time purchasing from this location and have always received great service!

Wow, after shopping for tires all over, Memorial Day sales! I ended up at Walmart! Everywhere else were $90 or more. So since I saved money, I also spent money while my car got installed.

Wal-Mart superstore. Just got oil change and very happy with the service. The cost was very reasonably.the people were very friendly. 35.98 is the best.
