Staff member I worked with was friendly and informative about what was going on with my vehicle and the pricing and went above and beyond to offer additional recommendations. It was also really refreshing that he did not try to upsell me or offer services my truck did not need, and seemed genuinely interested in offering cost savings options. Location is nice and is near lots of shops and restaurants and is easy to get to. Would definitely come here again!

I had a great experience at Midas in Bonney Lake. Their customer service is excellent. I took my KIA soul in for a new battery and replacement headlights. The manager Chris was polite, friendly and professional. Brandt was the technician who serviced my car. He did a great job and then showed me a couple of things about the car that I hadn t noticed. He also, was polite and professional. Chris informed me about an open recall out on my car that KIA hadn t notified me about. He even took the initiative to call the KIA dealer to see if my VIN was affected. (It was)He advised me on what I should do.I truly appreciate this kind of service and I highly recommend Midas in Bonney Lake.

I got an appointment for an oil change. Was greeted by Chris when I walked in the door, paperwork was completed quickly and so was the oil change. I also asked about a tire rotation. The mechanic checked all 4 tires including measuring tread, he suggested I wait till next oil change to do it. Appreciated the honesty he could have definitely just done it and taken my money. He told me about a couple maintenance issues to be aware of, Without any pressure to do them. This was my first time in and I will definitely be coming back . Thanks guys for great service!

Chris and Luke helped me out with some major issues with my jeep! Chris explained everything I needed and Luke the Lead Tech was extremely thorough and meticulous in his repair. This shop has changed my perception of the Midas brand, premium quality gentlemen!!!! Thank you!

Taking my 2 month old to his doctor appointment, my suv began to overheat. I took my suv to Midas and was greeted by Chris. Chris was very pleasant and accommodating. My three year old was provided snacks and toys to occupy him while my vehicle was looked at. The whole team worked hard to make sure my suv was fixed the same day so I could drive home with my kids. Very honest and kind service experience.

As I came here around 1240 pm to drop my car here after I got off a phone with an employer here in Midas. When I arrived here and the guy is in the phone and continues dod another 35 minutes while we wait and wait . Feel free to observe two photos that I just took recently. The two crews are sitting, chatting, and did do anything else to offer assistance Does that helpful to waiting customers for 35 minutes ?

These folks are awesome! The customer service was excellent. I was super frustrated after going to 3 other service centers to get my daughter s car battery changed and no one could do it. These folks helped me out.

Very affordable, and quick! This place isn't interested in just taking your money or inflating their labor times/costs. They genuinely care about fixing the problem with your vehicle in the safest, most economical way they can. We even had to leave the car overnight because we were going out of town, and they didn't charge us extra. Clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know from now on!

My vehicle gave a check engine light on Friday (the 13th of course) on my commute home. I really needed my car for the weekend so I was looking for a shop that could at diagnose and fix the vehicle ASAP. I gave the BL Midas on a call on Saturday morning to see if they could, at a minimum get my car in for a diagnosis . They said to bring my car in at 11:30am and I am glad I did. They were able to successfully diagnose and resolve the issue. Within 3 hours I was back on the road. I am extremely grateful to the Team here at the Bonney Lake Midas for getting me back on the road. - Thank YouServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Very professional. Got me in the next day when every other shop i called said they were backed up 3 weeks. Didn't try to sell me stuff the car didnt need. Steve is also very nice and professional. Came in after my air conditioner had failed earlier in the month. By the time I came in, it was nearly 2:30PM and the shop closes at 5. I was not only seen for a diagnosis on the system within minutes of arrival, but also received same day replacement and recharge of my AC system. The store owner who was working the counter at the time was extremely courteous and was more than willing to work with my schedule (even though they were already quite busy). Overall there is not enough good things I can say about my experience at the Midas in Bonney Lake, and I would highly recommend for any auto service needs.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

Had a flat tire and I couldn t remove two lug nuts. Brought it in here and they were all so nice. They answered all my questions and changed my flat. I took my chevy cruze in to have my radiator replaced. The team was very friendly and got the job done in the time frame promised and within budget. The manager steve was amazing. He went well above and beyond to help make it a great visit. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for future issues. Thanks again Steve for the help :)

Charged twice as much to turn rotors as anybody else out there. Service was slowest it s ever been for me as I used this place multiple times. Not sure how price can go from $100 one time to $220 the next time for same brand of vehicle.

Denny Sleeper,Was amazing! My brake light was flashing on and off and he took care of me right away! I had my children and my dog with me and he was so accommodating for my children and I and our puppy! I will be back whenever I have any other issues with my SUV. This is the best place and I highly recommend it!Andrew Sheed the manager at Midas in Bonney Lake, WA was amazing! These guys are very professional, trustworthy, and polite! The service I had done was priced right ! A competitor down the road tried to charge me double the amount to get the same work done. I am so grateful that I came to Midas.There customers service is top notch, Dakota Phillips an auto-mechanic technician was kind enough to even pick me up at home and bring me to their shop so I could retrieve my Ford Explore. This place don t even deserve even a single star due to Worst customer service, unprofessional behaviour, didn t see any skill in the work done on my car, seems like a team of handymen rather than skilled professional mechanics. They experiment more than they fix and cause customer to pay for the damage. Their certification or license should be audited for sure.Take full advantage of anyone gets stuck in their shop. Please don t waste your money here. Their charges change once they get the car in their garage. These people which I mean the entire staff of Midas Bonney Lake should not be in this business. I will report them to BBB too.Service: Brakes

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BENNEY LAKE MIDAS!!! Unless if you want your car back in a worse state than you took it in. I have a terrible experience here and gave them three chances to correct the issue, they would ask me to drop off my car at 8 am, then not work on it until about 4 PM, only to introduce another problem, then refuse to refund me.Not even worth a point, but had to give 1 point to postI recommend the Federal Way MIDAS, ask for Lynn, she's amazing!

When Lynn was manager she was awesome, honest, timely, always putting customers first. My whole family went to midas.Since her leaving, its taken longer a lot to get the diagnostic review and repair. Customer service is okay. And the cost is ALWAYS over 1,000 and take days. This last time, the manager said my spark plugs were fine and they looked at my engine it was completely obvious they never even looked and quoted me for over a 1,000 dollars to fix. Family has also experienced this and we are looking else where to do business.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Great customer service. I took my car there to inspect the brakes, fully thinking that due to the mileage (110,000), brakes would need to be replaced. The manager was completely honest and told me that the brakes were still in like new condition. Nowadays, good customer service is as rare as my dog doing the dishes...

The staff was a little backed up when my oil line broke off my turbo across the street. I got it over there and the staff did fantastic. I wasn t from the area but they treated me well. The manager at this location took good care of my beloved Pontiac Solstice and wrote everything out in an easy to understand and non-rip-off way. He was understanding of my declining of certain recommended services and didn't push me into them just to make more money. As a result, I will be returning here to have the recommended service done when I can afford it.Thanks!
