I went to the location off of Hwy 410 in Bonney Lake next to the Walmart. Kurtis was the gentleman who helped me. He was friendly. Greeted with a smile. Personable and helpful. It was genuinely nice to have short conversation although it was a service for my vehicle. I felt like a person and not a number. Kurtis represented Jiffy Lube in a positive way. I really appreciated his service.

All staff that I encountered during my visit were pleasant and friendly. While this was a service completed while I stayed in my car, each person was friendly. I also observed the camaraderie amongst the staff and it was definitely a positive environment that you do not see often enough.. Great service, updated me on what I should keep my out out for (service that will need to be completed in a few months at the earliest), and quick cash out. Highly recommend this location in front of Walmart in Bonney Lake.

Great customer service that tends to you in a quick manner. I never stress about oil changes here cause it's a quick stop to get it done. Kurtis assisisted me with my past recent oil change and was really great!

I went with my friend there for an oil change on her vehicle. Neither of us had been there before. Everything they were about to do was very well explained to us. The guys there were very nice and even had the oil we needed delivered when they saw they didn't have what the vehicle needed. In the end we were also given a coupon to bring the price down for the total cost. It was a great experience and I recommend them highly. They were very quick and very polite.

Jiffy Lube in Bonney Lake WA is the ONLY place I go to get my oil changes. Every time I come in, the team is always great to deal with. Curious, Informative, nice and always sociable.

Jill and the mechanics that worked on my car today were amazing. Another place had messed up my oil filter and they were beyond accommodating and made sure the problem got fixed. They turned a very frustrating situation (someone else messed up my car, NOT them) into a pleasant one at the end of the day because they were so kind. The mechanic came in on his day off, and he was so knowledgeable and calm even though a stressful situation.will never go to another oil place besides Jiffy Lube. Thank you

Overly expensive, valvoline was $20 less for the same service and that was with a filter change. Didn't ask me if I wanted my filter changed I guess it was clean enough to not be changed. I used a coupon and still spent over $100 for my oil change since I have to use full synthetic with one extra gallon. I've had my van a year now had about 3 oil changes never paid over $75 until coming here. The man doing my car was quick and friendly the lady had a terrible attitude. Won't come back here again.

Was hesitant coming here from previous experience with other jiffy lubes, but they did a great job on my wife's suv. They were very nice and professional from the time she pulled in to the end of the oil change.

Meggan was terrific today. I didn't need an oil change but a tire pressure check and she provided me the best customer service with a smile. I will be back because of her. She is absolutely a keeper.

Went to jiffy lube in Bonney Lake, since that s where I live. First off the young kid was extremely rude because I was over my mileage as if he was belittling me. I am a single mother that has 2 jobs and very few days off, of course my car is going to go over mileage. I also asked if they could change out one of my blinkers and they never did. Once my oil change was done, went home and dumped oil all over my drive way. I went to jiffy lube in Yelm and was told the thing that held in the oil was barely even in and that s why my car was leaking. I call the jiffy lube in bonney lake and asked if they would clean the driveway since the did not properly service my car. I live in an HOA community and will be fined. They said no, and if I get fined to send it to them and they might cover it. I asked for a manager and never heard back. Will never go to again and I tell anyone I know how bad my service and experience was.

Just needed my air checked because nowhere else has access. They were kind enough to check my lights and tell me my reverse lights were broken again. Employees had a good attitude. Very upbeat and honest.

Jiffy Lube, Bonney Lake, the two guys who serviced my Jeep seemed like they might be average "grease monkeys", but I was pleasantly surprised that they were quick, courteous, accurate, and very professional. I don't think that most people expect much from an oil change business, and I suspect in general that expectation is deserved. But my experience today was excellent, and the two techs that worked on my car were the best. I would recommend them to others, and I will definitely go back in 5,000 miles!Service: Oil change

Most of the crew seemed young and inexperienced. The one girl asked about starting my engine and they hadn't put the oil in yet, didn't know where to find the air pressure requirements for my tires on my tires, and they couldn't figure out how to get my air filter out to check it. I was very leary about starting my engine or driving away. I pulled over to make sure everything was tight and nothing was leaking.

I wanted to pay with cash but the only person there who could do cash transactions was on his lunch. He wasn t out of the building, he was just saying I can t I m on lunch while we could see him!! The other tech called the DM who told him to ask us to pay with card or exact change (which I didn t have) so I was forced to use a credit card I keep for emergencies. I left extremely disappointed and planning to only go to the dealership from here on out, when I noticed they hadn t even reset my oil change reminder light, so I had to go to another Jiffy Lube (closer to home) to ask them to do it. HORRIBLE experience!!!

I get my oil change and break pad replacements done here at Jiffy Lube #2574 and the service crew is amazing! Always kind and genuine care. Will continue to come here! Amazing service amazing members.

Clint and Arthur both helped me with my brake leak TREMENDOUSLY!!! I seriously don t think I would have gotten the leak fixed as quick as they did it and with as kind of customer service as they provided. Tyler at Jiffy Lube Bonney Lake, WA. Very informative and friendly. Misquoted me on the price of my new car battery, so he made it right. Needed new license plate bulbs and he gave me a deal of BOGO free. His coworker, doing the oil change, also showed me what the battery test results were and explained them to me. I'll definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube instead of Walmart.Update end of November 2023 I d like to thank Meggan for the detailed information she provided that nobody else at Bonney Lake Jiffy Lube has. I ve been going to different Jiffy Lubes for 20 yrs. Jill has been my favorite person to deal with ever in connection to anything vehicle. It s so FREAKING nice to deal with someone who explains the what and why without prompting or being condescending. Love her. Tyler was awesome too, super knowledgeable. They took great care of me, I feel super fortunate to have found them and for the 1st time in my life look forward to my next car service.Service: Oil change

Went in for a oil change. It was done rather quickly. However when i got home i realized my car still said "oil change required". So either they did not perform the service or they failed to reset the computer to the oil. I expected the service to be done correctly from start to finish and now my car still says "oilchange required"

Big thanks to Jonathan, Joshua, Arthur, and Clint at Jiffy Lube for getting us ready for our big road trip. Changed our oil and battery as a walk-in customer. Very friendly service from all the guys and even gave us a discount!

Great experience. Got me in and out fast. Pointed out a few things I probably want to get fixed, but no hard sell, and very transparent with pricing.
