The price was very reasonable but the service wasn't great. We got a text that our vehicle was ready so we went to the back counter and paid for it. Then it took 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge that we needed to get to our car. The service rep at the counter was not helpful and was not pleasant either

I had an oil change & tire repaired and everything was great. The tire guy had some problems with the tire pressure sensor so it took longer than expected but he put in the effort in trying to solve problem not just giving up like many places would. They are a little short staffed but that is Walmart corporate not the staffs fault.

Racist and Rude auto center employee. I don't expect them to be super friendly but I would expect the bare minimum of professionalism when I ask for tire prices. If you don't want to tell me, just give me the catalog and I can look it up myself.

Just waited at the Walmart tire center for 1 hour and 40 minutes, to receive NO service. I brought my 2006 Volvo xc70 in for an oil change. The mechanic checked to make sure they had the correct oil filter, and after confirming they did I went in to shop for the 45 minutes he said it would take. After an hour I went to check to see if my car was ready as I had not received a text yet. My car was in the shop getting worked on. 35 minutes LATER I went to find someone to asked about my car as it still was not done. The service manager came and told me they did not have the correct tool to complete my oil change, and they JUST found out. Even though I saw them working on my car 35 minutes ago, so he lied to my face. What I don t understand is how a shop that had a MANAGER working at the time could let this happen. Why aren t the managers training their employees that they can t service certain cars before they accept the vehicle and not waste the customers time. I think Walmart needs to rethink their management team in the tire center. And I think I should be reimbursed for the hour and 40 minutes of my time they wasted in my ONLY day off this week.Update: took it to master lube on Samish way and they got it done in LESS than 30 minutes, and I was the second car in line. Don t waste your time at Walmart!

I tried to change the oil today. They checked the level and said "we couldn't change it because there was no oil". So I went to the parking lot and checked it by myself, and I had less than the minimum oil left. I do not know how they checked it, but it is what it is. Also, when I tried to talk to them, they just said, "I don't want to argue with you."

Since COVID shutdown of the auto center, there is a new staff and not enough staff. Extremely long wait times - up to 2 hours.Additionally went there for help with a flat tire at 5:30pm. Was told they could not help in any way because they close at 7pm. They did not care.PREVIOUSLY GAVE 5 STARS BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE BELOW.This automotive center has outstanding customer service. I took my car here for the first time for an oil change. I was greeted and checked in by an extremely professional young woman named Alex. She really knew how to handle customers! She explained that they were shorthanded and set my expectations properly based on this. I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half. I decided to wait while shopping. My car was done in one hour and 10 minutes. (It is always wonderful when a company exceeds expectations!)When it came time to check out I was greeted by the manager another woman named Toni and again encountered exceptional and friendly customer service with a smile! I made a comment about females running the show and she told me they had a third female technician working in the garage! I guess the guys were all off - except for one and he was friendly too. My car was vacuumed and in good order. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know what a great experience I had at the automotive center!

Went in at 6:30, they close @7, and they tested/replaced my car battery in 30 minutes time. Great customer service! Also have had numerous oil changes done here, all done in a reasonably short amount of time. Not to mention they're prices are about the best out there. Thanks for always being dependable.

Walmart once again proves what a horrible company it is. The employees are awful, they ignored my call for 5-10 minutes, answered, retransfered me up front because I asked how much tire install costs, then never answered when I was transfered back to them because it's their department. I showed up in person and the door into the customer area is locked. I go around and ask if they're open and they are! They then tell me they charge more than anyone else in the area[$30per tire] to install! Walmart proving itself to be the worst company in America once again. I'm not surprised but I am really irritated.

I did research before getting work done on my car. Great service and cost on oil and filter change. Decided to purchase Douglas tires and had no problems. Dealing with the public, I understand that no appt needed does mean waiting during busiest time of day. Common sense taught from my father, I arrived at 7:30A.

Got an oil change which took almost 2hrs. With an oil change they check your tires, I have driven my car twice since the oil change and both times I lost a hubcap. My husband checked the other 2 and they were not snapped in. Been trying to call to talk to them for 3 days. They put me on hold and I wait nearly 20 mins before I give up and hang up. Total BS.

Janice and the team are always very helpful! Full Synthetic oil change for only $56. And my BMW takes 6 quarts lol can't beat that price.

Had a slow leak in my tire and we were visiting from out of town on a Sunday so every tire place was closed except these guys. They got us in quick, found the leak right away and treated us super well. Z (the boss lady) took care of us. Thanks for making a potential headache super easy.

They have great prices on their tires and batteries. I showed up at a bad time as 2 employees called out but Jaime was amazing, he did his best to help me.as much as he could and I greatly appreciated his efforts!! Will definitely be bringing my business back there!

I have tried multiple times with Walmart Auto, and end up disappointed every time. I would highly recommend spending a couple more bucks and going to a better shop that understands how to service a vehicle and interact like decent humans with their customers. I took my car here yesterday for an oil change and asked for a coolant flush as well. After waiting an hour in a half I asked about the car and they had "forgotten about it" and got it serviced right after, then when it was all said and done I asked about the coolant flush and the guy said "Well, we don't do that here, you will need to go to a professional shop for that".. I don't know why they wouldn't have said that in the beginning when I originally asked about it. But, at least they are aware they're not a "professional shop". All in all, not worth the time or the money to support a place that can't even do their jobs professionally or correctly.

Barbara in AUTO is one of the most uncaring, disrespectful bigots I've had to meet, thus far. She made fun of a transgender individual, outting them to people who were customers and co-workers off the clock. So disappointed. The professionalism and customer service was absent. Her claim when asked are you always this mean, "of course. I'm not bias, I'm mean to everyone equally." Taking my service elsewhere.These people put the wrong size tire with my vehicle. Ruined my alignment and i had to get new tires and studs.

They said it would be about an hour for my oil change but it was done in about half that! Very quick and cheap oil change. It would cost more to do it myself!

Best service I have ever had. Walmart has my attention and all of my future service will be done at the Bellingham Walmart. I am telling everyone I know as well. The tire tech told me that I don't need tires, for about a year. Told me to get my money back. I am flabergasted the man was so honest.

Super dissapointed. Went in to get oil change they said it would be an hour. Came back and they hadnt even started yet. As they pulled it in they said 20 to 30 mins. Was over an hour. Lost lots of money with work which i would never of left it if i knew the wait would be that long. Super ridiculous :/

Had oil changed and bought new tires. Technicians were professional and very helpful and I even got to interact with the TLE manager Anthony. He helped me pick out some clearance tired and saved me money. Thank you all. These other fools below are obviously, just terrible people.

Waited 3 hours for to get 2 tires mounted, there was 1 other car in the shop with multiple technicians available. They didn't even tell me the car was ready once it was done, I had to ask for my keys on my own after the car stood in the parking lot an additional hour.

They got me to leave from Vancouver to turn me around. I told him I have a Canadian BMW, year, model and he said everything was okay and to come. When I got there because my car had no dip stick I got turned around. Huge training opportunities.

I got in at 8:30 am for an oil change and they told me it was going to be at least a two-hour wait I immediately turned around. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Going to spend my money elsewhere

Do not go here, when I tried to make an appointment to get new tires they hung up on me before I could make an appointment. Just awful customer service.

This place sucks, one of the employees in the back is so busy being arrogant that he doesn't answer your questions. Better prices? Maybe. But customer service? No.
