Was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I was on the lot. Mitch was very knowledgeable, patient, and gave me the time and space I needed to make decisions regarding my car purchase. Never felt rushed or ignored. A pleasant and respectful level of communication. Mitch was transparent and honest. Honestly, the first car dealer/salesperson I WANTED to purchase a car from. An almost surreal car buying experience. Treatment I thought was reserved for people buying 6 figure super cars, which I definitely was not. If you re even considering one of their vehicles I highly recommend stopping by!

They were very busy. My baby got her oil changed. Everyone was professional, polite, and had good attitudes. I love that they offer car wash with service, (unlike West Texas Volkswagen,where my poor vehicle always needed it)

I worked in car dealers like half of my life, so I m very cautious around them. This place I have a lot of confidence in taking care of my Jetta. The staff is courteous. There is some longevity. The facilities are really nice. They got plenty of employees even post Covid. And they re all ready to help. I walked around there and bothered everybody with stupid old stories, and they didn t even throw me out. It would ve been a pleasure to work there back in my day. Thank you

The service department has always been very friendly and accommodating. Getting a loaner vehicle was a very smooth process as usual and I appreciated receiving text updates on the status of my car. I was also extremely pleased to find my car vacuumed out and washed when I picked it up.

Recently serviced our ID.4 for a couple service bulletins and it s 10k mile check-up. The service department performed all the tasks keeping us well informed of its progress. We felt like the communication was much improved and the work was very good.

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly. My vehicle was cleaned and serviced and apart from the fact that I have a giant crack in my windshield and that was not mentioned on the inspection, I was very happy with the visit. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because of the length of the service was much longer than I was told it would be.

Bought a car here yesterday and I had an awesome experience. TJ was so helpful every step of the way. He was nice and personable, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. He even sat in my new car with me before I left to show me all the button and how things work. I could not recommend this place, and TJ, enough!

TJ was amazing to deal with, he was quick to respond to my many questions via email and then during my visit at the dealership he was patient, answered even more questions and I never once felt pressured to make a decision. Once I did make the decision to purchase the car, he was super patient and walked me through all of the features and when I have a question, he is quick to reply.

They have been my go to since I bought a Jetta in 2005. Now I m starting year 7 with a Tiguan. Service is the best, convenient location for me. Just bought 4 tires, price was the same as the tire stores. I really like one stop shopping for anything automotive. Everyone I interact with is pleasant and tries hard to please.

I purposely set up a early appointment at 7:30 Am on Monday so I could get it handled and out quicker than at busier times as the day goes on. I was told it would take 2 hours or less to do the two recall notices. I decided to just wait in your waiting area instead or shuttling back home or getting loaner. At 9:30 I asked Ian if the car was ready. He replied there was backlog and they had not touched my car yet. I told him it would have been more polite to inform me of this while I was sitting just a few feet away from his desk. I also told him it might be a better move to tell me there was backlog within that 2 hour period. And since this was Monday morning he could have called me before I showed up to let know they could not make the 2 hour window. I needed to get to an appointment so I immediately asked him for loaner so I could stay on schedule. The vehicle was ready after 3 1/2 hours not the 2 hour window as promised. Not impressed.

Kelly was knowledgeable and helpful with answering all our questions and addressing any concerns during the purchasing process. However, she has not followed up since, nor has she returned my messages after leaving a couple voicemails with questions. I ended up calling the service department who was very helpful.

TJ and Nick were great at getting us into the vehicle we wanted. TJ took the time to explain the features and get us signed up on the VW app. Nick got us a great deal. We felt like they were all for us and not trying to make a sale for themselves. We appreciated feeling like people and not just another sale.

The service was excellent. My car was immediately received, the service attendant was professional and courteous, he checked me in speedily, and directed me to his colleague for my loaner. Which was also handled quickly and professionally.The service was complete within the timeframe scheduled.I was also impressed that I received a video from the Mechanic who walked me through the work that was conducted on my vehicle. When I picked up the car the service attendant walked me through the work done and then escorted me to my car.

VW of Bellingham is awesome!!! We were on a road trip last weekend from Seattle and our car started making terrible noises. We drove to VW and in less than 30 minutes were in a beautiful loaner car. My car was repaired Monday (under warranty), I picked it up Tues am. Our weekend was saved thanks to the perfect, excellent service!!!

Go somewhere else. I had an appointment for an oil change. An oil change. I was there for 2 hours before someone came to me in the lobby asking if I still wanted a car wash and letting me know it would an additional 30 minutes. I said yes, might as well since I ve already been there for 2 hours. At 2 hours and 30 mins, I go up to the service desk and they tell me they re almost finished. I go ahead and pay: $140.00 for an oil change. After I pay, he hands me a voucher to get my car washed at that place on Woburn, telling me they didn t have time. I waited 2 hours and 30 mins, for an oil change. This was not a walk in, I had an appointment. Was not fully serviced. For $140.00. Go somewhere else. Don t even buy a car here. If this is how they service routine maintenance, you do not want to bring your car here for anything serious. And if this is the kind of service you get to maintenance a vehicle, you certainly don t want to buy a car from them. Do better.

Best VW dealer I've ever been to. Only "complaint" is that the service desk staff didn't acknowledge me waiting while they were on the phone dealing with other customers. It would have been nice for them to say "I'll be with you in just a minute."Waiting area needs help. It's small, noisy, and not comfortable.Otherwise, very professional, and excellent service. 4.8/5.0

This staff is consistently focused on customer service more than any Volkswagen Dealership I've experienced. Mitch, Nick, Kyle, and all others I interacted with were simply professional with a very friendly and positive attitude. I cannot imagine a better shopping experience anywhere.

I do not understand how a service time quote can be so wrong every single time I come here. Never once have I waited less than double the time they originally tell me it will take to get anything done. Even buying out a lease took more than 24 hours. People here obviously need to take a time management class, or at least learn to overestimate time quotes since they are incapable of ever sticking to them.I have been coming here for 4 years, and have received a single email receipt despite requesting them be manually sent every time, as they always have the excuse of a recent system update that interrupts emails. Either this is a blatant lie every single time (again every visit for 4 years now) or they need to switch systems to something that works.I appreciate the complimentary car wash offered after service, but the fact that it takes over an hour to wash only the exterior of a small SUV is asinine. I can go to Costco and be done in 15 minutes. I will happily take my business to an authorized dealer further away from now on.

Nick was absolutely fantastic! I started this process to purchase the new Taycan 3 years ago when I put a deposit down on the car. When 2020 came around and the car was available, Nick and I decided to wait for the 2021 as there were some changes made to the car. I actually ended up purchasing 2 cars from him the same day! Nick took care of everything like a pro including delivering the car to me on the Eastside from Bellingham! I would very highly recommend Nick and the Roger Jobs team for your next car purchase!!

This is not a reflection to the hardworking service people there at Roger Jobs. It's on the resources available to service the customer area. The computer in my vehicle failed (in the middle of a busy street). It was 2 days later before they could even look at the vehicle. Then it was 2-3 business days (5 in total) before the replacement part could arrive from Sacramento CA. Then it was 2 more days to schedule the service. Then the starter failed, and the 2-3 day interval clock started again. It was 2 full weeks before I was able to pick up my vehicle. They simply don't have the right service fit for this market (and there's no competition).

Took too long, failed to diagnose the problem with my infotainment system, denied anything was wrong with it, and even changed the radio ID in my vehicle, thereby rendering my Serius XM system inoperable. Also, the service desk coordinator assisting me failed to follow up on a promised follow up action and phone call.
