Service Dept personnel (not mechanics) seriously disappoint. I was sent to the back parking lot spot E23 (behind the building where there is no staff) to wander and find my Toyota Highlander in the large lot after $2k service (new tires, breaks, coolant) Highlander was not washed. Thankfully it wasn't dark or rainy. Kirkland Toyota is where we had gone before and they were impressive. I called to ask if this was usual and call was lost. I txt mssged and same. Don t pick up your car alone ladies, its a bit creepy in the back lot.

They tell you a price for a basic service like an oil change, then charge you a much higher price when you checkout. If jiffy lube can quote a price and stick to it then toyota should too. Plus they mark that they check things that they absolutely did not. Of course they also say air filters are dirty but they were put in 5 days ago. Absolutely not a trustworthy service department.

They're quick to respond. You can't always get as exact an answer as you want, because you don't always get to speak to the mechanic, but usually they'll get you what you need.The shuttle service has always been very friendly!

Lindsay of Toyota Bellingham was the sweetest and most helpful non-salesy saleswoman we could have asked for. She was informative, friendly, and professional without being pushy. She went out of her way to be helpful and we have enjoyed working with her. If you go, ask for Lindsay.

I had some miscommunication initially about the valet service but it was handled promptly to my satisfaction.I will try to update my review after my service appointment.
