They had some nice vehicles and I found the one I was looking for (Lexus RX 350). Reasonably priced. They made it very easy and quick to buy the vehicle I wanted. Would buy here again.

I recently purchased a used Acura MDX from State Street Motors. They were offering the vehicle 1000.00 below the market value, so I drove up from Seattle to take a look. Everything looked good, and when we did the paperwork it was even better!! They didn't add any additional fee's to the loan, and got me a good rate with a local credit union. I was able to test drive and purchase the vehicle in one hour. I really appreciate the straightforward sales process, its hard to find these days. Very nice people, great service, and family owned, I highly recommend State Street Motors.

After many days of looking at vehicles, we finally found what we were looking for here- an MDX in excellent condition. Dory was a fantastic help, not pushy at all, friendly, honest, easy to deal with and really made the car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LEMONADE STANDMy elderly mother and father were ripped off by this dealer. Just like many others in their previous reviews of buying a lemon they saw a good deal on a low mileage 2013 Rogue for $11k. Don t be deceived. Not even 60 days of owning it the transmission began to fail. They took it to Nissan where it was $7k+ to fix. The vehicle has less than 90k miles mind you. We called and they offered ZERO assistance was basically like see ya you re SOL. Such crooks. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.We will be further investigating this matter and WA implied warranty if they want to continue being an operating licensed dealer. These are terrible business practices ripping off good honest hard working people. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!

State street motors is definitely the place to go!! Ive bought a couple cars from here in the last couple years and have sent a few friends to buy cars. Dory's a true man of his word and always makes sure im taken car of and same with my friends. He always helps find the best % rates for car loans and makes sure your happy with your car before you leave . Hes never pushy like most car salesman. I highly recommend this place!! 10/10!!

Honest, and very understanding! These guys are really nice, and really chill, and they will work with you and your situations. I had a hard time getting a car loan, but they worked hard to get one for me, and made sure the payment details worked just for me. Send everyone looking for a car here.

If I could give double stars this would be a perfect 10! I had an amazing buying experience with Dori and his team. I drove a few trucks and ultimately landed on one I really loved. I picked it up and noticed it had a minor issue and they took care of it and even went above and beyond on a couple other things. This to me is the ultimate in customer service. This is not a typical used car experience, they want your business in the long term. I was treated incredibly well, was given no attitude or pressure during the entire buying process. My experience here earned them my business in perpetuity. If you want honest service, great cars and a dealer that stand behind 5 stars of integrity then this is the only car dealer you should go to. State Street Motors does it right! Thank you Dori and Eli for all the help (and the endless coffees)!

These guys are very polite and pretty much upfront through my 1 single visit.The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is their prices, 90% i think of there vehicles come from Canada, in my opinion cars from Canada do not hold a high retail value here in the us.They have some really nice and beautiful cars just read the carfax and look underneath them somewhat carefully.I am very picky when I spend 20k+ on a used vehicle and I wasn't getting that warm fuzzy feeling about what I was looking at.Luckily a couple weeks later I found what I was looking for.Nice people, pretty nice cars, high retail prices.I'm frugal and waiting paid off for me, ALTHOUGH LOL i spend many days frustratingly searching and dealing with many dealerships. .Another nice thing about this place is how fast you can leave when buying. At least it seems like you could probably be in and out in an hour unlike the huge dealerships that keep you there for half a day.

the best experience I ve ever had looking for a truck, they don t pressure you on buying they are flexible and fast! I even came in after hours they waited for me and still helped me out. All around the best out there hands down! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. State street motors is the best around! it was a pleasure doing business!

This is our 3rd car my family has purchased from Dory. I had purchased a car in July from another dealership in Burlington. Due to an accident I had 2 years ago I explained all the safety features I need in a vehicle. However the vehicle I bought, the features didn t work as described. Dory listened patiently and new right away the best fit for me. He and his family worked with me and went above and beyond to give me a more than fair price and trade in allowance.My family will never buy another used car from anyone else and if possible a new one as well. I am telling ALL my friends and family just how fair, kind, patient & wonderful Dory and his family are. Bellingham needs more family owned businesses especially car dealers like State Street Motors.

Flew out go Washington to pick up my srt and I am in love! I found the vehicle online. Contacted Dory, set up a time to fly out. He held the vehicle for about a month until we could make it out there. Very nice vehicle and very friendly owners . Highly recommend

I couldn t be more pleased with my car buying experience at State Street Motors. I ve purchased cars from Honda, Chevy and even Subaru and always dread the experience because they typically make you sit and wait for hours and hours only to walk out of there unsure if you made the right decision. They never really budge on the price or give you a decent trade in. I hate it. They pretend to get you the best rate even though it usually isn t that great. That was not my experience at State Street Motors. Dory had been messaging with me but I ghosted him for a day, unsure I was ready to jump into a car payment before the new year. I thought maybe the vehicle sold so I decided to email Dory and stop by the dealership since I was already in Bellingham. Dory made time for me right away. He was the farthest from a pushy car salesman. He answered all my questions and gave me honest advice. No pressure. To be honest I was so comfortable I didn t even drive the vehicle before purchasing it. I really had no intention of buying that day, I was just stopping by to look but loved it and everything felt right. Dory literally had me in and out of the dealership in 45 mins. His employee was also extremely kind and they both made me feel like I won a million dollars (I think I even told them that ). I will always recommend State Street Motors to all my friends and family. I feel like I got a really good deal on my new Acura and I got a much better trade in than I expected. My monthly payment is low and I have my dream car. Oh and just yesterday Dory messaged me that he ordered me an extra key for my vehicle. This was not something we discussed, I assumed I d have to buy my own extra key, but he went out of his way to make sure I walked away with everything I needed. That s incredible and so kind. Dory at State Street Motors is a no bs kind of guy - either buy the car or don t, he wants you in a vehicle you love. He helped me get the vehicle love and I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend buying from State Street Motors in Bellingham.

Thank You State Street Motors for an awesome car buying experience! Vinny was a great salesman, He didn't pressure us into buying and he was very helpful in answering all our questions, so many nice cars to choose from, and Vinny was helpful in letting us test drive a few cars before we found one that we really liked, the paperwork process was quick and easy, Dory had us done in a very short time and we are extremely happy with everything they did for us, would definitely buy here again and refer to my friends and family! 5 out of 5 stars!! Thank you Vinny and Dory!!

Recently purchased our 2019 Infinity from Dory and Vinnie at State Street Motors and our buying experience was the most comfortable stress free professional experience we have ever had and when our car battery failed last week Dory went above and beyond to get us back on the road with no charge to us. I would highly recommend State Street Motors for your next vehicle well worth the visit

I bought my 2012 acura about two months ago from State Street Motors and I had a great experience there, Vinny was excellent at helping us out! Treated us with respect and very helpful, last week i had trouble starting my car and I called Dory to see if they could help in anyway, he told us to bring our car in asap, brought my car in the next day, they replaced my alternator at no cost and had my car cleaned for my troubles, I m grateful to Dory and Vinny for helping me out, you guys are the best, will absolutely buy my next vehicle there!
