As a new VW client I was treated really well, until my trade- in got mishandled. I Traded in a car at the end of December, then in early January the car that I no longer had took another payment from my bank account. Long story short roger Jobs took 2 weeks to transfer the payoff amount which resulted in me being out money. I called and talked to Kyle in finance right when it happened and he said he would take care of it. 4 months later and 2 voicemails left with Kyle I have had ZERO communication except from my sales person.... and now they are telling me to call Mercedes and it was a forwarded email from Kyle who can not return a phone call or follow through on his mistake! First and last VW I will ever purchase.

Easiest place to find good cars. Chris helped me several times and made me feel safe and didn't push anything onto me. the cars were all taken care and it felt seamless finding a good car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking.

Bought a truck from the pre-owned department. Chris Orlando provided great service throughout the steps. Everything was simple and no unwanted sales tactics. He was also willing to negotiate. There was no going back and forth to the manager tactic thing going on - again simple process. In the end he made sure the truck was clean and also added some gas for me. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you.

I just purchased a used Porsche Cayenne from Chris O. What a delightful experience, he was low pressure not pushy. I went in to buy one car, but then change my mind at the last minute, and he was gracious and extremely helpful. No sleazy sales man techniques used whatsoever. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership in a long time. Thank you Chris for making the car buying process the least painful as possible.

We just purchaced a '17 civic from this fine establishment, and I can honestly say I have not had a more enjoyable time purchacing a vehicle! Graham Thomas was an absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to complete the proccess, staying late into the evening along with the finance team headed by Daria. After months of anxiety trying to find the perfect car to fit our budget and needs, I cannot express the relief I felt working with these lovely folks! I heartfelt thank you goes out to all involved, 10/10 would recommend!

In my 40 years of buying and trading in cars, this was by far THE most honest and easy experience. Please be sure to ask for salesperson, TJ. His manner was non-pressure, friendly and honest. I purchased a Tesla Model 3 over the weekend. I dealt with both Graham and Chris. Both were wonderful to deal with and knowledgeable about the vehicle and car buying process. I highly recommend talking to one of these fine gentleman if you need to purchase a vehicle at their location.

TJ and team were knowledge and accommodating in my purchase of a preowned 2018 Toyota Sienna Limited. Overall, the car was in excellent condition, priced fairly, and they worked with me to correct a couple of relatively minor issues discovered during my prepurchase inspection. Overall, a positive experience! Thanks TJ.

Took my son s GTI for a vehicle inspection. We were quoted a price for the work it needed and when we brought it in for the service they more than doubled the quote. The service manager tried to blame me for reading their paperwork wrong. Poor customer service and a total ripoff. Took it to another VW mechanic and they did the same service with certified VW parts for less than the original quote. I have dealt with Roger Jobs off and on for 20+ years and they have always been poor. Whether it was buying a new car, or having service done on my VW s, they are awful. Steer clear of this place at all costs!

I had a great experience working with Daria when considering a VW Atlas. She was willing to negotiate and hear out other offers I was receiving. She was responsive, detailed, and listened to my requests. I did not end up buying the vehicle with her but would call her the next time I plan to make a purchase.

Came to this dealership looking at a couple vehicles. Meadow our sales team member did a great job assisting us. She was quick to get a qoute for my vehicle and was knowledgeable about the vehicles we had looked at. Meadow also spoke to the manager several times to get me the best deal possible for my trade and the best deal possible on the vehicle. I ended up not buying a vehicle because of my current situation not anything the dealership did. If I decide to buy an audi I will be sure to go through this dealership again and have Meadow as my sales women.

My experience with Roger Jobs Automotive, particularly Jason, was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Jason was easygoing, informative and helpful, from beginning to end. I felt I was getting honest information on pricing and features from someone who genuinely enjoys selling cars.Since I know relatively little about cars, I appreciated the assistance in finding the best car for my needs and my budget, without any pressure tactics or attempts to up-sell me. I'm very happy with my Subaru Crosstrek, and I'm enjoying its many features thanks to the personalized walk-through from Jason, who took the time to show me what the various controls and features were before I drove home. Highly recommend, will definitely return next time I'm looking for a used vehicle (hopefully that will be a while, as I'm happy with my purchase!)

I have bought many vehicles over the years and am a 25 year active duty military guy, but NO OTHER car buying experience comes close to the experience I had with this dealership. Chris and Nick were the consummate professionals. The customer service, responsiveness, and honesty with ZERO PRESSURE convinced me to drive 3 hours to get the car I was looking at AND pay $500 more than another vehicle I was looking at much closer. Customer service and honesty matters. Nick and Chris nailed it. I would go back again just for the customer service and experience if nothing else. Thank you!!! -Kelly

Purchased from Roger Jobs Audi and was extremely impressed with the ease and speed of the whole experience, buying a car can be a trying time, but with Jackson and Audi it was a pleasure and I will definitely go back for my next car if it s an Audi I m looking to buy. 5 Star plus.

The best by far! Great service, help, and attention -- especially from Chris Orlando, our excellent sales agent for a pre-owned Cayenne. This is just a great place to find the car of your dreams. We wouldn't go anywhere else and we've owned great German automobiles for 30 years.

In my 40+ vehicle transactions this was one of the best. Nick worked on his day off to confirm the features on the car I wanted, Kelly made the transaction a joy. I immediately could sense an exceptional level of integrity, vehicle knowledge and confirmation of vehicle quality. The result has been a car that far surpasses my expectation, purchased at the right no haggle price.

I drove from California to trade my car in here, because I heard the experience was top notch. Kelly helped get me into an Audi for the first time and the entire experience was easy and low stress. They didn't lowball me on the trade so there was no awkward back and forth on what we know the value really is. Even their test drive route is great - winding Bellingham roads and decent freeway time. Will be back when that time comes.

I m very content with my purchase with Roger Jobs Automotive, Chris Orlando was phenomenal. Great customer service, no pressure nor stress, knowledgeable, kind and willing to negotiate a great deal. The whole process was smooth, quick and thoroughly explained. The hour and 45 minute drive to Roger Jobs was definitely worth it. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Over the years I have bought a number of cars, and the two buying experiences I have had at Roger Jobs are among the best. One was a number of years ago, and the most recent was last week. Jason E. worked with me this time at the pre-owned lot. He did a wonderful job listening to my needs and wishes, and helping me find a great vehicle. He was patient with my process, as I ended up test driving some new vehicles as well as some pre-owned ones. Jason really knows the vehicles he shows, and seems to have a true enjoyment of his work. Thank you, Jason and everyone at Roger Jobs.

We had a thoroughly positive experience with John Blair. He was very professional, helped us to solve some discrepancies in our car's history records, was very straightforward, and gave us a fair price for our car. We had some second thoughts about leaving him the keys and the title and trust he'll send us a check later, but sure enough the check arrived in the mail. John is the most reliable dealer we ever encountered, and we highly recommend paying Roger Jobs Automotive a visit if you are interested in selling your used car.

As a first-time buyer, I was a bit nervous going into the process as it can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate what car suits one's needs best. However, I had an incredible experience here! The staff (with personal compliments to Jeff Turner, Jason Eiswald, and Kyle Engberg) was extremely helpful, PATIENT, and kind. I did not feel pressured or misled at any point.Jason explained everything thoroughly and made my partner and I feel good about the car we ended up choosing. He walked us in great detail through the paperwork, car specks, and showed genuine care for his job (which I find unique for someone in this business). Jeff made sure I was prepared for the overall process and in turn everything went smoothly in regard to my ultimate purchase.In terms of financing, HUGE shout out to Kyle for his patience and professionalism when we hit a road bump on my end. I felt horrible and he was extremely reassuring and kind.Overall, I had a fantastic experience and now have a car that I love! Big thank you to the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and the environment was comfortable (: If you're car searching, look no further, I'm sure this is one of the greatest (if not the best) place to start.

I purchased a new car from Roger Jobs and had an excellent experience from order to delivery. David Tucker was our sales person and he helped us with each step of the pre-order and delivery. David was excellent and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend contacting David if you are looking for a vehicle. The delivery and paperwork process was simple and fast. I wish all dealership sales experiences were like this.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Roger Jobs. I live 150 miles away and drive past 2 other Porsche dealers to get there. If you are interested in any of the cars this dealership offers you are making a mistake going anywhere else. A paint chip was discovered too late to be repaired before we flew in to pick up the car. My wife and I drove the car home and they are sending a flatbed to get the car to return it for the repair. That's 600 miles for the tow truck with absolutely no questions asked or any negotiations. An absolutely stellar buying experience all around.
