The truck was fantastic until the airbag did not deploy during a rear end 4 car crash going 48 mph. I contacted all the appropriate parties and never received any feedback other than not their problem . I went through many hoops and follow ups with insurance company, Hyundai Corporate Office. This only resulted in further frustration. addition I requested a refund for the service agreement. I am still waiting for the refund check which was initiated last August 2023. After 9 months I am still being transferred to different departments .

I had a great experience here. The engine in our 2011 sonata failed. I was going to sell the car, but the mechanic, Cody Lange, reached out to me about a recall. With his excellent help, alongside Jimmy from the service department, I was able to get a new engine under warranty! The communication was constant. Updates came my way every couple days. These guys are on top of it for sure. Cody definitely knows what he's doing as a mechanic. And Jimmy has amazing customer service. They were even able to get me my car 2 days before expected. Amazing job to the team at Bellingham Hyundai.

Amanda was fantastic to work with! She was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, and I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale. I would absolutely refer others to work with Amanda because she really puts the client's best interest first!

Overall Im happy with the car I purchased in the fall of 2022. I had a negative experience with the salesperson I worked with though. He was nice and personable, but it very much felt like he was trying to manipulate me. He was putting a lot of pressure on me to move forward when I wasn t sure, and buy packages I didn t want. He kept bypassing boundaries I set repeatedly while negotiating. He tried to sneak in extras that cost money even after I said I didn t want them. He was also dishonest (maybe just ignorant) about the maintenance he pressured me into buying; making it seem like it covered more than it actually does and saying I could take my Honda to Honda dealerships for mechanic services which turned out not to be true.I really felt like if I d had a man with me the experience may have been different. I know that dealerships have a reputation of being like this to some degree, but I don t ever want to go shopping at a dealership alone as a woman again after this experience. I would never buy from that specific sales person again.

Last year I purchased my first new car, a Hyundai Elantra SEL, from Rairdon s Hyundai, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The support I received throughout the process was exceptional. I love the fuel economy and the reliability of my new car and the service plan has proven to be valuable, especially when I drove over a nail last month. The courtesy shuttle adds a fancy touch so I don t have to wait in the lobby during services which I love. Also, special thanks to Ian Bran for his helpful assistance when resolving issues that came up during my last visit. His kind and thoughtful response convinced me to finally write this review. Overall, I highly recommend Adam's Hyundai for their professional service and customer care. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience! I helped my mom buy a new car, we have spent the last few weeks test driving everything under the sun. Our last stop was Hyundai and we are so happy we did. Her 2023 Tucson Limited is AMAZING. Options we didn t even know existed. Process was fast and easy. Aiden was wonderful, patient with us and very clear with explanations. Would buy from again in a minute!

The Service Department at Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham has grown to a state of excellence in customer care and service. Jimmy and Chayden assisted me with some challenges I had with my Santa Cruz. Mechanic Nate then worked into his lunch time to finish the lengthy repairs. Friendly, relaxed crew yet knowledgeable and professional.

The most amazing experience in the world! Extremely friendly, not pushy, down to earth and honest people! Alondra, Jessica, Tanner and Keun all helped put us in 2 vehicles for the price that we were paying for just 1! Their urgency and frequent updates were phenomenal and consistent. I will never do business at another dealership after having such an AMAZING experience at Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham. I picked them over 16 other dealerships!

I came in to look at the newest Hyndai Elantra the other day and i had the best experience. I was helped by a very kind and knowledgeable salesman, I believe his name was Victor. He made sure I was well informed and secure that this would be the right car for me. Next time you stop make sure to ask for Victor to ensure the best shopping experience. 10/10

Amazing company and people to work with. Aiden especially took a great time out of his day to not only let me test drive a brand new sonata, but offered an amazing deal for a first time buyer! I am so thankful for the recent service received from Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham. My mom has been a loyal customer for 13+ years and purchased her third vehicle from Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham today. Salesman Sam was incredibly patient and understanding with her as she processed buying the purchase. In addition to Sam, Manager Keun treated her with kindness, dignity and respect that exceeded all my expectations, something so often missing in car shopping for single, senior women like my mom. Thank you both for making this a positive, rewarding experience for my mom. After today, there is no doubt you've retained a VERY loyal customer. Oil charges up in cost as well as tire rotation, at $10 one time, this time $24. Rairdon's charges $27.99. I didn't know until I came in, dang !

Jimmy has HORRIBLE communication skills! I scheduled an appointment to get my airbag fixed for August 4th and it wasn t fixed that day, the appointment was for a diagnostic. Then I was told that I shouldn t drive my car due to the failed airbag and need to wait 5-7 days for the part. I asked for a loaner car and was told that I needed to rent one, I asked if Hyundai reimbursed and was told yes but after I asked how that worked Jimmy never responded and left me without a vehicle over the weekend. I followed up and he still never responded. I reached out on August 18th after not hearing from Jimmy asking if the part came in. Jimmy never responded so I called in and was told they did not receive it yet. Jimmy never contacted me to tell me when the part came in. I contacted him in August 25th and was told by him that the part just came in yesterday. He asked when I could come in, I said Friday, September 1st. He said he can make that happen. I waited for an appointment time but didn t receive one so contacted him on August 31st asking what time but he never responded. I called in and he told me that he had to squeeze me in and said he never made an appointment.I purchased a brand new Palisade to not have to deal with issues and I am finding myself needing to have my vehicle repaired more than once. The worst part is having to deal with the disgusting service from Jimmy!

I ve done the head spin around Bellingham of looking for quality and care in one. Alondra blew that out of the water. It was professional with the honesty we are all looking for when making a big decision. 10/10 will be back the next time we re ready for something new.
