Claire was great! She has wonderful customer service skills, very polite and addressed all my concerns! Richard also has great customer service skills and helped address some of the issues I had with my Ram! Highly recommend Rairdons to anyone in need of service for their Ram! we just had the greatest experience here! first of all, Claire is an angel sent from heaven and made the whole experience so easy and not stressful and she is a kind and loving soul who deserves the world. we were stranded with a broken down vehicle and they squeezed us in and fixed us up and saved our whole trip, we are so grateful. highly recommend. Also they have goldfish and cappuccinos in the waiting room which is obviously amazing. we love this place! Go here!

I have a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. One of my key fobs / remotes stopped working. It would start the car but would not open any of the doors. I had to use the physical key from the fob which set off the car alarm until the engine was started.I purchased two OEM key fobs / remotes from Amazon. I stopped in at Rairdon s Dodge and talked to Claire Leininger. While she had a full schedule that day and could not have my fobs reprogrammed that day, she gave me all of the detail for getting the job done. She was very professional and clear. She even stated that there was a small that the fobs purchased off the internet could not be programmed and that I would still have to pay the $116 service fee. I thought she was being very candid. As she explained the process her experience showed as, in addition to her candor, I could follow and understand what she was saying. What an exceptional service consultant!I had an appointment for Thursday, April 4, 2024. On that day she called me in the morning to check in with me and say that she would be working at the Hyundai Dealer down the street and to ask for Richard. He took good care of me. Wrote up the work order, and showed me to the waiting area. The work was done in about 40 minutes. I have been using the fobs for over a week and it works perfectly!I never met the service technician, but Richard said his name was Brett. It was great that Richard was sharing my praise with the person who actually did the work.I live 40 miles away and there is a closer Dodge Dealer. However due to the good and friendly communication from Claire, I decided to drive the extra 23 miles to Bellingham. It was a good decision as I got good honest service at a decent price.

Cody Chambers is the absolute best! He helped my mom find the most incredible Jeep Wrangler and went above and beyond to make sure all of the bells and whistles were to her liking. He even installed glitter license plate holders for her so she wouldn t have to do it herself. This guy deserves a 12/10 on customer service and we would gladly by a vehicle from him again

Had a great experience with Rairdon's. Samuel Chavez worked hard to get the exact car i wanted! He's extremely knowledgeable and knows all the technical details about the Hyundai vehicles. He was extremely patient in explaining all the bells and whistles and made sure i was comfortable with everything before i drove my beautiful new car off the lot. Highly recommend working with Samuel to find the perfect car for you!

I recently bought a 2019 Chevy Tahoe. I will start off by saying even if I didn't buy my vehicle at Rairdon's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Bellingham, I would have left a five-star review based off of customer service alone. Aidan helped me out in person initially and was great. He was no-pressure and explained the details of my vehicle and the financing process well. The monthly payments were just a little too high for me at first so I had to pass on the purchase. The finance guy, Tom worked with me for an entire 24 hours trying to get to my payment and interest numbers in a comfortable range. Samuel was the guy who initiated everything originally and kept in touch. Samuel was fantastic. He explained my financing terms, made sure I understood all the paperwork and got me in my new vehicle within forty-five minutes. He also called me the next day to make sure everything was fine and that I still liked my vehicle. The entire staff was great. I know it's a business for them and at the end of the day cars need to be sold. But I guarantee you will be treated like a person, rather than a bottom line at Rairdon's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Bellingham.

I ve avoided buying cars from a dealership or car lot for nearly 15 years because it always took so long, there was always the hassle factor of back and forth negotiations, trying to get enough for my trade, total amount and payment /terms. Christian walked me through the process, simply and easily. He listened to what I wanted and was looking for, and helped me get a nice new car! I ll sell him out to definitely do business with again! Employees such as Cody and Bruce were helpful throughout the process and gave me in depth and specifics into the paperwork I did not feel like they were trying to sell me the car instead listened to what I wanted and helped me find what I was looking for

My husband and I went into Rairdons Hyundai of Bellingham to look at their 2024 Santa Cruz Pickups. Both my husband and myself liked the all black Night version of the 2024 Santa Cruz and by the way was the one we ended up purchasing. The Salesmen who helped with information on the vehicles, the negotiations, the negotiations on our trade-in, the application, the purchase of the Night, the paperwork/contracts, the setup of My Hyundai blue link, the detailing of the Santa Cruz and the Manager were very informative, very friendly and very much helpful in the whole pickup purchasing adventure. I definitely will recommend to family and friends Rairdons Hyundai of Bellingham and in the future keep them in mind when purchasing another vehicle.Great Job Guys and Thank You!

I'm not a fan of car dealerships and especially service departments usually, but Gabriel and Ian in Bellingham have secured a lifelong customer. Gabriel was the first and most consistently helpful person I worked with. He worked with me to plan a schedule for repairs and maintenance that I could make work, ensured my safe use of the vehicle between appointments, guaranteed the availability of the parts I needed, and welcomed my questions without condescension. Gabriel explained the services and repairs I needed to my satisfaction without making me feel ignorant for not understanding all the details at first. Ian was very helpful in making me feel like this dealership and these people are who I want to continue to work with moving forward. My husband says this 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we bought new and loaded is the best car he's ever had and I agree. When it comes time to interact with a dealer, we'll be returning to Bellingham for sure.

Had a great experience getting my Ram serviced at Rairdon s! Oil change and brake fluid flush was done in no time. The salesman (Matt Newman) showed me where to park, walked me in and introduced me to the service department manager, and even helped me grab a coffee. Thanks again!

Bought my '17 RAM 2500 tradesman in August of '21. They had the truck I wanted and knew it. Ashamed at the price I paid and was given a "deal" on my trade in an '04 GMC Sierra 4x4. Upon looking at the documents more closely after purchase I discovered they moved 1k off my trade in value for new tires on the ram, as opposed to the agreed upon cutting a check for them. Okay fine.I paid for the windshield coverage as well upon being told it's a very expensive $900 windshield that needs to be programmed to the truck. I am at fault for being that gullible there, it's a shame one needs to watch out for such a scam.I paid for a paint protection coating that was explained to be a ceramic and will stand up to heavy abuse including a direct flame. I showed up to the dealer a week later after discovering no such coating was applied and left the truck for several days so the coating could be applied. Nothing was done, instead was told it had been applied when original owner purchased and I'm renewing the coverage of it.Third week of ownership I notice the oil change sticker shows the truck is due but the oil life reset was 100%, call up Riordan's and they say the vehicle was serviced and the tech forgot about the sticker. Fine but why is the oil not clean looking? "Diesels have dirty oil immediately after being run" I'm told.I took the truck into a local trusted shop and they changed oil and air filter. Both were filthy.My last interaction with Riordan's was last July when I called to ask about the paint protection as the truck had sap and road grime buildup all over and looked horrible. While understanding and pleasant over the phone, the relayed instructions included a phone number to make a claim with in which I would need to reference my documents post sale. I never had time during business hours and the protection plan expired. Paid a reputable local shop to fix the paint and apply a 5year coating, at half the "protection plan" cost by the way.There are life lessons to be learned from many people's dealership interactions and here is another.Personally I now only trust 3 local businesses automotive related and none have a showroom, but all will let you shake the tech's hand.Now I know better. That is all.

He was amazing and very helpful and he will be the person that I will have help me purchase a car in the very near future. I have purchased many vehicles in my time . The experience I received at Rairdons Hyundai of Bellingham was so far my best experience purchasing a vehicle I worked with a young man by the name of Christian Hinds that helped me find the perfect car for my wife and I on my new 2023 Hyundai Sonata I felt like I was treated with dignity and respect the dealership was very clean and the whole staff was friendly and professional I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or newer vehicle Excellent experience

I could not have been treated better. When a woman shops by herself we don t always get respect. Samuel couldn t have been more attentive and helpful.After agreeing on vehicle I came down with COVID he was very understanding and helpful and held my car until I was better.

Why I am a Rairdon s of Bellingham 20 year repeat customer.My wife and I are a repeat customers of Rairdon s because of their professional staff, excellent no pressure sales, great financing and dedicated Service Department. But most of all they work hard to be sure the customer gets the best possible experance.I just purchased our family s 14th vehicle over the past 20 years. The sales person, Daniel Dierdorf, provided excellent and friendly support and helpful comparisons between trucks, all without any pressure to purchase. It was like having a very knowledgeable friend with you to help in the buying process.In the end I was having a hard time deciding between two 2500 Ram Laramie trucks. Dan worked with Sales Manager, Dave, to get the best deal and financing for BOTH trucks, and then they layed out the detailed difference between the two truck s packages and financing.I was given time to consider both trucks, financing and ask questions. I finally choose the less expensive truck with full support of Dave and Dan.Once the decision was made, Dan provided me very personal service. It was as if only I mattered once the sale was finalized. He transferred the belongings from my trade in, including the bed s tool box, programmed my cellphone to the truck, help set up the displays and walked me trough all of the features of the truck in detail.It was a feel good experience from the start to driving my new Ram off the lot.Thank you Dan and Dave.OCTOBER 2023 UPDATEStill an outstanding dealership to do business with. I needed to replace my work vehicle but was hesitant to do so because of what was available on the market. I called Dan Dierdorf and he said he had just what I was Loki g for in truck that would fit me to a T. As soon as I sat in it i knew this was it. Dan work the financing for me and I drove away in a GREAT 1500 RAM. I have purchased from Dan before and he knew just what I would like.There is a very good reason why people keep coming back when they want to upgrade to a newer vehicle, it is because Rairdon cares about people.

We had a truck lined up to purchase. Had it inspected by a local GMC dealer, paid $200 for the inspection. Called to finalize the deal and they sold it to someone else. If you just bought a 2018 GMC Denali, fyi it needs approximately $3500 of work done to do.
