I had the best Yacht service experience ever. Shawn Clark (owner) was very responsive to my request for service. He promptly returned my phone call and despite being very busy, managed to send "Helvie" to provide a77 nearly immediate response. She arrived to my boat on time as scheduled the day after I spoke with Shawn. Helvie is ABYC certified, and quickly diagnosed the problems, identified the replacement components, obtained them from 2 different local sources, and installed them very efficiently. When one of those parts failed immediately, on testing, she promptly obtained a replacement and installed it. I was extremely impressed with both the response, technical excellence, efficiency and overall experience. I am now looking forward to exploring other services available from Pacific Marine Yacht Systems, and highly recommend this outstanding company.

Jason was very accommodating in diagnosing and efficiently resolving an electrical problem. This was an unusual system for him but found the voltage regulator to be bad. The new one needed tedious programming to match the parameters of the old one for a lithium battery based system. All good, first time right. Very trustworthy business - I heartily recommend them.Service: Electrical wiring repair

I needed direction on a marine electrical problem and after calling numerous service providers and getting no where or poor advice with Jason Reid I got my answers. Jason quickly understood my conditions described over the phone and explained my options to install new and correct existing devices. Jason was personable, professional, and extremely helpful.

Excellent work by Jason repairing my Webasto furnace. Work was professional and done on time at a very fair price. He was also very tidy and respectful of the boat--made sure nothing got dirty in the process. Pacific Marine--I recommend them without reservation!!

Called Pacific Marine I. Regards to a solar system problem. Shawn tried to help.me.trouble shoot the problem over the phone, however it required me to bring it to their shop. Upon arrival at the shop Shawn went above and beyond expectations and repaired the problem in no time and had the system running perfectly. I would highly recommend Pacific Marine Electric to anyone looking for quality work done by professionals.
