From the moment I decided to take my car to Olsen Auto Body & Collision after my accident to the moment I got my car back Brittany at the front desk had been incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Insurance didn t want to pay for a rental car, and it was looking like I wasn t going to have a way to get to work..BAM.. Brittany has a loaner car for me to use. Brittany updated me regularly with what was going on with my car, and how long it would be until it was finished. I was originally quoted up to two months, but the car was done in just over a month. The thing looks brand new! Other than my bent license plate you would have no idea that the rear end of my car had been smashed like a soda can a month prior. Olsen s crew did outstanding work, and they will be the only place I take my vehicle should I ever need auto body work done on my car again. Can t recommend them enough!

Olsen was the best experience I ve had in a long time getting a car accident damage fixed. They were fast and communicated really well and I honestly picked them to begin with because the other shops I called first were not friendly and Olsen s was super friendly and they did not disappoint. They also had my rental car come drop off for me there so I didn t have to worry about getting there which was a first for me.

Lori is just a gem, I loved working with her from Day 1. Brittney helped with follow-up phone calls about progress. As far as the car itself goes, I swear it looks even better than before my accident! The text notifications on progress is a nice positive touch to the whole experience and all channels with insurance were open the full time.

Love Olsen! They keep me informed, do what they say, detail my car before returning it, and stand by their work completely. This is my third time using them (once for windshield replacement), and I highly recommend them! Brittney and Robert were both awesome!

Took a while from the estimate until the next available appointment they had at the shop. They said they might need my car for up to 6 weeks but they were done in 2 weeks. Staff was very professional and they worked seamlessly with the insurance and car rental companies.

Damaged my vehicle and got my car towed there before the holidays. The tow truck took it there even tho I told him it needs a mechanic. Brittany Byrd was the receptionist, she was very kind and understanding. She helped me get my vehicle to the right place and didn't charge any holding or storage fees even though it was there until a few days after Thanksgiving. Very appreciative and empathetic realizing how hard it was for me to go through this process.

Very unhappy with a front office lady who told me that: We can only do a car repair quote if we gonna fix your car with us! Absolutely unprofessional and very mean! You will lose all the customers by talking like that to the customers! I will leave 0 stars and will tell all of my friends to do not have any business with you!

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and kind. They kept us updated through the entire process and worked with our insurance to make sure the claim was correct. 10/10 recommend

Staff were friendly, transparent, and understanding. Repairs were above and beyond to make the 13 year old car look new - even though only one section needed repair. The service was completed on time with a high level of communication. I could not have asked for more, especially after challenges experienced at another shop just prior to the Olsen repair. I rarely write reviews, but I had to sing Olsen's praises.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at Olsen's brought there A-game when it came servicing my Subaru. I was on a pretty tight time crunch and needed to get some body parts painted to prepare for a car show and they absolutely crushed it. They were able to slip my car into the shop and completed the work in just two days, it was remarkable. Could not have been happier with the end result. Brittany and Dan in the office were awesome to work with and made the everything super easy. The painters in the shop made my car look brand new, huge props to them for the behind-the-scenes work. Their reputation proceeds them. I would recommend Olsen Auto Body to anyone looking for any body work.

I couldn't be happier with the repair it came out better than I had expected. Darryl and Dan are absolutely the best people to work with, they are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Been dealing with them for 35-years they have repaired many cars for me and I've never been disappointed. You just can't find a better body shop.

I was SUPER impressed with Olsen Auto Body. I needed a fairly straightforward repair on a cracked bumper (Thank you for leaving a note and taking care of things other driver). The final price was under the estimate. Which felt like they did a good detailed estimate so you weren't caught by surprise by anything. They originally said roughly 6 days and it was done in 3. The paint matching was also spot on. They even got me a great deal on my rental car with Enterprise. Overall a very positive experience. Hopefully I never need an auto body place again, but if I do, its Olsen! Tried to upload photos but Google isn't in the mood.Service: Body & Trim

Rarely do I bother to write a review, but the excellent service that I received at Olsen's Auto Body & Collision prompted a much needed shout out. Thank you to Olsen's - not only did they fix my little bumper to perfection but they also basically detailed my car. It had been parked outside and every door jam, the trunk and the window grooves were incredibly dirty. When I picked up my car, everything sparkled. This was such a gift! I was remiss and did not take any photos, but all I can say is thank you Olson's - you rock!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From beginning to end very professional. Explained, in detail what needed to be done and how long it would take. They totally coordinated the rental car, even the return. I had waited over 2 months to get my truck in. Scheduled by insurance company and rental. Talked with this shop over multiple days to schedule, I show up day of and they literally told me no. I'm supposedly not on the schedule and they aren't going to put me on it either. I waited 2 months to be worked on by them and then this. All paper trails point to the scheduling at this company being the worst of any company I've worked with. And their customer service or attempt to fix the issue was a 0 percent effort.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot share enough good things about Olsen Auto Repair. The service was helpful, kind, and so efficient. The communication between Olsen Auto Body and my insurance was top notch. It was seamless. The staff were very friendly and professional. I bought and sold 13 totaled vehicles from Copart auto auctions while attending university in California (frame repair thru paint & finishing), and I couldn't have expected a better outcome for my collision damaged 2019 Honda CR-V.
