Such great customer service! I believe her name was Angela, but I m not sure was kind and patient with me even thoughI hadn t a clue what I needed. And best of all, they had parts in stock for my 35 year old car!

Stopped in for wiper blades this morning. I have a vehicle with odd wiper sizes and got FANTASTIC help from Angela at the counter. She was able to get me all three sizes I needed - made it easy. (last time I got wipers for this car was in Yakima and I had to go to 3 different auto parts stores to find the rear one). Then she offered to install them at no charge. I happily accepted. She was pleasant and professional and we bonded over our kids while she put them on the car. I ll be back. Thanks Angela!

Love it here they are super knowledgeable and friendly I always get what I came in for and if they don t have it in stock it is usually there the very next morning. Thanks to the ladies and gentleman, at this location especially, you guys are top notch!

Great store with an extensive range of auto parts! Knowledgeable and friendly staff always willing to help find exactly what you need. Prices are competitive and parts are high quality. Always a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommend!

It doesn't really matter what store I go to cuz they've always been very helpful. Best part, for me, being a 62-year-old woman, they always explain things to me which is very nice.

Best O Reilly store around they go out of their way to help you out. Unlike other locations were the problems. This O Reillys a stand up the specially the manager young black lady she s awesome.

Went into this alleged auto parts store because it is next to Jiffy Lube and I was looking for tire chains...I am clueless about automotive stuff and was hoping for guidance. Ha! One other customer in the place, 3 lazy employees, and not one would respond to my request for help. In addition, my neighbor, who is a great mechanic, was sold incorrect parts to redo his truck brakes and had to drive back into town on his rare day off.Just shut these places down and call it a day!

Ordered a part online and was waiting for a call to say it was available for pickup, called at 5pm and they said it s available instead of calling me. No big deal but was waiting on the part and would ve liked to have known ahead of time if it was available instead of waiting around all day for nothing.

Guy with glasses (sorry I didn t get your name) was super helpful with my battery warranty. While I was leaving saw another employee helping someone change a bulb. Really great customer service here.

VERY POOR experience with not very helpful. They do not stand behind any of their products or anything else that is in their store. Their products are not very good. I had one of their water pumps seize up on the freeway and it took my water pump pulley break and it cost me over $200and that was with me doing the work. They replaced the water pump and that was it.Not even a discount on the parts. Being a journeyman auto mechanic/machinist. I explained that due to their faulty pump and the damage that was caused by the pump seizing up. They said, you got your pump replaced we are done.Not good, even for inexperienced help.

Love this Store! Been going to this specific location for years now. We know all the employees, My Husband has a great client/employee relationship. They all know him very well &even established great patient/client bonds with the employees. O'Reilly's is literally the ONLY parts store we order from, or go to to pick up parts. They've always been super Helpful, kind, knowledgeable, respectful and super helpful whenever we had any questions. Literally the ONLY Auto Store We go to for all our Mechanical needs/parts.

I went in to get a engine light checked. I was helped quickly but surprised by lack of dedication by employee. He plugged in read scan and just quietly held up for me to read. Said something about my cooling system. I then said think it may be thermostat. He just came back with. Ford's vague on code's but probably. He never asked about it I wanted to buy part etc. I followed him and said I'd like a thermostat. He did bare minimum brought to me rang up. Where I said well shouldn't I get the gasket too?? Then he said yeah I'll check. I would think bare minimum you would want to ask the customer it they would like to purshase the part's required to fix it. I would have at minimum said you want me to see if we have these things in stock for you? As a manager I would expect my sales associate to be on top of these things.

I love this store! I own a classic car and the GUYS at this store always know what they're talking about and never try to make you feel stupid. They make sure to ask the right questions and get you the right part the first time.

I had a flat and didn't know I had a special locking lug nut and of course it was not in my new to me use car. Lucky jiffy lube was near and told me O'Reilly would probably have the part and would even drive it out to me. They had the part I could get it but had to pay with cash in person. Thankfully the one time I had can on me. O'Reilly customer service was fantastic and so happy they could come out to me in my time off need on a Sunday too.

Man it sucks I had to bring my brakes back because of my own reasons but had everything I needed on hand definitely hope I can get back there and get them this month but yeah good old-fashioned O'Reilly's

1st experience was a purchase for an adhesive since my partner's rear view mirror fell off. The dude that was helping me ended up taking a personal call with his girlfriend-- and resumed to talk about the experience with the other guy he handed me off to...Turns out the adhesive was not the right one-- came back the next day to ask for 'expert professional help' and their best answer was amazon.... I asked to see if they can check for me but nope. Amazon.

I've taken my battery in and had it tested for free and I've brought in my old motor oil for them to recycle for me, again, for free. When I was shopping for shocks/struts the salesman was honest enough to steer me to a competitor that sold them much cheaper than they could. They've got a great selection of quality tools and accessories and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I go there for all my automotive needs!

Most helpful staff I have ever encountered in an auto parts store. I was also impressed by how well the manager (Alex) worked with his staff to train and equip them to serve customers well.

This is a good place to go if you like contracting COVID. Nobody who goes there follows the mask mandate, the employees certainly don t enforce it, and I even heard an employee saying that they don t want to wear masks and wouldn t if they weren t forced to. If you like functional lungs, this isn t the place to be.

I I'll start off by saying O'Reilly's is a great shop.THIS location on the other hand, is another story! I have had nothing but rudeness and issues with them. Every occasion has been a different person also. I went in about a month ago asking if I could get a free code read on my Jeep. I told the man that a friend plugged a computer chip deal into my car and found there was 3 codes showing up. Instead of coming out and checking my codes, like they are suppose to, he asked that I called my friend to see what the codes were. Ridiculous in my opinion! I went back and bought a break calibur. I realized once I got home, I needed on with the bracket so I went to exchange the one I had for one that came with the bracket. The guy that "helped me" gave me the left caliber when I needed the right. Mistakes happen, I get it. When I realized it was the wrong side, I rushed down to the shop before they closed. I got there at 8:48pm and they do not close until 9:00pm. When the worker saw me pull up, he ran to the back room. The doors were already lockex prior to me pulling in. I called while standing at the door and no answer. I called again while walking towards the back of the shop and low and behold, the guy answered. He was VERY rude. Telling me that I was wrong about my timing. I told him I was looking at the time in that very moment and he replied with " well, our clocks are set behind apparently" I then asked for the number for corporate and he replied " you can find that on Google" And that I will do! This was very unprofessional! This is an automotive shop, not a bar! They are suppose to stay open the duration of the time they are open. I've worked many places and know for sure, this is not their prodo call. This is the only location I've had issues with. I would have never gone back but they were the only ones that had what I needed in stock.

I was 2 hours away from home and broke down, needed a set of sockets, showed up to this place at 8:50pm on Friday February 18th, saw employees rush to the back of the store and the doors were locked. Clearly these people don't want to work.

The guys always help me find what I'm looking for and the prices are good. They also let you borrow the car computer and once you have the data they will print out the details at no cost. My engine light is always on due to a sensor error so it's really helpful to get that computer info printed out every once in a while.

Had to pick up a power steeriHng pump that my parents had helped me purchase from another state. This needed to be verified by the company due to it not being purchased by me, I understand that completely. Ryan also knew this needed to be done and I was the 3rd party. Once it was verified I went to pick it up and be then said ve couldn't give it to me because my ID didn't match the purchasers name. He KNEW THIS PRIOR TO ME COMING BACK from having this verified. I called the company back to see if I could get some assistance with this and Ryan then proceeded to lie and say he never knew it was a 3rd party purchase...and that he wasn't comfortable giving me the purchase now. This made me miss yet another day of work and was beyond frustrating to deal with over a simple purchase to them. I won't use this location EVER again. I will be calling corporate in the morning
