Seth went above and beyond. Ever get that feeling of being stuck on the side of the road, not anymore these guys helped me with my battery,air filter and blinkers. I can drive down the road with confidence. Won't go anywhere else.

Needed to replace my Prius wiper blades but didn't know how to do it myself, and O'Reilly's said they'd be happy to help if I came in. They didn't pressure me to choose expensive blades and even honored an old sale price, AND an employee installed them for me in under 2 minutes! Such great service, I'll always come here first before the dealership.

Love going here employees are always welcoming and ever so helpful. Being a woman with questions about her car they are patient and do a great job explaining things and reassuring me of my concerns with my subie. Love this autoparts store. 10 for these guys and this business

O'Reilly's is our go-to auto parts store in Bellingham. The employees are great, prices are reasonable and when they order a part it's usually there the next day.

The staff is really helpful and always gives an array of options across a price range without being too pushy about upselling. They're also so awesome to always at least help look into anything one may need assistance with.

I would personally like to think Korey. I had a bad tire going flat, and was scared that I will not be able to get home. He personally came out and helped with the process. He was amazing to work with, and I m thankful that he knew what he was doing. He is a rockstar

I have not made a review ever but my experience was so great I couldn t help but sign on. J.T was the best customer service I ve ever received!!! My mothers car broke down and he was there every step of the way. He gave us different numbers of mechanics, told us exactly what we needed to do, exactly what we needed to buy. We are from out of town so we didn t have anyone to give us a ride and we were stranded in the park and he even offered to give us a ride since we sounded so desperate. We ended up getting a ride from a friend but the gesture itself is remarkable. He deserves a raise. He is the light at the end of the tunnel.

As much as I like O'Reilly's the last time I used them for parts they gave me the wrong item twice! I even took the old part (driver's side break caliper) in for a reference and I measured the brakes and drum. I'm not writing this to talk bad about O'Reilly's, I'm just telling the truth. I will say they have a great return policy!

I love O'Reilly Auto Parts! They keep your receipts under your phone number and I just had a battery fail pretty close to the warranty time and they replaced it with a new one without even prorating it.

Ellie was so helpful and kind! Cheerfully assisted me in picking and replacing my windshield wipers to prep for the snow. Will be coming back! Felt welcome and cared for, not judged or belittled like other places

I had great service from Eli and Elli this evening when I went in for some new wiper blades. I really appreciated the help with installing them, especially as it was freezing cold, rainy and dark at the time. Thanks folks, nice going.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is convenient to go to for parts, as they have so many stores to check inventory at. Most items can be brought up from their Marysville warehouse within 24 hrs, if they don't have it locally.

I was helping a friend with her rear view mirror that had fallen off. She was afraid to drive without it so I drove her in her car to O'REILLY'S on King Street. I have to say that the service was excellent. Jeremy, the store manager, spent a lot of time installing a new rearview mirror. Jeremy is kind & caring. His excellent service was beyond any I have ever received at an auto parts store. My elderly friend was so happy to be able to drive her car. God bless you Jeremy.

Very helpful. I have never had a bad experience. They help me find what I need and help me out when I dont know what I am doing, which is far too often.Brought it my van to get the alternator checked and they figured out it was a faulty battery, heat wave killed it apparently, which they replaced under their warranty with no issues.Cannot say enough nice things about this place. A+ service.

Super helpful folks here. I didn t have a torx to replace the brake light bulb I bought today and they came out and changed it for me. I ve had lots of positive experiences here.

Had an off putting lady at the counter one night. You could tell by how she spoke, typed, and moved the screen that she was irritated. Maybe it was because I came in 15 minutes before close (I was out in 5) or I accidentally said the engine size wrong; but I used to work at parts stores and in the salvage industry. There s no need to be unfriendly; be professional.However, most of the time this store carries a decent inventory and the other workers are helpful and quick during the day.

I came here to get a new battery for my car and it was an absolute breeze to find the battery and get it installed! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Ryan was the one who installed the battery and he was great! Everybody was kind and more than willing to help out. Thank you guys again!

Oh my goodness. Never have I left this place feeling more taken care of. Almost guilty. Ryan and Rieley (i hope I spelled that right) took almost too much time out of their busy day to try to help me replace my headlights on my car. We arrived at some trouble during the left headlight, but they ran inside multiple times to get tools and information to try and get it done. If I could treat these guys to a beer and a big dinner I would. They certainly went above and beyond in a way that requires acknowledgement. Will be calling their manager tomorrow to sing their praises. This store has people who are knowledgable and ready get dirty to help you out.

I had to do a repair job on my 2001 model Mercury in their parking lot today because I was over 200 mi from my home when the car broke down. JT, Eli, Koehn all advised and HELPED me far beyond the call of duty. If I had a business I would hire every single one of them. If any of them needed a great reference, they would definitely get it from me!

The staff here are great, and they have pretty much any part you could need. I had a check engine light (turned out to be a cylinder misfire), and they went above and beyond not just helping me figure out what needed to be fixed and what parts I would need, but also giving useful tips and overall saving me an expensive visit to a mechanic.I've also had great experiences with the Ferndale branch, and would highly recommend O'Reilly's to anyone needing parts. Solid 10/10

The younger girl with curly hair was super short with me, didn't know if oldsmobile was foreign or domestic, and said she can't help me when I brought a brake line in and asked just for them to match it to a new line. Come here all the time. I stayed polite and was just surprised with everyone but Riley being rude to me. Riley was great and got me want I needed and was super polite.

The staff went above & beyond when trying to assist me with a part I needed for my car. Eventually finding it, but also giving me other options that weren't available at their stores. I appreciated the honest help that potentially could cost them a sale. I will be going back to them in the future for sure!
