An extremely helpful person at this store was willing to drop everything and figure out how to replace the wiper blades on my aging Jetta. Believe me, it was not intuitive by any stretch, no tabs or release buttons, but she did it in less than a minute. Very grateful!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people-I have Tesla model X - Ron helped me find the windshields online and he offered to install them once arrived-Today I brought them and Kobby install it for me- thank you both Rob and kobby! Now I have a lot air of brand new windshield and no more squeaky noise!

A little tricky to access but if paying attention not bad. Guys behind the counter were a blast and very talkative. Had what I needed and decent pricing. Nice visit for never being in the store.

My family and I were loyal Auto Zone customers, BUT... Napa Auto Parts has won over my business and loyalty. The representatives have been very helpful, and when they said that the part were needing will be at the store, they haven't been wrong!! That's a HUGE reason why I will ALWAYS look for a NAPA Auto Parts store wherever I can find one over any other auto parts store!!

The key fob battery for my Honda Ridgeline needed to be replaced and instead of going to the dealership, I popped into NAPA. They replaced the battery for me, didn't try to sell me on anything else, and was out in less than 5 minutes. Appreciated and noted next time I need a part for my truck - stopping here first!

5 stars for being open on a sunday being helpful and saving me money and clarifying what my problem could be and giving realistic advice. Again had an issue needed tools right then they helped with that. Saved my bacon first thing Monday morning. Thank you

Stopped by today for some specialized oil. I could not find it myself so asked associate. He walked me over to the oil and I paid and was off and running. Great atmosphere and service!

Sorry the store is fine but the delivery driver is unsafe. He was speeding, tailgating, and you're in a company truck kid. Drive it with a bit of respect and don't flip people off who will now leave you a bad review and never shop here.

I had quite a few lights in my car come on all at once and they were the closest to my location. I d never been to Napa before today, but I will be coming back. Ryan was very helpful and he explained everything in a way I was able to understand. He didn t try to take advantage of the fact that I don t know much about cars and tell me a bunch of bs or try to make me buy a bunch of unnecessary things for my car either. 10/10 experience and I left feeling way better than when I came in. Thank you!!

Hard to get to and hard to get out!!!! But they definitely have all the supply I need ,they carry amsoil and liquid molly and that's all thy goes I to my ride!

they seem to be the best pars store in town, yet still do your homework before you buy anyplace. Just had them suggest I cut an exhaust gasket for use in my vehicle as they didn't have the right size.. I almost lost a finger trying to cut it, and it doesn't work after cutting... they should know better than to give this kind of advise! Other than that one off.. they are very helpful and usually get you what you came in for or let you know who in town might have it.

S diffrent times, can't even find parts for honda on there computer. Pretty shiity parts store if can't ever get parts. What kind of auto parts dealer can't find Honda parts. Useless business!!!

I brought in a really (1.5 volt) dead battery for disposal so I could buy a new one, guy behind the counter asked if he could have it for a few days to try to revive it. Sure, why not, nothing to lose. Day and a half later he calls me up and says it's good to go. This guy put a day and a half of work into fixing my battery so I didn't have to buy a new one, five star customer service if I have ever seen it.

They saw me pulling in one minute before closing, ran to door to assure me they were still open, and then stayed a few minutes late and missing the start of the super bowl. They didn't have what I needed out front but knew just where to find it in the back. Bravo, great service.

Edit: Very professional and friendly customer service. They helped me find the right headlight and install it. Best auto parts shop in town in my opinion.Mike helped me with all of my purchases and taught me how to put all that stuff to good use! Excellent customer service!

On average these NAPA employees are more knowledgeable than other auto parts stores nearby. They are usually very willing to give advice on your current project.

I had a great experience there. I was an aggravated girl trying to roll down the highway with bad windshield wipers,making a tricky commute much worse. I go into NAPA, no line (bonus) the gentleman at the desk receives me,gets the wipers,asks if he can install them for me,he does this,I pay and off I go!! Just my kind of place,kind,concerned,and efficient folks. Thanks for setting a great business model!

Unhelpful, unfriendly, and I am unlikely to return. Walked in said "hello", only to be greeted by five blank faces. Repeated myself upon closing the distance. Still nothing. Being the only potential customer, it seemed i was inconvenient to them. No niceties, or "how can i help you", nada. I've detected a trend with Napa; exorbitant prices, incompetence, and a general unwillingness to actually assist. Will not be giving this one my patronage. Sorry for disturbing your computer time Nappy guys.

Gave me the wrong air filter for my vehicle, and instead of being apologetic, they were defensive and blamed corporate. Also it was 50% more expensive than the competition. Not going back. Also, one of the employees (young guy with a beard) seemed to be eating or drinking at the counter.
