Mt. Baker Auto Glass is the best. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and often can get your glass fixed in timely manner. Since we unfortunately have windshield prone to cracks with even the smallest rock we appreciate the professionalism Mt Baker Auto Glass.

I worked with Mark directly, and he was so wonderfully attentive and responsive! I am not accustomed to the high degree of customer service Mark demonstrated every step of the way, even when the insurance aspect got a little gnarly! I have NO reservation in recommending this shop!

They were extremely prompt and effective in replacing a windshield with a crack. Marc went out of his way to be helpful, accepting payment directly from the company whose truck caused the damage to my windshield. Since I had no way to get home while the repair was taking place and did not want to spend six hours at the MBAG office, Marc was kind enough to drive me home to wait and then to come pick me up. I can't say enough good thinks about their helpfulness and professionalism. They even ensured that the car was returned to me in time for me to make an important zoom meeting. Awhile ago a friend and I were driving to Seattle and back, and all of a sudden an object struck my truck's windshield very loudly, and with a high level of force.I read on Facebook that someone recommended Mt. Baker Auto Glass as the best place to fix chips in auto glass, and also said they had the best pricing.Marc did a great job patching up chips in my truck's windshield, and really helped me out! He also gave me his business card, which includes stickers to put over chips to seal out moisture, until the chips can be properly repaired.5 Stars for sure! Grear service and it took them just 20 min to fix a small chip in my windshield. Very friendly and professional. Thanks.Update Oct 2021:I had a chip on my windshield while driving on the highway, thanks to the amazing service I decided to drive from Seattle to Bellingham to get it repair. I got the same great quality service and Profesional service I did the first time. Thanks a lot, I presume some of those smalls chips on the windshield will happen soon ( I go to the mountains very often) so I know where to come back to get my windshield fixed or replace. I cannot speak more highly of the work they do and the customer service. I got my window smashed and didn't have time to clean up the glass (it was everywhere in my car) and they cleaned it all up without me asking or saying anything...also doing an amazing job on the window. They are so nice inside, asking if you need water while you wait...its the little things in the company that really earn my support and I am really appreciative of them!!!Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto side window replacement

Marc Hall was absolutely great. He responded to my question and gave me a quote within a day, and it only cost $20 for a small rock chip. Definitely recommend this place. If I ever need help with auto glass, this is the first place I'll go

Mt Baker Auto Glass really helped me out this past week when my drivers side window was shattered. I scheduled for a next day appointment, and was in and out in an hour. They even helped me out when my insurance provider was being a pain. Highly recommend.

Mark was a joy to work with and his price was significantly lower than his competition. He stayed on top of things when the parts were delayed. He called me and kept me informed.The bottom line is that if I need any more work done to the glass in my car or motor home I ll call him first.

Driving back into Bellingham, I got pummeled by a gravel truck... yeah! I called Mt Baker Auto Glass and they worked around my schedule and got me in first thing the next morning and I was back on the road in a couple hrs with new glass.
